The invention discloses a reinforcing device for a piano key pressing rail, which comprises a reinforcing strip fixed on the key pressing rail along the longitudinal direction of the key pressing rail, wherein the reinforcing strip is fixedly connected with the upper end of a screw rod through a connecting piece, and the lower end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with a middle wood of a key frame of a piano; the connecting piece is of an L-shaped structure, the horizontal section of the L-shaped structure is fixedly connected with the screw, the length of the horizontal section is adjustable, and the vertical section of the L-shaped structure is fixedly connected with the reinforcing bar; the lower end of the screw rod is screwed into the middle wood of the key frame through the tip and the threads, so that the fixed connection between the screw rod and the middle wood of the key frame is realized, and the length of the screw rod is adjustable. Background
The piano key pressing baffle is a straight rod which stretches across the upper part of the piano keyboard, and two ends of the piano key pressing baffle are fixedly connected with the side wall of the piano. The key pressing rail is positioned at the junction of the visible part and the hidden part of the keyboard, and is mainly used for limiting keys on the keyboard, the distance between the lower surface of the key pressing rail and a white key and the distance between the front surface of the key pressing rail and the end part of a black key are required to meet the requirements, and otherwise, the normal motion of the keys is influenced. The key pressing rail is long and is of a wood structure, and only two ends of the key pressing rail are fixed, so that the key pressing rail is easy to deform and does not meet the use requirement; even if the high-rigidity and non-deformable wood is adopted for manufacturing, the key pressing rail still can deform to a certain extent in the using process, and therefore the use of the piano is affected. The present invention has been made to overcome the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a reinforcement device for a key depression bar of a piano.

The number of the second screws is multiple, the second screws are divided into an upper row and a lower row, and each row is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the key pressing rail.
The lower rod body of the screw rod is provided with a hexagonal prism structure which is used for facilitating the rotation of the lower rod body, so that the lower end of the lower rod body can conveniently attack wood in the key frame, and the axis of the hexagonal prism structure is coincided with the axis of the lower rod body.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present invention provides a reinforcement device for a key depression bar of a piano, wherein the key depression bar is used for limiting keys on a keyboard, and the distance between the lower surface of the key depression bar and a white key 8 and the distance between the front surface of the key depression bar and the end of a black key 9 are required, otherwise, the normal motion of the keys is affected. The device specifically comprises a reinforcing strip 3 fixed on a key pressing rail 1 along the longitudinal direction of the key pressing rail 1, wherein the reinforcing strip 3 is fixedly connected with the right end of a connecting piece 2, the left end of the connecting piece 2 is fixedly connected with the upper end of a screw rod 6, and the lower end of the screw rod 6 is fixedly connected with a middle wood 10 of a key frame of a piano after penetrating through a gap between a low tone group key 11 and a middle and high tone group key on the rear side of the key pressing rail 1; the connecting piece 2 is of an L-shaped structure, the horizontal section of the L-shaped structure is fixedly connected with the screw 6, the length of the horizontal section is adjustable, and the vertical section of the L-shaped structure is fixedly connected with the reinforcing strip 3; the lower end of the screw rod 6 is provided with a tip 6-2-1 and a thread 6-2-2, the lower end of the screw rod 6 is made to penetrate into the key frame middle wood 10 through the tip 6-2-1 and the thread 6-2-2, the screw rod 6 is fixedly connected with the key frame middle wood 10, and the length of the screw rod 6 is adjustable.

4. A reinforcing apparatus for a piano key press rail as claimed in claim 1, wherein a spacer (12) is further provided between said nut (7) and said in-line connecting strip (2-1).
5. A reinforcing apparatus for a piano key press rail as claimed in claim 1, wherein said connecting member (2), screw (6) and reinforcing bar (3) are made of steel material which is not easily deformed.
