The position detection mechanism includes an infrared sensor 23. The transmitting end and the receiving end of the infrared sensor 23 are respectively provided on both sides of the threaded rod 12. When the distance S is less than a preset distance S3, the inner box 17 blocks the infrared rays emitted from the emitting end to the receiving end of the infrared sensor 23. The position detection mechanism further detects whether the inner box 17 reaches a more accurate position when in the outer box 1, which is convenient for accurately positioning the inner box 17.

Referring to fig. 7, the liftable electric power meter of the present embodiment is added with a remote control mechanism on the basis of embodiment 1. The remote control mechanism comprises a signal transmitting module and a signal receiving module 25 which are matched with each other. The signal transmitting module transmits an up signal or a down signal to the signal receiving module 25. The signal receiving module 25 is installed in the outer case 1 and transmits an up signal or a down signal to the controller 24. The embodiment transmits the remote data through the signal transmitting and receiving module, so that the electric power metering instrument in the remote control device is lifted, and the operation of personnel is facilitated.
Example 5
Referring to fig. 8, the device of the liftable electric power meter of the present embodiment is added with a waterproof cover 26 on the basis of embodiment 1. A waterproof cover 26 is arranged in the inner box 17, and the first motor 7 is arranged in the waterproof cover 26. Meanwhile, the bottom wall of the inner box 17 is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 27 communicated with the outer box 1. Thus, water entering the inner box 17 can be prevented from entering the electric power measuring instrument, the entering water can flow out from the water outlet hole 27, water is prevented from accumulating in the inner box 17, and the service life of the device and the electric power measuring instrument is prolonged.
Example 6
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, a closing mechanism is added to the device of the liftable electric power meter according to the embodiment 1. The closing mechanism comprises a mounting plate 19, a second motor 20, a gear 21 and an inserting plate 22. The mounting plate 19 is mounted on the bottom end of the outer box 1; the second motor 20 is mounted on the mounting plate 19. The gear 21 is sleeved on an output shaft of the second motor 20; one side of the inserting plate 22 is provided with a rack 222 engaged with the gear 21, and the inserting plate 22 is inserted into the mounting plate 19 and covers the lifting opening 16. The rotation of the gear 21 drives the rack 222 to move and drives the inserting plate 22 to slide relative to the mounting plate 19 to cover or open the lifting opening 16.
In some embodiments, the controller 24 determines whether the distance S detected by the distance sensor 28 is greater than a predetermined distance S4 when receiving the rising signal, and drives the second motor 20 to rotate clockwise to slide the board 22 and open the lifting port 16, and drives the second motor 20 to rotate counterclockwise to slide the board 22 and cover the lifting port 16 when the distance S is less than a predetermined distance S5. When the controller 24 receives the descending signal, it determines whether the distance S detected by the distance sensor 28 is less than a preset distance S5, if so, the second driving motor 20 rotates clockwise to slide the board 22 and open the lifting port 16, and if the distance S is greater than the distance S4, the second driving motor 20 rotates counterclockwise to slide the board 22 and cover the lifting port 16.
In this embodiment, the number of the second motor 20 and the second gear 21 is two, and two parallel racks 222 are disposed on both upper and lower sides of the inserting plate 22. At least two notches 221 corresponding to the threaded rod 12 and the slide rod 15 are formed at one end of the inserting plate 22 close to the threaded rod 12.
In the embodiment, by arranging the closing mechanism, when the inner box 17 descends and approaches the lifting port 16, the controller 24 drives the second motor 20 to rotate, so that the inserting plate 22 slides and opens the lifting port 16, and when the inner box 17 leaves the lifting port 16, the controller 24 drives the second motor 20 to rotate reversely, so that the inserting plate 22 slides and closes the lifting port 16, thereby avoiding the electric power meter from being damaged due to entering of dust, rainwater and the like into the lifting port 16, and prolonging the service life of the device and the electric power meter.
Example 7
The present embodiment provides a method for lifting and lowering an electric power meter, and adopts the device for lifting and lowering an electric power meter of embodiment 1. The lifting method comprises the following steps:
when the electric power meter is lifted, whether the distance S detected by the distance sensor 28 is greater than a preset distance S1 is judged, if yes, the first motor 7 is driven to rotate, the inner box 17 is lifted, and the first motor 7 is closed when the distance S is equal to the distance S1, otherwise, the lifting is judged to be finished.
When the electric power meter is lowered, whether the distance S detected by the distance sensor 28 is less than a preset distance S2 is judged, if yes, the first motor 7 is driven to rotate, the inner box 17 is lowered, and the first motor 7 is turned off when the distance S is equal to the distance S2, otherwise, the lowering is judged to be finished.

