When the wiring operation is required, the pressing plate 23 is pressed downwards, the second piston 25 moves downwards, the position of the pressing plate 23 is fixed by the fixing component, the second piston 25 moves downwards, the second spring 26 is compressed, meanwhile, the second piston 25 pushes air in the second air cylinder 24, the air in the second air cylinder 24 enters the air pipe 10 in each wiring component through the connecting pipe 5 and the branch pipe 6 and enters the first air cylinder 11 from the air pipe 10, the air pressure of the first air cylinder 11 is increased, the first piston 12 is driven to move downwards, the wiring board 15 moves to the outside of the isolation frame 7, the wiring is convenient to perform the wiring, after the wiring is completed, the pressing plate 23 is loosened through the fixing component, at the moment, the compressed second spring 26 pushes the second piston 25 to move upwards for the recovery of deformation, the air pressure in the second air cylinder 24 is reduced, and the air pressure in the first air cylinder 11 is reduced, so that the first piston 12, the slide plate 14 and the terminal block 15 enter the inside of the insulating frame 7.
