As shown in fig. 3, the valve body 30 has an overall cylindrical shape, and includes a first opening 31 and a second opening 32 that are disposed opposite to each other. The bottom surface of the valve body 30 is opened with a first guide hole 35 communicating with the first opening 31 and a second guide hole 36 communicating with the second opening 32. Hot water enters the first opening 31 through the hot water inlet 12, then enters the hot water guide hole 18 through the first guide hole 35, and then enters the mixing cavity 17; and the cold water enters the second opening 32 through the cold water inlet 13, enters the cold water guide hole 19 through the second guide hole 36 and then enters the mixing cavity 17. Because hot water and cold water all get into from the mixing chamber 17 bottom, therefore can abundant mixture, the cold and hot uneven condition when can not appear flowing out delivery port 14.
The side shape of the first opening 31 with reference to fig. 4 to 11 is set to: clockwise, the opening is changed from big to small; the side shape of the second opening 32 is set to: clockwise, the openings are smaller and larger, and in a preferred embodiment, the first opening 31 and the second opening 32 are symmetrical to each other about a center line 34. The cross-sections of the hot water inlet 12 and the cold water inlet 13 are generally the same, the minimum of the openings of the first opening 31 and the second opening 32 is smaller than the cross-section of the corresponding hot water inlet 12 or cold water inlet 13, and the maximum can accommodate the cross-section of the corresponding hot water inlet 12 or cold water inlet 13. Fig. 8 is a side-expanded view of the valve core 30, which shows the side shapes of the first opening 31 and the second opening 32, when the valve core 30 is rotated clockwise, the first opening 31 will pass through the hot water inlet 12, and the second opening 32 will pass through the cold water inlet 13, because the side shapes of the first opening 31 and the second opening 32 are changed, during the clockwise rotation, a process that the circulation cross section of the hot water flowing from the hot water inlet 12 into the first opening 31 is changed from small to large, and the circulation cross section of the cold water flowing from the cold water inlet 13 into the second opening 32 is changed from large to small, that is, a process that the water temperature is changed from cold to hot will be experienced. The principle of the control is as follows: the water temperature is adjusted by controlling the inflow amount of the cold and hot water by controlling the flow cross section of the cold and hot water.
Several possible locations in this embodiment are shown below:
as shown in fig. 4 and 9, when the hot water inlet 12 is located at the opening minimum of the first opening 31, the cold water inlet 13 is located at the opening maximum of the second opening 32, which is the cold water level.
As shown in fig. 5 and 10, when the hot water inlet 12 is located at the middle position of the first opening 31 and the cold water inlet 13 is located at the middle position of the second opening 32, the inflow amounts of the hot water and the cold water are substantially identical and may be regarded as a warm water level.
As shown in fig. 6 and 11, when the hot water inlet 12 is located at the maximum opening of the first opening 31, the cold water inlet 13 is located at the minimum opening of the second opening 32, which is the hot water level.
As shown in fig. 7, when the hot water inlet 12 and the cold water inlet 13 are blocked by the valve body 30, neither the cold water nor the hot water flows out, and this is the cutoff position.
The valve core 30 is rotatably connected with the valve core mounting hole 11, and has high matching precision, so that when the outer wall of the valve core 30 blocks the hot water inlet 12 and the cold water inlet 13, a good sealing effect is achieved. The first sealing ring 15 and the second sealing ring 16 may be disposed on the mating surface between the valve core 30 and the valve body 10, so that the sealing effect may be further improved while the precision of the mating between the valve core 30 and the valve core mounting hole 11 is reduced.
It is obvious that after use, a certain amount of water accumulates in the mixing chamber 17, i.e. when the hot water is switched on in the off state, the hot water will first mix with the water accumulated in the mixing chamber 17, so that the temperature of the hot water decreases and the temperature of the water flowing out of the water outlet 14 will gradually increase, so that the user has enough reaction time and the risk of scalding is greatly reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, an upper cover 60 is coupled to an upper surface of the valve body 10, and particularly, may be coupled by a bolt, for preventing the valve cartridge 30 from being separated from the valve body 10. The valve core 30 is further provided with a matching part 39 penetrating through the upper cover 60, the handle 90 comprises a seat body 92 and a handle 93, the matching part 39 is matched and connected with a matching hole 91 formed in the lower surface of the seat body 92, and the valve core 30 can be driven to rotate by rotating the handle 90. It is obvious that in the present embodiment, when the handle is rotated clockwise, the temperature of the water flowing out of the water outlet 14 will be gradually changed from cold water to hot water, and when the handle is rotated counterclockwise, the temperature of the water flowing out of the water outlet 14 will be gradually changed from hot water to cold water. For further convenience of use, avoiding the first opening 31 rotating to the cold water inlet 13, with reference to fig. 1 and 12, a boss 61 is provided on the upper cover 60, the boss 61 preferably being in the form of an open ring having a first end face 62 and a second end face 63. A baffle plate 94 is provided at a side of the housing 92, and is at a hot water level when the baffle plate 94 is rotated to contact the first end surface 62, and is at a cold water level when the baffle plate 94 is rotated to contact the second end surface 63, and the rotation range of the baffle plate 94 is limited by the boss 61, thereby preventing the first opening 31 from rotating to the cold water inlet 13. In practical use, the upper cover 60 can be provided with marks corresponding to the hot water level, the cold water level and the stop position respectively, so as to further facilitate the use of people.
As shown in fig. 1, a sealing cover 37 is provided at the bottom of the valve body 10, the sealing cover 37 is screwed to the valve body 10, and the mixing chamber 17 is communicated with the outside when the sealing cover 37 is opened. Thus, when the water valve is not used for a long time, the sealing cover 27 can be opened to discharge accumulated water in the mixing cavity 17, and the accumulated water is prevented from deteriorating to influence the later use. In addition, after the sealing cover 37 is opened, people can clean the inside of the mixing cavity 17 conveniently.
The temperature-regulating water valve at least has the following advantages:
1. the mixing cavity capable of storing a certain amount of water is arranged, so that the temperature is reduced to a certain extent when hot water flows out, and the risk of scalding is greatly reduced;
2. hot water and cold water enter the mixing cavity from the bottom, and are mixed more uniformly and fully;
3. through opening first, second opening side face shape designs for control temperature that can be convenient after rotating the handle, simple structure, convenient to use.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned preferred embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concepts and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
