3. The method of claim 1, wherein the verifying the message to complete testing of the distributed relay protection device comprises:
setting a judgment basis for verifying the message;
and verifying the message based on the judgment basis to finish the test of the distributed relay protection device.
4. A relay protection tester, comprising:
