The liquid crystal module may be specifically as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3: the liquid crystal module comprises a middle frame 1, an optical diaphragm 5, a lamp strip 8, a radiator 3 and a connecting piece 9; the middle frame 1 is U-shaped, the middle frame 1 comprises three middle frame strips 1-1, and the opening of the middle frame 1 is downward; the backboard 4 is connected with the middle frame 1; the optical membrane 5 is positioned between the backboard 4 and the display screen main body 2-1 and is fixed in the middle frame 1; the radiator 3 is transversely arranged below the optical diaphragm 5, the radiator 3 is connected with the front surface of the back plate 4, the lamp strip 8 is connected to the top surface of the radiator 3, and the back plate 4 serves as a heat dissipation plate; the connecting piece 9 is positioned in front of the lamp strip 8 and is connected with the radiator 3; the liquid crystal display 2 is positioned in front of the optical film 5 and is connected with the middle frame 1 and the connecting piece 9.
Besides radiating for the lamp strip 8, the radiator 3 also plays a role of installing the liquid crystal display screen 2 of the middle frame 1 together with the connecting piece 9, so that the structure of the middle frame 1 is simplified, the shape of the middle frame 1 is U-shaped, and the structure of the liquid crystal module is simplified. The middle frame 1 is U-shaped, and the optical film 5 can be inserted into the middle frame 1 from bottom to top, so that the installation is simple. The backboard 4 is used as a radiating plate, so that the radiating plate of the conventional liquid crystal television is omitted, and the structure of the liquid crystal television is further simplified.
The specific manner of fixing the back plate 4, the optical film 5 and the liquid crystal display 2 can be as follows: the liquid crystal module comprises a diaphragm hanging lug 6; the middle frame strip 1-1 comprises a middle frame outer side plate 1-1-1, a connecting seat 1-1-2 and a connecting strip 1-1-3, wherein the connecting seat 1-1-1-2 and the connecting strip 1-1-3 are positioned on the inner side of the middle frame outer side plate 1-1 and are arranged in the same direction with the middle frame outer side plate 1-1, and a diaphragm groove 1-1-5 is formed between the connecting seat 1-1-2 and the connecting strip 1-1-3; the middle frame strip 1-1 positioned at the top is provided with a lug hole 1-1-6 on the connecting strip 1-1-3, and a lug groove 1-1-7 corresponding to the lug hole 1-1-6 is arranged on the connecting seat 1-1-2; the backboard 4 is positioned in the middle frame outer side plate 1-1 and is attached to the rear surface of the connecting seat 1-1-2, and the backboard 4 is welded with the middle frame outer side plate 1-1-1; the optical membrane 5 is positioned in front of the back plate 4 and inserted into the membrane grooves 1-1-5; the film hanger 6 is an L-shaped part formed by a hanger vertical plate 6-2 and a hanger transverse plate 6-1, the hanger vertical plate 6-2 is attached to the front surface of the connecting strip 1-1-3, the hanger transverse plate 6-1 passes through the hanger hole 1-1-6 and is inserted into the hanger groove 1-1-7, and the hanger transverse plate 6-1 hangs the optical film 5; a foam adhesive tape 7 is stuck on the front surface of the connecting strip 1-1-3, and the foam adhesive tape 7 presses the hanging lug vertical plate 6-2; the foam adhesive tape 7 is adhered to the front surface of the connecting piece 9, and a vibration reduction strip 10 is arranged between the connecting piece 9 and the optical film 5; the liquid crystal display 2 is positioned in the outer side plate 1-1-1 of the middle frame and is adhered to the foam adhesive tape 7.
The mode of welding the backboard 4 and the outer side board 1-1-1 of the middle frame is specifically laser welding. The backboard 4 is welded with the outer side board 1-1-1 of the middle frame, so that the backboard 4 is reliably connected, and the appearance is not influenced by screws. The backboard 4 is attached to the rear surface of the connecting seat 1-1-2, and is welded with the outer side plate 1-1, so that the sealing effect is good, and light leakage can be avoided.
In order to further improve the sealing effect, the inner side of the connecting seat 1-1-2 is provided with a backboard patch 1-1-4, the rear surface of the backboard patch 1-1-4 is flush with the rear surface of the connecting seat 1-1-2, the edge of the backboard 4 is provided with a mounting step 4-1, the front surface of the backboard 4 is flush with the front surface of the backboard patch 1-1-4, and the bottom surface of the mounting step 4-1 is attached to the connecting seat 1-1-2 and the backboard patch 1-1-4. The backboard patches 1-1-4 improve the bonding area of the backboard 4 and the middle frame 1, and further improve the light leakage prevention effect.
The specific fixing manner of the source board 2-2 is shown in fig. 3: the liquid crystal television comprises a source board fixing piece 14, wherein a source board 2-2 is transversely arranged and positioned below a radiator 3, and a COF line 2-3 passes through the front of the radiator 3; the source board fixing piece 14 has elasticity, a T-shaped fixing groove 14-1 is formed in the source board fixing piece 14, the source board fixing piece 14 is connected with the backboard 4, and the upper side and the lower side of the source board 2-2 are respectively clamped at two sides of the T-shaped fixing groove 14-1. Source plate fixture 14 is resilient so that breaking open T-shaped fixture 14-1 places source plate 2-2 into place, and releases the hand, source plate fixture 14 springs back to hold source plate 2-2.source board mount 14 may be made of rubber. A plurality of source board fixtures 14 may be provided along the length of source board 2-2. The source board mount 14 may be attached to the back plate 4 by double-sided tape 5.
The electrical component 11 may be fixed to the back plate 4, and as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of rivet posts 4-2 may be provided on the back plate 4 to fix the electrical component 11.
The backboard 4 is used as an appearance surface and is also used for heat dissipation, and the backboard 4 can be made of an aluminum plate, so that the requirements of appearance and heat dissipation are met, and the backboard has the advantage of light weight.
The cover 13 is used for covering the inner parts of the lower part of the liquid crystal display television to ensure the beautiful appearance of the liquid crystal display television. The covering member 13 may include a cover plate 13-1 and a decorative strip 13-2, the cover plate 13-1 is connected with the lower middle frame 12, the decorative strip 13-2 is connected with the cover plate 13-1, and a cloth 13-3 is disposed on the decorative strip 13-2.
