本发明涉及香药养生领域，尤其涉及一种清心香方，包括沉香、细辛、蜀椒、白芍、龙脑香、西红花、白芨、桂皮。其制备方法，包括以下步骤：a、将沉香研成粗粉；b、将蜀椒、白芍、龙脑香、西红花、桂皮研成细粉；c、将少量细辛碾成粗粉，混入步骤b中研成的细粉中，再次研磨成更细的粉；d、将白芨制成汁，与步骤c研成的粉合成湿香饼；e、将湿香饼双面压入沉香粗粉，阴干再培干。本发明通过焚烧清香入鼻，通肺心，不仅能净化空气，而且具有能清心理气，提神醒脑的功效。

背景技术
据史料记载，中国用香的历史十分悠久，可以追溯到春秋以前。汉代时，流行薰香、薰衣，也出现了调和多种香料的技术，唐、宋期间，完全融入了人们的日常生活。不单各种宗教仪式要焚香，日常生活中人们也大量使用香料，并将调香（调配天然香料）、薰香、评香、斗香发展成为高雅的艺术。香除用于祭祀庆典、薰衣外，更具有药用价值。它的药用起源很早，汉代有以香净化空气，卫生防疫消除瘟疫的记载。
现代科学研究表明，香有益于人体健康，香能驱蚊除菌、去除湿气，改善空气，香能使人提神、醒脑、振奋精神，提高工作效率。尤其现代社会生活节奏日益紧张，更需要能清心静气的香方以减轻工作压力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种清心香方，不仅能净化空气，而且具有清心理气，提神醒脑的功效。
一种清心香方，包括沉香、细辛、蜀椒、白芍、龙脑香、西红花、白芨、桂皮。
上述清心香方的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
a、将沉香洗净，研成粗粉；
b、将蜀椒、白芍、龙脑香、西红花、桂皮研成细粉；
c、以少量细辛碾成粗粉，混入步骤b中研成的细粉中，再次研磨成更细的粉；
d、将白芨制成汁，与步骤c研成的粉合成湿香饼；
e、将步骤d制得的湿香饼双面压入步骤a研成的沉香粗粉，阴干再培干。
香利用燃烧发出气味，天然的香气成分使人产生愉悦之感，香气和烟形，使人身心放松、产生舒适、安详、兴奋等美妙的感觉；人通过呼吸等途径摄入芳香成分，可以使焦虑的人降低血压、避惊慌，香能令人提神、醒脑、可清净杂念，神清气爽。

a、将沉香洗净，研成粗粉；
b、将蜀椒、白芍、龙脑香、西红花、桂皮研成细粉；
c、以少量细辛碾成粗粉，混入步骤b中研成的细粉中，再次研磨成更细的粉；
d、将白芨制成汁，与步骤c研成的粉合成湿香饼；
e、将步骤d制得的湿香饼双面压入步骤a研成的沉香粗粉，阴干再培干。
