The method of nail drying according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example two
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a nail drying method according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
A method of drying a nail, for use in an apparatus comprising at least two modes of drying a nail, comprising the steps of:
s11, obtaining a working mode, wherein the working mode is a nail drying mode determined according to the coating material;
and S12, performing corresponding face drying operation according to the working mode.
It should be noted that the nail drying method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be performed by an apparatus including at least two nail drying methods, that is, the nail drying apparatus according to the first embodiment, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the invention, the materials such as printing ink, paint, glue and the like applied to the nail (toe) decoration and beautification are various, and the nail (toe) decoration and beautification coating materials are mainly divided into two types according to the drying and curing modes of the nail (toe) decoration and beautification coating materials: one class is heat-baked materials, including water-soluble and solvent-based inks, nail polish, various specialty glues, and the like. Another class is visible light curable materials including nail polish glues, UV inks, photosensitive resins, and the like. In order to accelerate the drying and curing of materials such as printing ink, paint, glue and the like, nail art lamps capable of emitting ultraviolet light are required to be respectively adopted for irradiation and curing according to different material types, or a nail art dryer is used for blowing and drying.
Referring to fig. 6, in the process of nail decoration and beautification, a first layer of nail surface primer is coated on the nail to seal the nail surface and prevent the paint from falling off due to the grease naturally generated on the nail surface, a second layer of nail surface color glue is coated on the nail to provide the background color of the bottom surface of the colored drawing pattern, and a third layer of nail surface primer is coated on the nail to protect the second layer of color glue providing the background color. And the fourth layer is coated with printing base oil on the fingernails and used for providing an adsorption function for the fifth 5 layers of colored drawing printing ink. And the fifth layer is coated with colored drawing ink for printing colored drawing patterns on the fingernails. The sixth layer coats nail surface primer on the nail for protecting the colored drawing pattern of the fifth layer. And the seventh layer is used for coating a sealing coating on the fingernail and protecting the decorative colored drawing on the whole fingernail and the fingernail. The seven layers are not necessarily coated completely, and the specific coating layer number is determined according to different color painting modes. Typically 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 layers are necessary. Because the colored drawing ink for printing has stronger fluidity, the 4 th layer of base oil must be coated to be beneficial to ink adsorption. If a less fluid material (e.g., nail polish, color paste) is used to color-draw the pattern, then the 4 and 5 layers can be reduced to 1 layer. In addition, if some accessories such as beads, broken diamonds and the like need to be adhered, some special glue can be used outside the 7 th layer. The nail glue used in the first layer, the second layer, the third layer, the sixth layer and the seventh layer is a light-cured material, and the material used in the fourth layer and the fifth layer is a heat-drying material printed with base oil and colored drawing ink, so that the light-cured material and the heat-drying material may adopt the same drying working mode in the actual nail decoration process, and different working modes cannot be used for different materials.
In this embodiment, the obtaining operation mode is a nail drying mode determined according to the coating material, that is, performing a corresponding nail drying operation according to the coating material.
Preferably, the obtaining operation mode includes: acquiring a working mode from any one of a manual mode and an automatic mode; wherein the manual mode comprises a working mode for acquiring user input; the automatic mode includes obtaining a working mode from a preset configuration list.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the drying of the nail surface is carried out, a user can judge the current coating material so as to determine the current coating material, and according to the determined coating material, the user can directly input the working mode through the operation interface of the nail surface drying device, namely, the light curing or the heat drying can be selected according to the coating material. For example, when the first layer of material is coated with a material to be light-cured, the user inputs the light-curing operation mode to perform light-curing of the nail, and when the fourth layer of material is coated with a material to be heat-dried, the user inputs the heat-drying operation mode to perform heat-drying of the nail.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the flow of performing the first drying on each layer of the coated material is fixed, the user can select the automatic mode, and the working mode to be performed in each step is read from the configuration list preset in the automatic mode. For example, if the preset configuration list specifies that photocuring is performed in the first step and thermal drying is performed in the second step, when the user selects the automatic mode, the first step is a photocuring operation mode and the second step is a thermal drying operation mode after reading the configuration list.
Preferably, the automatic mode includes a custom mode and a default mode, wherein the custom mode includes obtaining the working mode from a custom working mode configuration list, and the default mode includes obtaining the working mode from a default working mode configuration list.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a user may customize a working mode configuration list, and may perform a customized working mode configuration on an operation interface of the nail drying device, where a default working mode configuration list may be stored in the nail drying device, and the user may also set the customized working mode as a default working mode, which is not specifically limited in the present invention.
Preferably, in the automatic mode, the corresponding nail drying operations are sequentially performed according to the working modes in the configuration list.
For example, taking the nail decoration beautifying process shown in fig. 6 as an example, assuming that the user stores the nail decoration beautifying process shown in fig. 6 in a self-defined mode or a default mode, in the preset configuration list, the materials of the first layer, the second layer, the third layer, the sixth layer and the seventh layer are all required to be light-cured, and the materials of the fourth layer and the fifth layer are required to be heat-dried, light-cured during first nail drying, light-cured during second nail drying, heat-dried until fourth drying, heat-dried during fifth drying, light-cured during sixth drying, and light-cured during seventh drying.
It should be noted that, the user does not necessarily need to perform all operations according to the operation modes in the preset configuration list, and the user may select a desired operation mode by pausing or reconfiguring, which is not specifically limited in the present invention.
Preferably, the operation modes include:
photocuring and thermal drying;
performing a corresponding first dry operation according to the working mode includes:
when the working mode is the photocuring working mode, starting the ultraviolet assembly to carry out first drying;
and when the working mode is the thermal drying working mode, starting the heating assembly to carry out the first drying.
In this embodiment, the working modes include light curing and thermal drying, in practice, different materials are subjected to different nail drying modes, there are some materials whose drying modes are not suitable for light curing and thermal drying, and a user may configure corresponding working modes according to the materials, which is not specifically limited in the present invention.
In this embodiment, when the mode is photocuring, start ultraviolet subassembly and carry out the first-aid drying, for example start ultraviolet LED lamp plate for shine photocuring coating material, when the mode is the stoving mode, start heating element and carry out first-aid drying, for example start fan, heater and safety cover for blow out hot-blast heat drying material, the heater that uses includes and is not limited to heating elements such as heating wire, PTC ceramic heater, far infrared pipe.
Preferably, the performing the corresponding nail drying operation according to the selected operation mode further includes:
and carrying out corresponding nail drying operation according to the preset time or the preset drying times.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of beautifying the nail and nail surface decoration, an operator can select to start the light curing mode or the heat drying mode through the button according to the material coated on the current nail. The timing function can be realized by configuring the working time. The display displays the current working mode and the working time countdown, and when the set time is up, the illumination circuit or the hot air circuit is automatically cut off, or the ultraviolet light source is automatically cut off.
Specifically, when the nail drying device acquires the working mode from the manual mode, corresponding nail drying operation is performed according to the selected working mode, for example, when the current working mode is light curing, the nail (toe) is light cured according to preset time, or the nail (toe) is light cured according to preset light curing times. For example, the photo-curing is performed 2 times, and the photo-curing is performed once after the photo-curing is completed. When the first layer of the configuration list is photocured, photocuring is carried out according to the preset time of 30s, whether the curing times are available is checked, if the curing times are read twice, the second photocuring is continued after the first photocuring is carried out for 30s, after the second photocuring is finished, the next working mode in the configuration list is obtained, and corresponding drying operation is carried out according to the working mode.
Before the obtaining the working mode, the method further comprises the following steps:
