Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method of regulating temperature, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of adjusting temperature according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
in step S102, a first air supply temperature of the air conditioner is acquired.
In step S102, the air conditioner includes sensors including at least an ambient temperature sensor for detecting an ambient temperature within a target area (e.g., a room) and an evaporator copper tube temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of an evaporator copper tube. After the ambient temperature and the evaporator copper pipe temperature in the target area are obtained, the first air supply temperature in step S102 is obtained according to the ambient temperature and the evaporator copper pipe temperature in the target area, where the first air supply temperature is the current air supply temperature of the air conditioning apparatus.
Step S104, calculating the difference value between the first air supply temperature and the set second air supply temperature.
In step S104, the set second air supply temperature is the target air supply temperature of the air conditioner, and optionally, the second air supply temperature is the most comfortable temperature for the user.
Alternatively, the second supply air temperature may be a fixed value set by the user, for example, 25 ℃; the temperature value may also be a temperature value that changes with the change of the ambient temperature of the target area, for example, the ambient temperature is 35 ℃, and the corresponding second air supply temperature is 25 ℃ at this time; it may also be a temperature value that varies with time, for example, the supply air temperature at night is 27 ℃.
And step S106, adjusting the first air supply temperature of the air conditioner according to the difference value.
It should be noted that, for different differences, the air supply temperature of the air conditioner may be adjusted in different manners, for example, when the difference is smaller than or equal to a preset difference, the air supply temperature of the air conditioner may be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the fan, so as to achieve the purpose of fine adjustment of the air supply temperature of the air conditioner.
Based on the solutions defined in steps S102 to S106, it can be known that the air supply temperature of the air conditioner is automatically adjusted by obtaining the first air supply temperature of the air conditioner, calculating the difference between the first air supply temperature and the set second air supply temperature, and then adjusting the air supply temperature of the air conditioner according to the difference.
It is easy to notice that the set second air supply temperature is the most comfortable temperature for the user, and the effect of improving the comfort of the user can be achieved by setting the air supply temperature of the air conditioner at the most comfortable temperature for the user. In addition, in the operation process of the air conditioner, the first air supply temperature of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the difference value of the first air supply temperature and the second air supply temperature, so that the air supply temperature of the air conditioner can be adjusted in real time, and the technical effect of automatically controlling the air supply temperature of the air conditioner is achieved.
Therefore, the technical problem that the air supply temperature of an air conditioner is uncontrollable when the air conditioner operates in the prior art can be solved by the scheme provided by the application.
In an alternative scheme, the first supply air temperature of the air conditioner device may be obtained by the following method, and the specific steps may include:
step S1020, acquiring the ambient temperature in the target area and the temperature of an evaporator copper pipe of the air conditioner;
in step S1022, a first air supply temperature is determined according to the ambient temperature and the evaporator copper pipe temperature.
Alternatively, the first supply air temperature T may be obtained according to the following formula1:
T1=f(T00,T01)
In the above formula, T00Is ambient temperature, T01Is the evaporator copper tube temperature.
In addition, in step S1020, the target area may be, but is not limited to, a home room, an office, or the like.
In addition, in steps S1020 to S1022, the air supply temperature of the air conditioner is related to the temperature of the evaporator copper tube in addition to the ambient temperature, and therefore, a more accurate air supply temperature can be obtained in steps S1020 to S1022.
After the first supply air temperature of the air conditioning apparatus is obtained, a difference between the first supply air temperature and the second supply air temperature may be calculated. The second air supply temperature can be set by a user, for example, when the air conditioning device is used for refrigerating, the range of the second air supply temperature which can be set is 10-25 ℃; when the air conditioner is heating, the second blowing temperature can be set to 20 ℃ to 55 ℃.
In an alternative, before calculating the difference between the first supply air temperature and the set second supply air temperature, the second supply air temperature may be set according to a required temperature of the target object, and the specific steps may include:
step S10, acquiring the required temperature of the target object in the target area;
in step S12, a second supply air temperature is determined based on the ambient temperature and the required temperature in the target area.
Specifically, the demand temperature of the user is different in different environments, for example, in summer, the demand temperature of the user is 20 ℃; in winter, the user's demand temperature is 25 ℃. In addition, when the ambient temperature in the target area changes, the user's demanded temperature also changes, for example, when the ambient temperature is 16 ℃, the user may feel cold, and at this time, the user's demanded temperature may be 20 ℃. Therefore, in the process of determining the second air supply temperature, the environment temperature in the target area and the required temperature of the user are comprehensively considered, the second air supply temperature more suitable for the user can be obtained, and the effect of improving the comfort degree of the user is further achieved.
