Claims (8)

1. A workflow management and control method based on a virtual desktop is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a cluster server is built, and data resources and computing resources required by the work of all servers are uniformly managed by the cluster server;
generating configuration requests of virtual machine resources in different stages and access requests of data resources required by work according to received staged work task requests;
generating a virtual desktop according to the configuration request of the virtual machine resources in different stages and the access request of the data resources required by work, storing the data resources required by work in the virtual desktop, and feeding back the resource use condition to the cluster server;
after the configuration of the virtual desktop is completed, generating a corresponding account and a password and sending the account and the password to a user, and the user accesses the virtual desktop to work through the account and the password;
whether the virtual desktop continues to run is judged by checking the stage work result submitted by the user;
the step of judging whether to continue running the virtual desktop by checking the stage work results submitted by the user comprises the following steps:
when the audit is passed, sending a request for recovering data resources and a virtual machine, recovering the data resources, feeding back the resource use condition to the cluster server, judging whether the work is finished, if the work is finished, closing the virtual desktop, and if the work is not finished, generating a request for configuring the virtual machine at the next stage; and if the stage result audit is not passed, the virtual desktop required by the stage work is continued to be operated by default or the current working virtual desktop and data resources are recycled.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a user uploads an external resource, the uploaded external resource is examined:
when the examination is passed, storing the external resource; and when the examination is not passed, the external resource is not stored.
3. The method for managing and controlling the workflow of the virtual desktop according to claim 1, wherein the step of uniformly managing data resources and computing resources required by the work of all the servers by building a server cluster and using a cluster server comprises the steps of:
the cluster server adopts a distributed storage mode to store data resources and adopts a data redundancy mode to ensure the reliability and the availability of the data resources;
the cluster server prohibits users from directly accessing the data resources and the computing resources.
4. The utility model provides a workflow management and control system based on virtual desktop which characterized in that, includes cluster server, virtual device and user terminal:
the cluster server is connected with the user terminal through a web network, the cluster server is connected with the virtual equipment circuit, and the virtual equipment is connected with the user terminal through the web network;
the cluster server is used for uniformly managing data resources and computing resources required by the work of all the servers, and generating configuration requests of virtual machine resources in different stages and access requests of the data resources required by the work according to the received staged work task requests;
the virtual equipment generates or recovers the corresponding virtual desktop and data resources according to the virtual desktop configuration request and the access request of the data resources required by work, stores the resource use condition to the cluster server, generates or cancels the account and the password of the corresponding user, and sends the newly generated account and the password to the user terminal;
the user terminal is used for receiving the account and the password sent by the virtual equipment and logging in a virtual desktop to work through the user terminal;
the cluster server comprises a resource management module and a work distribution module:
the resource management module carries out unified management on the data resources and the computing resources required by the work, the data are stored in a distributed storage mode, high reliability and high availability of the data are ensured in a redundancy mode, and a user cannot directly access the data resources and the computing resources;
the work distribution module generates configuration requests of virtual machine resources in different stages and access requests of data resources required by work according to stage-by-stage work requirements, generates work recovery requests and judges whether the work is finished or not when the work result is approved, closes the virtual desktop if the work is finished, and generates a virtual machine configuration request in the next stage if the work is not finished; and if the stage result audit is not passed, the virtual desktop required by the stage work is continued to be operated by default or the current working virtual desktop and data resources are recycled.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the virtual device comprises a virtualization module and an external resource upload module:
the virtualization module virtualizes or recovers bottom hardware according to the requirement of the work distribution module, and issues data resources required by the work of the bottom hardware into the corresponding virtual desktop; after the configuration of the virtual desktop is completed, generating an account and a password of the corresponding user and sending the account and the password to the corresponding user;
the external resource uploading module comprises a resource auditing module and a resource auditing module: the resource auditing module is used for solving the problem that a user needs to use external resources, auditing the external resources, and uploading the external resources to the cluster server after the external resources are approved; the resource auditing module is used for recording the uploading of the external resources.
6. The system of claim 4, wherein the user terminal comprises a web access module, and the user enters a web interface through the web access module and logs in the virtual desktop to work by using the received account number and password.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the resource management module comprises an external resource management module and an internal resource management module:
the external resource management module manages and maintains the uploaded external resources stored in the server;
the internal resource management module is responsible for managing internal resources of a company and monitoring the use condition of the internal resources, and the internal resources are in a read-only form;
the work distribution module comprises a virtual machine management module and a data management module:
the virtual machine management module is used for customizing a request corresponding to virtual machine configuration according to the work request, issuing or recovering the virtual machine request after the work result is approved, and generating a virtual machine configuration request of the next stage;
and the data management module generates a data access request corresponding to work after the virtual machine management module generates a virtual machine configuration request, and issues a data recovery request and generates a next-stage data access request after the work result is approved.
8. The system of claim 5, wherein the virtualization module comprises a virtual machine operation module, a virtual machine resource feedback module, and an account management module;
the virtual machine operation module generates or recovers the corresponding virtual desktop and data resources according to the virtual desktop configuration request generated by the work distribution module;
the virtual machine resource feedback module feeds back the current resource use condition to the cluster server;
the account management module generates or cancels the account and the password of the corresponding user and sends the newly generated account and password to the corresponding user terminal.