Claims (9)

1. A liftable device of electric power measurement appearance, includes outer container (1), its characterized in that: the bottom end of the outer box (1) is provided with a lifting port (16); the liftable electric power meter device further comprises:
an inner box (17) provided in the outer box (1); the power meter is mounted in an inner box (17);
the lifting mechanism comprises a first motor (7), a threaded rod (12) and a sliding rod (15) parallel to the threaded rod (12); the first motor (7) is arranged in the outer box (1); the top end of the threaded rod (12) is connected with an output shaft of the motor I (7), and the bottom end of the threaded rod penetrates through the lifting port (16) and is exposed out of the outer box (1); the inner box (17) is screwed on the threaded rod (12); the sliding rod (15) penetrates through one side of the inner box (17), and the inner box (17) slides along the axial direction of the sliding rod (15) and enters and exits from the lifting port (16);
a distance sensor (28) which is installed in the outer box (1), is positioned above the inner box (17), and detects the distance S from the inner box (17);
the closing mechanism comprises a mounting plate (19), a second motor (20), a gear (21) and an inserting plate (22); the mounting plate (19) is mounted on the bottom end of the outer box (1); the second motor (20) is arranged on the mounting plate (19); a gear (21) is sleeved on an output shaft of the second motor (20); one side of the inserting plate (22) is provided with a rack (222) meshed with the gear (21), and the inserting plate (22) is inserted into the mounting plate (19) and covers the lifting opening (16); the gear (21) rotates to drive the rack (222) to move and drive the inserting plate (22) to slide relative to the mounting plate (19) so as to cover or open the lifting opening (16);
a controller (24) which is provided in the outer box (1) and receives an up signal or a down signal; when the controller (24) receives the ascending signal, whether the distance S detected by the distance sensor (28) is greater than a preset distance S1 is judged, if yes, the motor I (7) is driven to rotate, the inner box (17) is ascended, and the motor I (7) is closed when the distance S is equal to the distance S1, otherwise, the ascending is judged to be finished; and when receiving the descending signal, the controller (24) judges whether the distance S detected by the distance sensor (28) is smaller than a preset distance S2, if so, the controller drives the first motor (7) to rotate to descend the inner box (17), and if the distance S is equal to the distance S2, the controller turns off the first motor (7), otherwise, the controller judges that the descending is finished.

The liftable electric power meter device according to claim 1, wherein: the number of the sliding rods (15) is two, and the two sliding rods (15) are symmetrical about the threaded rod (12); the device of the liftable electric power meter also comprises a positioning mechanism; the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning sleeve (3) arranged on one side of the inner box (17), a limiting block (13) rotatably arranged at the bottom end of the threaded rod (12), two first fixed blocks (2) respectively connected with the top ends of the two sliding rods (15), two second fixed blocks (14) respectively connected with the bottom ends of the two sliding rods (15), and two sliding sleeves (11) respectively fixed on two sides of the inner box (17); the threaded rod (12) is screwed in the positioning sleeve (3); the two first fixing blocks (2) are both arranged on the inner wall of the outer box (1); two sliding rods (15) are respectively inserted into the two sliding sleeves (11) and slide relative to the sliding sleeves (11).

The liftable electric power meter device according to claim 1, wherein: the opposite sides of the outer box (1) are respectively provided with a wire inlet hole (8) and a wire outlet hole (5); the device of the liftable electric power metering instrument further comprises a wire inlet pipe (9) and a wire outlet pipe (4); one end of the wire inlet pipe (9) penetrates through the wire inlet hole (8) and is positioned in the outer box (1), and the other end of the wire inlet pipe is connected to the power input end of the power metering instrument; one end of the wire outlet pipe penetrates through the wire inlet hole (8) and is positioned in the outer box (1), and the other end of the wire outlet pipe is connected to the power output end of the power metering instrument; the wire inlet pipe (9) and the wire outlet pipe (4) are connected with each other at one end in the outer box (1);
the device of the liftable electric power metering instrument further comprises an extension tube, wherein the extension tube comprises a plurality of extension tubes (18) which are sequentially sleeved; the top end of the telescopic pipe is connected to the joint of the wire inlet pipe (9) and the wire outlet pipe (4) and communicated with the wire inlet pipe (9) and the wire outlet pipe (4).

The liftable electric power meter device according to claim 1, wherein: the device of the liftable electric power meter also comprises a position detection mechanism; the position detection mechanism includes an infrared sensor (23); the transmitting end and the receiving end of the infrared sensor (23) are respectively arranged on two sides of the threaded rod (12); when the distance S is less than a preset distance S3, the inner box (17) blocks the infrared rays emitted from the emitting end to the receiving end of the infrared sensor (23).

The liftable electric power meter device according to claim 1, wherein: the device of the liftable electric power meter also comprises a remote control mechanism; the remote control mechanism comprises a signal transmitting module and a signal receiving module (25) which are matched with each other; the signal transmitting module sends the ascending signal or the descending signal to a signal receiving module (25); the signal receiving module (25) is installed in the outer box (1) and transmits the rising signal or the falling signal to the controller (24).

The liftable electric power meter device according to claim 1, wherein: the number of the second motor (20) and the number of the gears (21) are two, and two parallel racks (222) are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the inserting plate (22); one end of the inserting plate (22) close to the threaded rod (12) is provided with at least two notches (221) corresponding to the threaded rod (12) and the sliding rod (15).
