After the third telescopic rod 10 descends to the right position, the lateral compression device 6 compresses, the second telescopic rod 2 ascends with the main elastic sheet 7 and the non-adhesive elastic sheet 9, the non-adhesive elastic sheet 9 leaves the shoes, the first telescopic rod 1 pressurizes and ascends, and the compression device 6 pressurizes and contracts. When a fault occurs, the fault display lamp 17 is turned on, and the fault number is displayed in the handheld computer 13, so that the fault is convenient to check. When the emergency failure machine cannot automatically stop, the emergency failure machine can stop by pressing the manual emergency car-killing 15, so that the loss is reduced.
