Abstract
本发明公开了一种纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂,其是将花椒与干辣椒按质量比1:1配合后,气流粉碎成200‑400目的超细微粉;使用时,先按重量比1:120将其于沸水中煮制30min,然后将其冷却至40℃‑45℃,再采用喷雾的方式将煮制液喷洒于茶叶、果树或蔬菜上,以达到病虫害防治效果。本发明提供的纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂可以杀灭侵害茶叶、蔬菜和水果的鳞翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目、半翅目等害虫,同时对螨类和真菌病害也有防治作用,且其成分天然、安全,适合大规模推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于作物病虫害防治领域,具体涉及一种纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂。
背景技术
假眼小绿叶蝉、黑刺粉虱、茶蚜虫、螨类、蚧类、茶毛虫(又名麦毛虫)、茶尺蠖茶丽纹甲等,是茶树参见害虫,炭疽病、叶斑病、灰霉病、葡萄黑痘病等病害的发生,也对水果和蔬菜生产造成极大影响。为解决这一生产实际,本发明提供了一种天然广谱的杀菌灭虫剂,其来源天然、对天敌安全、对环境友好,具有良好经济效益、环境效益及推广价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂,其对侵害茶叶、蔬菜和水果的鳞翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目、半翅目等害虫具有良好杀灭效果,同时对螨类和真菌病害也有防治作用,且其成分天然、安全,适合大规模推广应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂,其是将花椒与干辣椒按质量比1:1配合后,气流粉碎成200-400目的超细微粉。
所述纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂的使用方法,是按重量比1:120将所述杀菌灭虫剂于沸水中煮制30min,然后将其冷却至40℃-45℃,再采用喷雾的方式将煮制液喷洒于茶叶、果树或蔬菜上,以达到病虫害防治效果;喷雾时雾滴的粒径为200-400μm,施用量为60kg/亩。
花椒及干辣椒中含有的柠檬烯、枯醇、牻牛儿醇、植物甾醇、不饱和有机酸等成分具有杀菌除虫的效果。
本发明采用超微粉碎技术对花椒与干辣椒进行处理,不仅可使粉碎后的粉末粒度均匀、比表面积增加、空隙率增大,还可使植物细胞破壁,从而有利于其有效成分释出并溶解于水中,同时,细微颗粒能够增大与农作物病虫的接触面积、延长停留时间,从而使其更易被害虫和病菌吸收。
同时,本发明将花椒与干辣椒复配后进行气流粉碎,是由于细胞破壁后,细胞内的水分、油分及有效成分均完全暴露出来,使微细粒子表面呈现半湿润状态,粒子和粒子之间会形成半稳定的粒子团(或称之为微粒),每一个粒子团均包含有相同比例的活性成分,这种结构会使植物源中各有效成分分布均匀化,而各种成分的均匀分别可增强药物杀菌灭虫的作用。
此外,采用超微粉碎时由于杀菌灭虫效果的增加,可使原料的用量节省50~80%,而仍可达到甚至优于常规原料用量时的效果,这样就可以减少给药剂量,大幅度降低农药的消耗量,降低生产成本。
本发明根据原料的有效生化成分特征,利用超微粉碎技术使其生物碱等成分有机融合,从而制得一种新型纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂,其杀虫灭菌谱广,对侵害茶叶、蔬菜和水果的鳞翅目、双翅目、鞘翅目、半翅目等害虫具有良好杀灭效果,对螨类和真菌病害也有防治作用,且没有残留,对环境不产生污染,对鸟类、蜂类等无害,是十分理想的有机、绿色植物源杀虫灭菌药。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
1. 试验条件
1.1 试验对象
茶毛虫、茶小绿叶蝉,为福鼎市区内自然发生的茶毛虫、茶小绿叶蝉。
1.2 环境条件
1.2.1 气象资料
试验期间,试验区内最高温度35℃,最低温度21℃,平均27℃左右,以晴朗和多云天气为主,期间无降水过程。
1.2.2 土壤资料
试验区土壤类型为南方河质壤土,植被覆盖度85%,主要植被为茶树(福鼎大白茶)、茶园生态多性阔叶林、针叶林、茅草等。
2. 试验设计和安排
2.1 试验概况
施药时间为2015年6月15日16:00,是风速低于3m/s的晴朗天气,茶毛虫、茶小绿叶蝉3龄盛期,试验地茶树长势好,分布均匀,便于地面施药,施药前后温、湿度适中。
2.2 供试药剂
4种供试药剂:1%辣椒粉(400目)的水溶液,1%花椒粉(400目)的水溶液,1%杀菌灭虫剂(花椒+辣椒1:1 w/w,400目)的水溶液,1%苦参碱粉(400目)的水溶液。
2.3 试验设计
试验采取随机排列,设4个处理,1个空白对照,每处理面积为6.67hm2,其中每个处理设4个笼罩小区(每个笼中放30头茶毛虫、茶小绿叶蝉),每个笼罩小区1m2。
2.4 施药方法
使用背负式机动喷雾器常规喷雾,施药量分别为:1%辣椒粉的水溶液40mL/667 m2;1%花椒粉的水溶液20mL/667 m2;1%杀菌灭虫剂的水溶液40mL/667 m2;1%苦参碱粉的水溶液40mL/667 m2;设喷清水为空白对照。
3. 调查方法
3.1 调查方法、时间和次数
于喷药前调查茶毛虫、茶小绿叶蝉基数,药后2、3、4d,分别调查各处理区内活虫头数,做好记录,并计算虫口减退率和防效。调查时每处理4个重复,每点调查1m2,计算时用各点平均值。
3.2 统计方法
参照《农药田间药效试验准则》中的规定计算虫口减退率及校正防效。
计算公式:
虫口减退率%=(施药前虫口数-施药后虫口数)/施药前虫口数×100%;
校正防效%=(药剂处理区虫口减退率-空白对照区虫口减退率)/(100-空白对照区虫口减退率)×100%。
试验结果和显著性检测结果见表1。

4. 试验结果分析及结论
结果显示,1%杀菌灭虫剂水溶液效果最好,其施药后2d的防效为82.14%、施药后3d的防效达到95.28%;其次为1%苦参碱粉水溶液,其施药后2d的防效达80.36%,施药后3d防效达90.57%。
由结果证明,本发明将花椒与辣椒复配制得的杀菌灭虫剂具有较好害虫杀灭效果。

1.一种纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂,其特征在于:将花椒与干辣椒按质量比1:1配合后,气流粉碎成200-400目的超细微粉,即得所述杀菌灭虫剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂的使用方法,其特征在于:按重量比1:120将所述杀菌灭虫剂于沸水中煮制30min,然后将其冷却至40℃-45℃,再采用喷雾的方式将煮制液喷洒于茶叶、果树或蔬菜上,以达到病虫害防治效果。
3.根据权利要求2所述纯天然广谱杀菌灭虫剂的使用方法,其特征在于:喷雾时雾滴的粒径为200-400μm。
