A working method of a rainwater recovery and treatment device for municipal construction comprises an outer shell (1) which is vertically arranged and has a rectangular structure, a first filtering device (2) for primarily filtering rainwater and a power supply device (3) for supplying power to whole equipment are respectively arranged at the top of the outer shell (1), a collecting box (4) fixedly connected with the outer shell (1) is arranged on the side wall of the outer shell (1), the collecting box (4) is provided with a containing cavity which is upwards opened, the collecting box (4) can be connected and matched with the first filtering device (2), a bin door (5) capable of being opened is arranged on the side wall of the collecting box (4), an inner shell (6) which is vertically arranged and has a rectangular structure is arranged in the outer shell (1), the upper end and the lower end of the inner shell (6) are fixedly connected with two inner walls of the outer shell (1), a second filtering device (7) for secondarily filtering rainwater is arranged in the inner shell (6), the two outer walls of the inner shell (6) are respectively provided with a vertically arranged partition plate (8), two sides of the two partition plates (8) are respectively fixedly connected with the outer shell (1) and the inner shell (6), the space in the outer shell (1) is divided into a driving cavity (9) and a water storage cavity (10) through the two partition plates (8), the side wall, close to the collecting box (4), of the inner shell (6) is provided with a first discharge port, a control device (11) for controlling the first discharge port to be opened and closed is arranged in the driving cavity (9), the side wall, close to the bottom of the inner shell (6), of the inner shell (6) is provided with a through hole, the side wall, close to the bottom of the outer shell (1), of the outer shell is provided with a water outlet (12) communicated with the water storage cavity (10), and the power supply device (3; the control device (11) comprises a toothed plate (11a) and a linkage assembly (11 b) for driving the toothed plate (11a) to move in the vertical direction, the toothed plate (11a) is vertically arranged and is in sliding fit with the side wall of the inner shell (6), the linkage assembly (11 b) comprises a driving shaft (11b1), a second driving motor (11b2), an installation plate (11b 3) and two installation seats (11b 4), the installation plate (11b 3) is in an L-shaped structure and is fixed on the outer wall of the inner shell (6), a second driving motor (11b2) is horizontally fixed on the side wall of the installation plate (11b 3) and the output end of the second driving motor is fixedly connected with one end of the driving shaft (11b1), two ends of the driving shaft (11b1) are respectively fixedly connected with the two installation seats (11b 4), a supporting plate (11b 5) for fixing one installation seat (11b 4) is arranged on the side wall of the inner shell (6), two symmetrical gears (11b1) are arranged on the driving shaft (11b6), the two gears (11b6) are meshed and matched with the toothed plate (11 a); or the back of the toothed plate (11a) is provided with two sliding edges which are symmetrically arranged, and the side wall of the inner shell (6) is provided with two sliding grooves (13) which are in sliding fit with the two sliding edges; the first filtering device (2) comprises a funnel-shaped water inlet port (2 a), a first filtering component (2 b) and a driving component (2 c) for driving the first filtering component (2 b) to rotate, the first filtering component (2 b) is horizontally arranged at the top of the water inlet port (2 a), the driving component (2 c) is in transmission connection with the first filtering component (2 b), a material guide frame (2 d) is arranged at the position, close to the side wall of the collecting box (4), of the water inlet port (2 a), the material guide frame (2 d) is arranged at the top of the shell (1), the top of the material guide frame (2 d) is obliquely arranged from top to bottom, and the lower end of the material guide frame is connected and matched with the accommodating cavity; the driving assembly (2 c) comprises an L-shaped fixing plate (2c 1), a first driving motor (2c2), a first transmission component (2c3) and a second transmission component (2c4), wherein the L-shaped fixing plate (2c 1) is installed at the top of the shell (1), the first driving motor (2c2) is horizontally installed on the side wall of the L-shaped fixing plate (2c 1), the output end of the first driving motor penetrates through the L-shaped fixing plate (2c 1) and is connected with one end of the first transmission component (2c3), the other end of the first transmission component (2c3) is installed on one end of a hinge shaft (2b2a), and the two ends of the second transmission component (2c4) are respectively connected with the hinge shaft (2b2a) and the power supply device (3); the structure of the first transmission component (2c3) is the same as that of the second transmission component (2c4), the first transmission component (2c3) comprises a first synchronous wheel (2c3a), a second synchronous wheel (2c3b) and a synchronous belt (2c3c), the first synchronous wheel (2c3a) is fixedly connected with the output end of the first driving motor (2c2), the second synchronous wheel (2c3b) is installed at one end of a hinge shaft (2b2a), and the synchronous belt (2c3c) is sleeved on the first synchronous wheel (2c3a) and the second synchronous wheel (2c3 b);
the working method comprises the following steps:
