The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the fresh air distribution valve for the vehicle of the invention can be installed in a fixed position of a cockpit, an equipment cabin and the like outside a closed shelter for a long time, and comprises a sealed shell 1 and a plurality of valves 2. The shell 1 comprises an air inlet 102 for supplying air and a plurality of air outlets 103 for supplying air, the valves 2 are respectively connected with the air outlets 103 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the air inlet 102, the air outlets 103 and the valves 2 form a valve group with one inlet and one outlet, so that the aim of simultaneously and practically using multiple people is fulfilled.
In this embodiment, the housing 1 has an air inlet 102 and two air outlets 103, each air outlet 103 has a valve 2, a two-in/two-out valve set is formed entirely, the air inlet 102 can be connected to clean air or oxygen in the shelter, and the air outlets 103 are connected to the personal protection safety mask respectively. Because the oxygen bottle is not required to be placed in the cockpit and the equipment cabin, the device can adapt to complex vibration environments on the vehicle, and has better safety.
As shown in fig. 2, the valve 2 may include a valve body 104 and a cylindrical valve core 201, the valve core 201 is rotatably inserted into the valve body 104 through a valve core seat 203, the valve core seat 203 is fixed on the valve body 104 through a fixing nut 202, two first ventilation openings are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the valve body 104, two second ventilation openings are alternately and symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the valve core 201 and the first ventilation openings, the valve core 201 may rotate in the valve body 104, when rotating, the state between the first ventilation openings and the second ventilation openings may be changed from overlapping to staggered or from staggered to overlapping, the overlapping condition of the first ventilation openings and the second ventilation openings controls the opening and closing of the valve 2, when the first ventilation openings and the second ventilation openings overlap, the valve 2 is opened, the air inlet 102 and the air outlet 103 are communicated, and a user may inhale clean air or oxygen through the personal protection safety mask.
The valve 2 may be a manual valve 2 or an electric valve 2, as long as the function of blocking and communicating the air inlet 102 and the air outlet 103 can be achieved. In the present embodiment, the valve 2 is configured as a manual valve 2, and is disposed in the inner cavity 101 of the housing 1 and between the air inlet 102 and the corresponding air outlet 103. The manual valve 2 is adopted, so that the safety is higher, the distributing valve is simple in structure, and the production and use cost can be reduced. The valve 2 further comprises a handle 206, the handle 206 and the valve core 201 are connected into an integral structure, the handle 206 drives the valve core 201 to rotate around the axis of the valve core 201, and the on-off of the valve 2 can be controlled by rotating the handle 206. The maximum rotation angle of the handle 206 is 90 °. When the first ventilation opening of the valve core 201 rotates to the position shown by the valve 2 on the left side in fig. 3, the first ventilation opening coincides with the second ventilation opening, the air inlet 102, the inner cavity 101 are communicated with the air outlet 103, the valve 2 is opened, when the valve core rotates by 90 degrees on the basis of the valve 2 on the left side in fig. 3, the positions of the first ventilation opening and the second ventilation opening are staggered, as shown by the valve 2 on the right side in fig. 3, at the moment, the valve 2 is closed, and the air inlet 102, the inner cavity 101 and the air outlet 103 are in a non-communicated state.
In order to improve the reliability of the manual valve 2, the valve 2 further includes a limiting member 205 disposed on the valve core seat 203 for limiting the rotation angle of the handle 206, where the limiting member 205 is a mechanical limiting structure, such as a limiting screw. The limit screw may be installed at each of the start position and the end position of the rotation of the handle 206 on the valve seat 203 to limit the rotation direction limit position of the valve 201 to the fully opened or closed position of the valve 2, so that the valve 201 is ensured not to exceed the fully opened or fully closed position. At the same time, a switch indication mark is also arranged at the handles 206 of the two valves 2 to prompt the user about the direction of switching the valves 2.
In addition, the valve 2 further includes a damper 204 for providing damping for the rotation of the valve core 201, where the damper 204 is fixedly connected to the valve seat, in this embodiment, the damper 204 may be a spring ball screw, so that when the valve core 201 rotates to the fully open or fully closed position, appropriate damping is provided, that is, the accuracy of the fully open or fully closed position is ensured, and the position of the valve core 201 is prevented from being shifted during vibration.
In this embodiment, the material of the housing 1 is aluminum alloy, so that the overall weight of the distribution valve can be reduced, the distribution valve can be easily installed at any position of a vehicle cab or an equipment cabin, the problem of bearing of the installation position is not required to be considered, and the distribution valve is small in size and low in cost.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: clean air enters the inner cavity 101 of the shell 1 through the air inlet 102, positive pressure is formed in the inner cavity 101, polluted air in the environment cannot enter the inner cavity 101 any more, when a worker needs to use the protective mask, the protective mask is only required to be connected into the air outlet 103, then the valve 2 is opened, and when the use is finished, the valve 2 is closed. This form of instant opening prevents the loss of clean air and does not cause a drop in overpressure in the shelter if clean air is directly accessed from the shelter.
The above is only a schematic description of the present invention, and it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications can be made to the present invention without departing from the working principles of the present invention, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
