After the removal, the insole 5 is restored to the original position due to the resilient force of the return spring 4, and the support leg 32, the elastic piece 302, and the hook 31 are restored to the original state. The new middle binding core 1 is reinserted into the outsole 2, the middle binding core 1 forces the clamping hook 31 to slightly open, and the middle binding core 1 can be easily inserted into the space surrounded by the clamping hook 31 due to the guide inclined plane arranged at the top of the clamping hook 31. After reaching a certain position, the hook 31 is naturally matched with the annular clamping groove 131 to realize axial fixed connection. Because the detent grooves 132 are looped around the fork 13 and the number of detent ribs 223 is relatively small, alignment is not required before assembly, and the detent grooves 132 and the detent ribs 223 can be mated with each other.
