本发明涉及一种热交换器,一种吸附垫片板式热交换器,包括支架、所述支架的上部安装有上横梁、支架的下部安装有下横梁,所述上横梁上和下横梁上又安装有前夹紧板、后夹紧板,前夹紧板与后夹紧板之间的上横梁上悬挂安装有N个板片‑垫片,所述N个板片‑垫片中的垫片上下面均采用圆弧腔体结构,并与板片垫片槽底面构成封闭腔室,再通过挤压排出封闭腔室内的空气,形成负压,从而使垫片被吸附在板片上。本发明不仅简化了板片垫片槽的结构、方便更换垫片、避免粘接剂对板片的腐蚀,而且提高了工作效率、降低了模具成本、延长了设备的使用寿命、提高了产品的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热交换器,更具体地说,涉及一种吸附垫片板式热交换器。
背景技术
现有的板式热交换器垫片都是通过粘接、扣式或挂式与板片连接的。粘接连接对板式热交换器的垫片更换很不方便,需要取下被粘接的垫片、清理残胶和重新涂胶粘接垫片,有时粘接剂还会对板片造成腐蚀;扣式垫片,板片垫片槽结构复杂有时还需要冲孔,使模具加工复杂、成本高;挂式垫片不牢固、有时会造成垫片挂爪的损坏。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种吸附垫片板式热交换器。该热交换器中的N个板片-垫片中的垫片上下面均采用圆弧腔结构,并与板片垫片槽底面构成封闭腔室,再通过挤压排出封闭腔室内的空气,形成负压,从而使垫片被吸附在板片上。这样不仅简化了板片垫片槽的结构、方便更换垫片、避免粘接剂对板片的腐蚀,而且提高了工作效率、降低了模具成本、延长了设备的使用寿命、提高了产品的安全性。
为了实现上述发明目的,解决已有技术中所存在的问题,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种吸附垫片板式热交换器,包括支架、所述支架的上部安装有上横梁、支架的下部安装有下横梁,所述上横梁上和下横梁上又安装有前夹紧板、后夹紧板,所述前夹紧板与后夹紧板之间的上横梁上悬挂安装有N个板片-垫片,所述N个板片-垫片的下端分别与下横梁连接,然后通过夹紧螺栓把前夹紧板、N个板片-垫片及后夹紧板夹紧固定,从而构成一个整体。所述前夹紧板上还安装有第一对介质法兰接管和第二对介质法兰接管,所述N个板片-垫片中的垫片上下面均采用圆弧腔体结构,并与板片垫片槽底面构成封闭腔室,再通过挤压排出封闭腔室内的空气,形成负压,从而使垫片被吸附在板片上。

如图1、2、3所示,一种吸附垫片板式热交换器,包括支架6、所述支架6的上部安装有上横梁4、支架6的下部安装有下横梁8,所述上横梁4上和下横梁8上又安装有前夹紧板3、后夹紧板5,所述前夹紧板3与后夹紧板5之间的上横梁4上悬挂安装有N个板片-垫片9,所述N个板片-垫片9的下端分别与下横梁8连接,然后通过夹紧螺栓7把前夹紧板3、N个板片-垫片9及后夹紧板5夹紧固定,从而构成一个整体。所述前夹紧板3上还安装有第一对介质法兰接管1和第二对介质法兰接管2,所述N个板片-垫片9中的垫片上、下面均采用圆弧腔体结构,并与板片垫片槽底面构成封闭腔室,再通过挤压排出封闭腔室内的空气,形成负压,从而使垫片被吸附在板片上。
