Abstract
本发明公开一种餐厅用吸湿桌布。本发明旨在解决现有台布使用过程中色彩单一、吸水性差的问题。本发明自上而下包括顶部光面层、柔性饱水层和底部隔水层,在该桌布的表面分布有若干的吸水透气孔,吸水透气孔每平方厘米的总数不少于6个;其中,光面层由塑料膜制成,柔性饱水层包括柔性纸和包裹于柔性纸内的厚度小于2mm的海绵,底部隔水层由塑料膜制成。本发明的有益效果在于:既可以起到吸水的作用,又提高了桌布的质感,提升饭店档次,可以保证餐桌上始终没有残余的水分。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种台布,特别是一种餐厅用吸湿桌布及配套的制造方法。
背景技术
桌布又称台布,是覆盖于台面、桌面上用以防污或增加美观的物品。按其用途分,可概括分为实用性和装饰性两大类。
实用性桌布注重其功能,一般材质以塑料为主,颜色也比较单一。由于餐桌的质量越来越高,越是高档饭店,越是会采用外观美观的一次性桌布,使用完毕后就扔掉。成本高,且环保性差。也有往复使用的以PVC质地的为主的桌布,同时PVC的台布又以棉衬底,使得其柔软易折叠,避免了传统PVC台布硬、脆的缺点。已公布的中国专利文献中公布号为CN1059255A的名为一种纸桌布的专利,提供了一种纸质的桌布,但是这种桌布在使用过程中虽然能够做到随用随收,成本低,但是防水效果差,且不能避免鼓包现象的发生。
但是,技术人员发现,现阶段的桌布存在如下缺点:1.由于受到印刷技术限制,许多台布设计样式和色彩单一,缺乏个性,不能适应多变的市场需求,不能起到在不同场合中烘托气氛的作用;2.桌布整体吸水性差,在就餐过程中,菜汁汤汁溢撒影响就餐氛围。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有台布使用过程中容易有鼓泡、成本高、不易整理的问题,提供一种餐厅用吸湿桌布及配套的制造方法。
本发明的具体方案是:
一种餐厅用吸湿桌布,该桌布自上而下包括顶部光面层和柔性饱水层和底部隔水层,在该桌布的表面分布有若干的吸水透气孔,所述吸水透气孔每平方厘米的总数不少于6个;其中,所述光面层由塑料膜制成,所述柔性饱水层包括柔性纸和包裹于所述柔性纸内的厚度小于2mm的海绵,所述底部隔水层由塑料膜制成。
具体实施中,吸水透气孔包括自其底部向上孔径逐渐变小的锥形容气腔和在该锥形容气腔顶部形成通孔的透气针孔。所述透气针孔的孔径不大于0.1cm,其底部为孔径自上而下依次减小的锥形孔。
具体实施中,在所述底部隔水层的底部还设有吸盘状的硅胶层,所述硅胶层包括经线胶和纬线胶,所述经线胶和所述纬线胶每两根一组形成对称的外八状吸盘形状。
具体实施中,所述吸水透气孔构成以梅花形为边界的图案单元,该图案单元在所述桌布上沿横向和/或纵向均布排列。所述光面层由半透膜制成。
一种制造上述的餐厅用吸湿桌布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)压合:将木浆纸或泥浆纸夹裹海绵后在55~63℃温度下进行压合,制成内层填料区A,之后将光面层、内层填料区、底面层在60到65℃温度条件下进行压合,成为抗剪切力大于9N的台布B;
(2)冲孔,自底面层起,对步骤(1)加工而成的台布B进行打孔,形成自底部向上形成锥形孔的台布C;
(3)喷淋,在常温条件下,收卷装置对台布C进行收卷,收卷过程中向所述台布C的底面喷洒香氛精油至海绵将所述香氛精油吸收,形成台布D,所述香氛精油消耗量小于每平米0.5毫升;
(4)切线与分装,再次对台布D进行二次收卷,收卷过程中,以3米的间隔对其进行划线,形成便于撕扯的线孔,直至收卷完毕形成长度不小于30米的桌布辊卷。
在步骤(4)中,线孔形成前,在所述线孔两侧的上下表面压装铝箔纸制成的保护带。
具体实施中,在所述的步骤(1)中,在柔性纸的上表面印制文字信息层。
或者,具体实施中,在所述的步骤(1)中,增加贴合对应的硅胶层,以经纬线布置的方式形成吸盘结构。
与现有技术相比,本桌布的有益效果在于:
1.多层的设计,既可以起到吸水的作用,又提高了桌布的质感,提升饭店档次,上菜过程中,餐盘底部可以微微陷入桌布中,保护餐盘的同时,海绵层可以及时吸水,当餐布上有汤汁洒落时,服务人员进行辅助的施压,就可以将汤汁吸附进餐布内,餐布表面始终没有汤汁,可以避免沾染到食客的衣物上;
