Another object of the present invention is to provide a wet ball mill provided with the wet ball mill sealing structure according to the above.
The wet ball mill sets up the foundation frame that is used for bearing inlet pipe, the foundation frame includes supporting part and stabilizer blade, and supporting part sets up elastic buffer structure, stabilizer blade welded fastening subaerial.
The wet ball mill is characterized in that a foundation frame for supporting the feeding pipe is arranged below the feeding pipe and comprises a supporting part and supporting feet, wherein the supporting part is provided with an elastic buffer structure, and the supporting feet are welded and fixed on the ground.
The supporting part is a semicircular structure with an opening at the upper end, and the inner surface of the semicircular structure is provided with elastic ribs parallel to the direction of the central axis and perpendicular to the direction of the central axis. The elastic rib can reduce vibration displacement of the blanking pipe during the operation of the ball mill, ensure concentricity of the feeding pipe and the sealing disc and prevent damage to tightness.
The stabilizer blade is the tripod, and a triangle summit sets up in the central point of semicircle annular structure, and 2 triangle summit welding are on the bottom surface in addition.

Claims (8)
1. The sealing structure of the wet ball mill comprises a feed pipe and a grinding head for feeding, and is characterized in that a straight sleeve is arranged to extend from the end part of the feed pipe to the grinding head, and a sealing disc is arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the grinding head;
the sealing disc is provided with an annular high platform extending towards the direction of the feed inlet, the straight sleeve is inserted into the annular high platform, and a sealing cavity for containing filler is formed between the outer periphery of the straight sleeve and the inner periphery of the annular high platform;
the opening of the sealing cavity is provided with a circular ring gland (2) concentric with the straight sleeve, the inner bottom surface of the gland (2) is provided with a boss, the boss is embedded into the sealing cavity to enable the straight sleeve to be sealed with the sealing disc and fixedly connected with the sealing disc, the boss of the gland (2) is a cylinder, the circumferential wall of the cylinder is provided with at least one ring-shaped groove, and an elastic ring is arranged in the ring-shaped groove to enable the boss to be in interference connection with the inner circumference of the annular high platform;
an inner sleeve (3) is sleeved outside the straight sleeve, a cushion sleeve (1) is sleeved outside the inner sleeve (3), one end of the cushion sleeve (1) is propped against the inner bottom surface of the annular gland (2) and provided with a groove, and the groove is matched with the boss, so that the cushion sleeve (1) is tightly connected with the gland (2);
the contact surface of the straight sleeve and the annular high table is provided with an annular check ring (4), and the gland (2), the cushion sleeve (1), the check ring (4) and the contact surface are provided with corresponding threaded holes, and the threaded holes are connected through bolts so that the straight sleeve is fixedly connected with the grinding head;
the periphery of the sealing structure of the wet ball mill is provided with an annular diversion trench, the diversion trench is provided with a diversion pipe for guiding leakage slurry to a feed pipe or a grinding port, the diversion trench comprises a first runner for guiding in water flow and a second runner for guiding out leakage slurry, the diversion pipe is communicated with the second runner, and the first runner is used for providing water flow for the second runner for flushing at intervals of set time;
the packing contained in the sealing cavity is asbestos packing or/and butter packing.
2. A wet ball mill sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein the straight sleeve has a circular cross section and is disposed concentrically with the annular plateau of the sealing disk with respect to the central axis of the grinding head.
3. The sealing structure of a wet ball mill according to claim 1, wherein the circumferential wall of the cylinder is provided with concave holes in a staggered manner along the central axis direction, and elastic materials protruding from the circumferential wall of the cylinder are arranged in the concave holes.
4. A wet ball mill sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein the inner periphery of the annular plateau and the outer periphery of the straight sleeve are provided with matched screw thread structures at the positions where they are in contact with each other, respectively;
or, the inner periphery of the annular high platform is provided with a clamping groove, the outer periphery of the straight sleeve is correspondingly provided with a buckle, and the straight sleeve is connected with the annular high platform through the clamping groove and the buckle.
5. A wet ball mill sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the packing (1) is provided with elastic protrusions toward the inner periphery of the annular plateau.
6. A wet ball mill sealing structure according to claim 5, characterized in that the retainer ring (4) is made of an elastic material, and the side in contact with the annular plateau is provided with an elastic protrusion.
7. A wet ball mill characterized in that a wet ball mill sealing structure according to any one of claims 1-6 is provided.
8. A wet ball mill according to claim 7, wherein a foundation frame for supporting the feed pipe is provided, the foundation frame including a support portion and a leg, the support portion being provided with an elastic buffer structure, the leg being welded to the ground.
