The next station of the automatic storage buffer device is an automatic counting and stacking device, the quantity of products conveyed each time is necessary to be guaranteed to be controllable for the effective operation of the automatic counting and stacking device, and the automatic storage buffer device provided by the scheme of the application can guarantee the quantity of products conveyed to realize intelligent control.

The first-stage rotary discharging and discharging bin is arranged on one side of the discharging opening 64, when the number of the counters reaches a set value, the controller outputs a signal to enable the first-stage storage and discharging bin to rotate one bin for discharging, meanwhile, the following products fall into the next bin, and the second-stage storage and discharging bin can store single or multiple discharging combinations of the first-stage bin 71. The products are stacked in the first-stage rotary discharging bin, and when the number of the products in the bin reaches a preset value, the counting control motor acts to enable the bin to rotate, and one side is discharged and the other side is started to store.

the material vibration arrangement conveying device comprises a screening blanking port, a vibrator is arranged below the screening blanking port, a conveying chute is arranged below the screening blanking port, and the vibrator is arranged below the conveying chute;
the automatic separation device for the raw material products is arranged above the raw material vibration arrangement conveying device and comprises a material blocking mechanism and a photoelectric sensor arranged on one side of the material blocking mechanism;
the automatic storage buffer device comprises a product inlet arranged at one side of a sheet product assembly line acceleration conveyor belt or a weighing and removing conveyor belt, wherein the product inlet corresponds to the assembly line acceleration conveyor belt or the weighing and removing conveyor belt, a stop is arranged at one side of the product inlet, a lower material blocking cylinder of the stop drives the stop up and down to realize opening and closing of the product inlet, a turning plate is arranged at the lower position of the product inlet, the turning plate is driven by a cylinder door opening executing mechanism to realize reversion, and a detection sensor is arranged at the other side of the product inlet;
the automatic counting and stacking device comprises a conveying motor, wherein the conveying motor drives a blanking conveying belt; one side of the blanking conveyer belt is provided with a counting sensor, one side of the counting sensor is provided with a blanking port, the position of the blanking port is provided with a counting control motor, one side of the blanking port is provided with a primary rotary discharging bin, the primary rotary discharging bin is driven to rotate by the counting control motor, and the primary rotary discharging bin is divided into a plurality of storage discharging units; the automatic storage discharging opening comprises a discharging opening device, and a secondary storage discharging mechanism is arranged in the discharging opening device.
