Abstract

本发明提供一种磁柱及其构成的高保真音箱,包括基座,所述基座内具有音频输入输出模块;所述基座上固定有由弹性薄片构成的波节管,所述波节管的表面固定缠绕有轴向延伸的振动线圈,所述振动线圈耦合于所述音频输入输出模块;所述波节管的管内还设有沿波节管轴线延伸的磁柱。工作时,音频电流输出至所述波节管上的振动线圈,使振动线圈与所述磁柱作用并振动,从而带动所述波节管振动,其振动结构与喉管基本一致,从而对人声实现高保真还原输出,该音箱对于人声还原具有较高的保真度。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备领域,特别地,是一种磁柱及其构成的高保真音箱。
背景技术
对于目前的音箱而言,由于其发声机理是通过电磁线圈推动音盆进行振动发声,振源结构与人声声源结构,即喉管结构大不相同,因此对人声的还原无法达到较高的保真度。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种人声高保真音箱,该音箱对于人声的还原具有较高的保真度。
本发明实现技术目的所采用的技术方案是:该人声高保真音箱包括基座,所述基座内具有音频输入输出模块;所述基座上固定有由弹性薄片构成的波节管,所述波节管的表面固定缠绕有轴向延伸的振动线圈,所述振动线圈耦合于所述音频输入输出模块;所述波节管的管内还设有沿波节管轴线延伸的磁柱。
作为优选,所述波节管外部套置一根刚性管,所述刚性管的上端罩设一个可绕波节管轴线自由旋转的球形罩,所述刚性管、球形罩将波节管完全包围,且所述球形罩上开设有一个横向播音孔。进一步地,所述播音孔具有向球形罩内延伸的周壁,该周壁呈喇叭口状,以获得更好的混音效果。
作为优选,所述磁柱由铁芯及绕置于铁芯上的励磁线圈构成,所述基座内包括励磁电源,所述励磁电源通过对所述励磁线圈的励磁电流的调节,改变所述磁柱的磁感应强度,以实现对所述音箱的最大音量的调节。进一步地,所述铁芯由分成两个以上的铁芯分段,各铁芯分段之间由非导磁材料隔开,各铁芯分段上分别绕置一个励磁线圈,且各铁芯分段上的励磁线圈相互并联耦合于所述励磁电源,所述励磁电源为稳流源;各所述铁芯分段上的励磁线圈分别配设有通断开关,各通断开关耦合于所述基座内的调节开关,所述调节开关通过接通不同数量的所述励磁线圈,实现调节励磁电流在所述磁柱上的励磁长度,从而改变所述波节管上产生明显振动的长度,以调节该音箱对高音、中音、低音的还原效果。
本发明的有益效果在于:该人声高保真音箱在工作时,音频电流输出至所述波节管上的振动线圈,使振动线圈与所述磁柱作用并振动,从而带动所述波节管振动,其振动结构与喉管基本一致,从而对人声实现高保真还原输出。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在图1所示的实施例一中,该人声高保真音箱包括基座1,所述基座1内具有音频输入输出模块;所述基座1上固定有由弹性薄片构成的波节管2,该弹性薄片可采用树脂片或普通音盆纸片;所述波节管2的表面固定缠绕有轴向延伸的振动线圈3,所述振动线圈3耦合于所述音频输入输出模块;所述波节管2的管内还设有沿波节管轴线延伸的磁柱4。
上述人声高保真音箱在工作时,音频电流输出至所述波节管2上的振动线圈3,使振动线圈3与所述磁柱4作用并振动,从而带动所述波节管2振动,其振动结构与喉管基本一致,从而对人声实现高保真还原输出。
在图2所示的实施例二中,与实施例一的不同之处在于:所述波节管2外部还套置一根刚性管5,所述刚性管5的上端罩设一个可绕波节管2轴线自由旋转的球形罩6,所述刚性管5、球形罩6将波节管2完全包围,从而使波节管2产生的振动声波在刚性管5、球形罩6所围成的空间内通过反复反射而形成良好的混音效果,使音色更为浑厚;且所述球形罩6上开设有一个横向播音孔60,以模拟人体口部,使从播音孔播出的音效更接近于真人音效,并且可通过旋转所述球形罩6,灵活调节播音方向。另外,可使所述播音孔60具有向球形罩6内延伸的周壁,该周壁呈喇叭口状,以获得更好的混音效果。
除了以上实施例外,对于所述磁柱4,其一个实施例如图3所示,图3中,所述磁柱4由铁芯41及绕置于铁芯上的励磁线圈42构成,所述基座1内包括励磁电源,所述励磁电源通过对所述励磁线圈42的励磁电流的调节,改变所述磁柱4的磁感应强度,以实现对所述音箱的最大音量的调节(在所述最大音量范围内的音量调节,则通过改变音频电流的大小实现,即改变所述振动线圈3中音频电流的大小来实现)。
图3所示的磁柱实施例中,进一步地,所述铁芯从上至下分成三个铁芯分段,各铁芯分段之间由非导磁材料43隔开,各铁芯分段上分别绕置一个励磁线圈42,且各铁芯分段上的励磁线圈42相互并联耦合于所述励磁电源,所述励磁电源为稳流源,即输出的总电流稳定;各所述铁芯分段上的励磁线圈分别配设有通断开关,各通断开关耦合于所述基座1内的调节开关,所述调节开关通过接通不同数量的所述励磁线圈42,实现调节励磁电流在所述磁柱4上的励磁长度;如,接通1个励磁线圈,则所述励磁电源的输出电流集中对该1个励磁线圈所对应的铁芯分段进行励磁,则所述波节管2上只有与该铁芯分段相对应的1段产生明显的振动;如接通2个励磁线圈,则波节管2上与该两个励磁线圈相对的2段区域产生明显振动;对于管状振动体,由于其固有振动频率与其参与振动的长度相关,振动长度越短,其还原高频的能力越强,反之,还原低频的能力越强(与弦振动、音盆振动的特点一致),因此,通过接通不同数量的所述励磁线圈42,即可调节该音箱对高音、中音、低音的还原效果,而对于传统的音盆音箱,为了实现高、中、低音的效果调节,通常需要采用高、中、低三组扬声器,结构庞杂累赘,远没有本音箱结构简洁便利。

Claims (1)

1.一种人声高保真音箱用磁柱的工作方法,其特征在于:
所述磁柱(4)由铁芯(41)及绕置于铁芯上的励磁线圈(42)构成,所述人声高保真音箱包括基座(1),基座(1)内包括励磁电源,所述励磁电源通过对所述励磁线圈(42)的励磁电流的调节,改变所述磁柱(4)的磁感应强度;
所述铁芯(41)由分成两个以上的铁芯分段,各铁芯分段之间由非导磁材料(43)隔开,各铁芯分段上分别绕置一个励磁线圈(42),且各铁芯分段上的励磁线圈相互并联耦合于所述励磁电源,所述励磁电源为稳流源;各所述铁芯分段上的励磁线圈分别配设有通断开关,各通断开关耦合于所述基座(1)内的调节开关;
所述基座(1)上固定有由弹性薄片构成的波节管;
所述的工作方法,包括:所述调节开关通过接通不同数量的所述励磁线圈(42),实现调节励磁电流在所述磁柱(4)上的励磁长度,从而改变所述波节管上产生明显振动的长度。
