Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, an air conditioner comprises a water pump 1, a memory 3 storing a threshold value and a preset program, and an actuator 2, wherein the preset program, when executed by the actuator 2, is capable of implementing the following steps: and detecting the current operation state and calculating the generation amount of the condensed water in the operation state, and starting the water pump 1 if the generation amount of the condensed water is greater than a threshold value.
According to the air conditioner, the water pump is restarted when the condensate water generation amount reaches the requirement of discharge through the detection of the running state and the calculation of the condensate water generation amount, so that unnecessary power input during detection is reduced, and unnecessary power waste during use is reduced.
The memory 3 stores therein a preset program, a threshold and a preset time ts, as shown in fig. 2, the preset program includes the following steps:
firstly, the current operation mode is detected, and the operation modes of the existing air conditioner are mostly divided into a heating mode, an air supply mode, a cooling mode and a dehumidification mode, wherein the heating mode and the air supply mode do not generate condensed water, the cooling mode generates condensed water, and the dehumidification mode generates a large amount of water, so that the water pump is not started if the heating mode or the air supply mode is adopted, the water pump is started if the dehumidification mode is adopted, and the generation amount of the condensed water is continuously calculated if the dehumidification mode is adopted.
Secondly, if the air conditioner is in a refrigeration mode, calculating the total running time t of the air conditioner, namely the cumulative running time of the air conditioner, and if the total running time t is greater than ts, starting a water pump; as the service time of the air conditioner is accumulated, dirty blockage is easy to generate in the air conditioner, condensed water is easier to generate and is difficult to discharge, the water in the box body is not smoothly discharged, and partial stored water is left, so that the water pump 1 is started at the moment, and the risk of slow discharge of the condensed water can be effectively prevented.
And finally, if t < ts, detecting the operation parameters and the environmental parameters of the air conditioner, calculating the generation amount of the condensed water in the current operation state according to the operation parameters and the environmental parameters, comparing the generation amount with a set threshold value, and starting the water pump 1 if the generation amount is larger than the threshold value. It should be noted that the threshold value may be set as needed, and may be changed according to the total operation time, and the threshold value may be decreased as the total operation time increases because the automatic drainage performance may be decreased as the operation time of the air conditioner is accumulated.
The actuator 2 is electrically connected with the storage 3, the detection component 4 and the water pump 2, so that various parameters detected by the detection component 4 can be received, a preset program in the storage 3 is executed, the generation amount of condensed water in the current operation state is calculated, and the comparison with a set threshold value is carried out to judge whether the water pump 1 needs to be opened or not.
Referring to fig. 3, because the air conditioner needs to perform an energy efficiency test, the air conditioner of the present invention is divided into a test state and a use state, in the test state, the air conditioner of the present invention does not need to consider the problem of use time, only needs to consider an operation mode, and the environment is single during the test, and only needs to consider the frequency of the frequency converter 5, that is, in the test state, only detects the frequency of the frequency converter 5, calculates the amount of condensate water produced according to the frequency, compares the amount with a set threshold value, determines whether a water pump needs to be started, and can test the energy efficiency ratio in each state.
Taking a frequency conversion ceiling unit machine with 12K in a certain European Union as an example, the no-load running power of a standard water pump is 7W, and an energy efficiency test needs to respectively test four fixed frequency tests including SEER A, SEER B, SEER C and SEER D and then calculate a final SEER value.
In the SEER A mode, the air conditioning dehumidification amount is about 1.5kg/h, in the SEER B mode, the air conditioning dehumidification amount is about 0.5kg/h, in the SEER C mode, the air conditioning dehumidification amount is less than 0.1kg/h, in the SEER D mode, the air conditioning dehumidification amount is 0, the water storage amount of an indoor unit water receiving disc is more than 1.0kg, the air conditioner refrigeration fixed frequency test time is generally not more than 3h, and the energy efficiency test is performed by adopting a new machine, so that risks such as dirt blockage are avoided.
Therefore, when the SEER A mode and the SEER B mode are adopted, the water pump is started, and when the SEER C mode and the SEER D mode are adopted, the water pump is closed, and unnecessary power input can be effectively reduced.
Through the modification, the energy efficiency of the SEER C can be increased from 6.45W/W to 6.63 by 2.8%; the energy efficiency of SEER D is increased from 10.00 to 10.75 by 7.5 percent; the overall SEER is increased from 5.69 to 5.83, and the increase is 2.5%.
According to the air conditioner, the water pump 1 is started when the condensate water generation amount reaches the requirement of drainage through detection of the running state and calculation of the condensate water generation amount, so that the energy efficiency level of the air conditioner is effectively improved; through detection, the water pump 1 is not started in an unnecessary state, and the energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioner is greatly improved; because condensed water cannot be generated in the heating mode, the operating power can be effectively reduced by judging and controlling the operating mode; the water pump is started through detection and judgment of the total running time, so that the condensate water caused by the retention of the condensate water after the air conditioner is filthy and blocked can be effectively prevented from overflowing.
Referring to fig. 2, an air conditioner control method includes the steps of: and detecting the current operation state and calculating the generation amount of the condensed water in the operation state, and starting the water pump if the generation amount of the condensed water is greater than a threshold value.
According to the air conditioner control method, the water pump is restarted when the condensate water generation amount reaches the requirement of discharging through detecting the operation state and calculating the condensate water generation amount, so that the energy efficiency level of the air conditioner is effectively improved; the water pump is not started in an unnecessary state, so that the energy efficiency ratio can be effectively improved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the present invention in other forms, and any person skilled in the art may apply the above modifications or changes to the equivalent embodiments with equivalent changes, without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention, and any simple modification, equivalent change and change made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention still belong to the protection scope of the technical spirit of the present invention.