2.透气孔的作用,在于铺设过程简单,避免了起鼓泡,餐布铺设平整,节省服务人员铺设餐布的时间,每层物料的设计,可以有效保护桌面,同时,该餐布并不限于一次性使用,研究人员证明,常规餐布为一次性餐布成本在0.5元,而本申请虽然单张成本在1.2元,但是平均使用寿命为3次,从整体上节约了工作成本,其表面还可以印刷文字信息,起到广告宣传的作用;
3.整体台布的吸湿透气性好,同时生产过程中与香氛的结合,无形中改善了餐饮环境,香氛用量在合理安全的范围内;
4.产品的生产过程中,工艺成本低,温度控制在合理范围内,同时兼顾了上色、上味和后期的实用性,尤其是铝箔纸保护带的设定,一方面不影响实际安装,另一方面可以为单次撕取;
5.硅胶吸盘的设计进一步增加了桌布的服帖性。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种餐厅用吸湿桌布,该桌布自上而下包括顶部光面层1和柔性饱水层4和底部隔水层5,在该桌布的表面分布有若干的吸水透气孔3,吸水透气孔3每平方厘米的总数不少于6个;其中,光面层1由塑料膜制成,柔性饱水层4包括柔性纸和包裹于柔性纸内的厚度小于2mm的海绵6,底部隔水层5由塑料膜制成。上菜时海绵受压,处于吸水状态,可以将盘底菜汁进行吸附,当桌面有液体时,工作人员在相关地方轻微施压,就可以使液体被吸附于海绵层,桌面维持干净。
吸水透气孔3包括自其底部向上孔径逐渐变小的锥形容气腔和在该锥形容气腔顶部形成通孔的透气针孔。该设计可以避免铺设过程存留气泡的现象。透气针孔的孔径不大于0.1cm,其底部为孔径自上而下依次减小的锥形孔。
在底部隔水层5的底部还设有吸盘状的硅胶层7,硅胶层7包括经线胶和纬线胶,经线胶和纬线胶每两根一组形成对称的外八状吸盘形状。更有利于桌布的贴合。
吸水透气孔3构成以梅花形为边界的图案单元,该图案单元在桌布上沿横向和/或纵向均布排列。光面层由半透膜制成。
一种制造上述的餐厅用吸湿桌布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:

优选的,在步骤(4)中,线孔形成前,在线孔两侧的上下表面压装铝箔纸制成的保护带。该保护带的设计,便于单张的撕扯和边缘的保护。
具体工作中,在步骤(1)中,在柔性纸的上表面印制文字信息层。强化其广告的功能。
进一步的,还可以在步骤(1)中,增加贴合对应的硅胶层,以经纬线布置的方式形成吸盘结构。
本实施例中的桌布,较之传统工艺的桌布色彩更丰富多变,信息层上的个性化设计更能作为文化和信息传播的媒介。
透气孔构成以(形状)为单元的均布排列的图案。此设计增加了纸和膜之间的贴合度,比较传统工艺的优势在于吸水性更强,在使用过程中具有透气性,梅花状的气孔分布方式更是增强了纸台布的视觉效果,增加了它的多样性。

1.一种餐厅用吸湿桌布,其特征在于:该桌布自上而下包括顶部光面层、柔性饱水层和底部隔水层,在该桌布的表面分布有若干的吸水透气孔,所述吸水透气孔每平方厘米的总数不少于6个;其中,所述光面层由塑料膜制成,所述柔性饱水层包括柔性纸和包裹于所述柔性纸内的厚度小于2mm的海绵,所述底部隔水层由塑料膜制成,所述吸水透气孔包括自其底部向上孔径逐渐变小的锥形容气腔和在该锥形容气腔顶部形成通孔的透气针孔,所述透气针孔的孔径不大于0.1cm,其底部为孔径自上而下依次减小的锥形孔,在所述底部隔水层的底部还设有吸盘状的硅胶层,所述硅胶层包括经线胶和纬线胶,所述经线胶和所述纬线胶每两根一组形成对称的外八状吸盘形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的餐厅用吸湿桌布,其特征在于:所述吸水透气孔构成以梅花形为边界的图案单元,该图案单元在所述桌布上沿横向和/或纵向均布排列。
3.如权利要求1所述的餐厅用吸湿桌布,其特征在于:所述光面层由半透膜制成。
4.一种制造如权利要求1所述的餐厅用吸湿桌布的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
