The above patent, although capable of bending the suction tube of the cleaner, has certain limitations. Firstly, bending can only be realized, the bending position is fixed, only one bending position is arranged, the shape of the suction pipe is limited, the use is limited, and secondly, the bending mechanism is too complex, so that the cost of the suction pipe is increased, and the reliability cannot be ensured. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Figures 1 to 4 illustrate an embodiment of a suction tube assembly for a vacuum cleaner in accordance with the present invention.
The cleaner pipe comprises a hose 1 and a rigid outer tube. The hose 1 is a sealed fluid passage of the cleaner, and in this embodiment, a bellows is used, and obviously, the hose 1 may have other flexible and bendable hose structures.
The hard outer tube is formed by connecting four sections of connecting pipes 2, is sleeved on the outer side of the hose 1 and plays a role in supporting and protecting the hose 1. The two adjacent connecting pipes 2 are connected through a connecting structure.
Specifically, a chute 4 is provided on the outer periphery of one of the two adjacent connection pipes 2, and the chute 4 is a through-slot extending a set distance along the extending direction of the connection pipe 2. The other connecting pipe 2 is provided with a connecting part 3, the connecting part 3 extends along the extending direction of the corresponding connecting pipe 2 and is positioned outside the sliding chute 4, and the tail end of the connecting pipe is slidably arranged in the sliding chute 4 through a connecting shaft 7.
The two sliding grooves 4 and the connecting part 3 are symmetrical relative to the axis of the connecting pipe 2. The connecting shaft 7 of the connecting part 3 on one side is fixedly arranged, and the tail end is provided with a blocking protrusion. The connecting shaft 7 on the other side is arranged on the connecting part 3 and the chute 4 in a sliding way along the axis of the connecting shaft, and a limiting protrusion 8 is arranged on the connecting shaft. The limit protrusions 8 extend radially relative to the connecting shaft 7, and four limit protrusions are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees. The connecting part 3 takes the position of the connecting shaft 7 as the center of a circle, and the connecting pipe 2 takes the end parts of the two ends of the sliding groove 4 as the center of a circle, and is provided with four radially extending limiting grooves 5, and the adjacent limiting grooves 5 are spaced by 90 degrees. Four limit grooves 5 are arranged corresponding to the sliding grooves 4, wherein one sliding groove 4 is overlapped.
In the process of sliding along the axis along with the connecting shaft 7, the limiting protrusion 8 is matched with the limiting groove 5 so as to fix the relative position of the limiting protrusion and the limiting groove, namely the first state. The limit projection 8 is disengaged from at least one limit groove 5 so that both can move freely. I.e. the second state.
The connecting shaft 7 is provided with a button structure 6 corresponding to the outer side of the connecting part 3. A spring is arranged between the limiting structure and the connecting pipe 2, and the limiting structure is in a first state under the action of the spring.
The end connecting pipe 2 of the hard outer pipe is used for fixing the hose 1 and is connected with the ground brush, and the head end connecting pipe 2 is connected with the main machine of the dust collector. The two ends of the connecting pipe 2 positioned in the middle of the two are respectively provided with a chute 4 and the connecting pipe 2.
The connecting shaft 7 is in sliding fit with the sliding groove 4, so that the length of the suction pipe assembly can be adjusted. And the suction pipe assembly rotates relative to the connecting shaft 7, so that bending of the suction pipe assembly is realized. The hard outer tube is provided with a plurality of connecting pipes 2, so that a user can adjust the state of the suction tube assembly according to the needs, the effect that the user can clean without bending down can be realized no matter the distance between the bottom of a bed and the bottom of a sofa is far or near, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
As another embodiment, the limiting grooves 5 corresponding to the two connecting pipes 2 may be provided with limiting protrusions 8, respectively.
As another embodiment, the number of the limit protrusions 8 is not limited to four, but may be other number, for example, six of the intervals 60, and the angle is set only at all.
The invention also provides a dust collector which comprises the suction pipe assembly.

Claims (13)
1. A suction tube assembly for a vacuum cleaner, comprising:
the hose (1) is a flexible and bendable soft pipeline structure;
the hard outer tube is sleeved on the hose (1) and comprises at least two connecting pipes (2) which are connected; two adjacent connecting pipes (2) are connected through a connecting structure, and the connecting structure comprises:
a sliding groove (4) which is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of one of the two adjacent connecting pipes (2), and the extending direction is parallel to the extending direction of the corresponding connecting pipe (2);
a connecting part (3) provided with the other of the two adjacent connecting pipes (2) and extending along the extending direction corresponding to the connecting pipes (2), wherein the connecting part (3) is slidably arranged outside the sliding groove (4) through a connecting shaft (7); two adjacent connecting pipes (2) can rotate around the connecting shaft (7);
a limit structure having a first state fixed to both of the adjacent two connection pipes (2) to limit a relative position of the two in an axial direction and a second state unlocked to at least one of the adjacent two connection pipes (2) to allow the two to move relatively in the axial direction;
the sliding chute (4) is a through groove which is communicated with the side wall of the connecting pipe (2), the connecting shaft (7) is arranged on the connecting portion (3) and the sliding chute (4) in a sliding manner along the axis of the connecting shaft (7), and the limiting structure is arranged on the connecting shaft (7) and is respectively in the first state and the second state along with the sliding process of the connecting shaft (7) along the axis.

The straw assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the limiting structure comprises limiting protrusions (8), and limiting grooves (5) are formed in positions, corresponding to the connecting shafts (7), of the connecting portions (3) and the two ends, corresponding to the sliding grooves (4), of the connecting tubes (2); the connecting parts (3) are uniformly arranged by taking the connecting shaft (7) as a circle center and the connecting pipes (2) are uniformly arranged by taking the two ends of the sliding chute (4) as the circle center; the limiting protrusions (8) enter or leave the limiting grooves (5) aligned with the two adjacent connecting pipes (2) in the sliding process of the connecting shaft (7).

The straw assembly according to claim 2, wherein: the limiting structure comprises a plurality of limiting protrusions (8) extending radially from the connecting shaft (7), and the limiting protrusions (8) are uniformly arranged at intervals relative to the connecting shaft (7); the limiting groove (5) is arranged corresponding to the limiting protrusion (8).