In another alternative, different second air supply temperatures may be set according to different time periods, and the specific steps may include:
step S20, acquiring current time information;
in step S22, a second blowing air temperature is determined based on the current time information.
Specifically, the supply air temperature demanded by the user is different at different time periods, for example, at 22:00 pm to 5:00 am, the supply air temperature demanded by the user is 25 ℃, and at 12:00 pm to 16:00 pm, the supply air temperature demanded by the user is 22 ℃. Therefore, after the current time information is obtained, the temperature information corresponding to the current time information, that is, the air supply temperature most comfortable for the user at the current time, is obtained.
The air conditioner may determine the correspondence between the time information and the air supply temperature by using the big data, or the user may set the correspondence between the time information and the air supply temperature by using the air conditioner, and the correspondence between the time information and the air supply temperature is not limited in the present application.
After the first air supply temperature and the second air supply temperature are determined, the difference between the first air supply temperature and the second air supply temperature can be calculated, and the air supply temperature of the air conditioner can be controlled according to the difference between the first air supply temperature and the second air supply temperature. It should be noted that different types of air conditioners have different compressor types, and the adjustment modes corresponding to the different types of compressors may be different, so that the type of the compressor needs to be determined before the supply air temperature of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the difference. Optionally, the method of determining the type of the compressor may include:
step S30, acquiring parameter information of the air conditioner and the air displacement of a compressor of the air conditioner;
step S32, determining the type of the compressor according to the parameter information and the exhaust gas volume, wherein the type of the compressor at least comprises one of the following types: the air compressor comprises a first type compressor and a second type compressor, wherein the air displacement of the first type compressor is larger than that of the second type compressor.
In an alternative arrangement, in the case that the compressor is a first type of compressor, adjusting the temperature of the supply air of the air conditioning unit according to the difference comprises:
step S40, judging the difference value and the preset difference value;
step S42, adjusting the fan rotating speed of the air conditioner device under the condition that the difference is less than or equal to the preset difference, and executing step S44;
step S44, adjusting a first air supply temperature according to the adjusted rotating speed of the fan;
step S46, adjusting the operation frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner under the condition that the difference is larger than the preset difference, and executing step S48;
and step S48, adjusting the first air supply temperature according to the adjusted running frequency of the compressor.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, when the difference is not greater than the preset difference, the rotation speed of the fan is adjusted to make the air supply temperature of the air conditioning device reach the second air supply temperature; and when the difference value is larger than the preset difference value, adjusting the running frequency of the compressor to enable the air supply temperature of the air conditioning device to reach a second air supply temperature.
It is easy to notice that, because the displacement of the compressor is relatively large, when the difference is not greater than the preset difference, the purpose of accurately adjusting the air supply temperature of the air conditioner cannot be achieved only by adjusting the operation frequency of the compressor. In the case that the difference is not greater than the preset difference, the air supply temperature of the air conditioning device is accurately adjusted in a fan rotating speed mode; and under the condition that the difference value is larger than the preset difference value, the air supply temperature of the air conditioning device is quickly adjusted to the second air supply temperature by adopting a mode of the running frequency of the compressor.
In addition, it should be further explained that the fan may be a fan for heat exchange of an evaporator or a fan for heat exchange of a condenser, and the specific type of the fan is not limited in this application.
In an alternative scheme, in the case that the compressor is a second type of compressor, adjusting the temperature of the air supply of the air conditioner according to the difference value may include:
step S50, adjusting the running frequency of the compressor according to the difference value;
and step S52, adjusting the first air supply temperature according to the adjusted running frequency of the compressor.
In this case, the air supply temperature of the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the fan, because the purpose of accurately adjusting the air supply temperature of the air conditioner can be achieved by only adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor when the displacement of the compressor is small.
According to the scheme, the running frequency and/or the fan rotating speed of the compressor are/is controlled, so that the air supply temperature of the air conditioning device is stabilized within a comfortable temperature range of a user, the purpose of automatically adjusting the air supply temperature of the air conditioning device during air conditioning running is achieved, and the effect of improving the comfort level of the user is achieved.
