(1) stopping the automobile beside a crack of a pavement to be filled, manually cleaning large garbage in the crack, taking down a suction head 95 clamped on a clamping frame 37, aligning the suction head 95 to the primarily treated crack, driving a fan 36 to rotate by a motor 35, sucking the garbage in the crack through the suction head 95, blocking the garbage by a baffle 81, a filter screen 83 and a stop block 85 through a corrugated pipe 32, and finally entering a collecting box 38, pulling a third pipe body 93 from a second pipe body 92 by using a second bump 94 after primary cleaning, pulling the second pipe body 92 from the first pipe body 91, and extending the third pipe body 93 into the crack, thereby further cleaning the inside of the crack; after cleaning, the motor 35 is turned off, and the suction head 95 is clamped on the clamping frame 37 again;
(2) taking the buckle 104 on the fixed pipe 103 off the placing frame 44, pressing the third bump 102, forming a certain angle between the cover 101 and the opening of the fixed pipe 103 under the action of the second rotating column 105, collecting the cold-patch material from the box body 41 to the discharge pipe 53 through the action of the partition plate 52, then discharging the cold-patch material from the opening of the fixed pipe 103, filling the cold-patch material into the crack, when the cold-patch material is enough, moving the third bump 102 to cover the cover 101 on the fixed pipe 103, overturning the fixed pipe 103 to enable the opening of the fixed pipe 103 to be upward, and when the cold-patch material is not easy to fall from the fixed pipe 103, pressing the box cover 42 downward to enable the cold-patch material to fall from the fixed pipe 103 by extruding the cold-patch material in the box body 41;
(3) the automobile is started, the position of the device is adjusted, the pressing block 72 is located above the crack filled with the cold patching material, the hydraulic cylinder 71 moves downwards, the pressing block 72 presses the cold patching material and the road surface, the cold patching material is pressed to be flat, the crack of the road surface is filled to be flat, when the crack of the road surface is completely filled, the first bump 33 is pulled to open the shell door 34, and therefore the garbage in the collecting box 38 is cleaned, and the device can be used next time.
The dust suction mechanism 3 and the blanking mechanism 5 are matched for use, so that garbage in a pavement crack is cleaned conveniently, the pavement is filled with the cold repairing agent, the cold repairing agent can be filled completely in the crack, the effect of the cold repairing agent is facilitated, the possibility of secondary cracking in the later period is reduced, the suction mechanism 9 is used, the interior of a smaller crack can be cleaned conveniently, the bottom end of the crack can be contacted favorably, impurities in the crack can be sucked favorably, the filled cold repairing agent can be used favorably, the crack can be conveniently filled, the discharge mechanism 10 is used, when the cold repairing agent is filled into the crack from the discharge mechanism 10, the cold repairing agent can be quickly prevented from pouring out when the cold repairing agent is enough, the effect is strong, the cold repairing agent is prevented from running all the time when the cold repairing agent is used, and the cold repairing agent is saved.
