Referring to fig. 1, the dynamic continuous constant batching device of the present invention comprises: the device comprises a vibration system 1, an elastic support piece 2, a balance bin 3, a storage bin 4, a blanking amount adjusting piece 5, a pushing bin 6, a pushing system 7 and a driving motor 10.
Referring to fig. 2, the balance bin 3 is a rigid cylinder, and a plurality of holes are formed in the side wall. The balance bin 3 is vertically arranged at the center line position of the storage bin 4 through the elastic support piece 2; when the vibration system 1 vibrates the balance bin 3, the balance bin 3 can move up and down. The balance bin 3 can accelerate the movement of ingredients in the balance bin in the up-and-down movement process, and is a buffer zone for balancing the movement of the ingredients.
The elastic supporting piece 2 is a spring, and a group of elastic supporting pieces are respectively arranged in the middle and the upper parts of the balance bin 3; each group of springs consists of a plurality of springs. The pushing bin 6 is arranged at the discharge hole of the blanking amount adjusting piece 5, the pushing system 7 is positioned in the pushing bin 6, and the driving motor 10 is connected with the pushing system 7.
Referring to fig. 4, the pushing system 7 includes: the rotary shaft 71 and the helical blade 72, the helical blade 72 is installed on the rotary shaft 71, and when the rotary shaft 71 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 10, the helical blade 72 also rotates synchronously, and the ingredients are pushed to the discharge port 8.

the blanking amount adjusting piece (5) is arranged at the discharge hole of the balance bin (3);
the pushing bin (6) is arranged at the discharge hole of the blanking amount adjusting piece (5);
the pushing system (7) is positioned in the pushing bin (6);
the driving motor (10) is connected with the pushing system (7);
the elastic support piece (2) is a spring;
the springs are respectively arranged in the middle part and the upper part of the balance bin (3) in a group;
the balance bin (3) is a rigid cylinder, and holes are formed in the side wall of the balance bin;
