The material of the operation plate 1 is wood, the material of the high temperature resistant plate 5 is stainless steel, and the material of the buffer plate 7 is silica gel.
The wood is convenient to process, good in wear resistance and heat insulation, not prone to expanding and shrinking and buckling deformation at high temperature, and high accuracy of the mounting holes can be guaranteed, so that the operation panel 1 is made of wood. The stainless steel has stronger high temperature resistance and is suitable for the high temperature resistant plate 5.
The silica gel has good high temperature resistance and buffering performance, and is suitable for the buffer plate 7.
The surface of the operation plate 1 is uniformly provided with mounting holes 2, lifting rods 3 are inserted into the mounting holes 2 according to production requirements, the length of the lifting rods 3 is smaller than the depth of the mounting holes 2, and the diameter of the lifting rods 3 is the same as the aperture of the air hole and the aperture of the decorative film.
The mounting hole 2 comprises an upper hole 201 and a lower hole 202 which are concentrically communicated, the inner diameter of the lower hole 202 is the same as the diameter of the lifting rod 3, and the inner diameter of the upper hole 201 is larger than that of the lower hole 202.
The high temperature resistant plate 5 is provided with first through holes 501 corresponding to the lower holes 202 one by one.
The buffer plate 7 is provided with second through holes 701 corresponding to the lower holes 202 one by one.
The lifting rod 3 is inserted into the lower hole 202 after passing through the second through hole 701, the first through hole 501, and the upper hole 201 in this order.
A baffle 301 is arranged on the periphery of the lifting rod 3, and the baffle 301 is positioned below the high temperature resistant plate 5; the diameter of the stop 301 is greater than the inner diameter of the lower bore 202 and less than the inner diameter of the upper bore 201.
A return spring 4 is arranged between the baffle 301 and the bottom surface of the upper hole 201.
