The product inlets 51 are arranged in a plurality of conveying grooves corresponding to the assembly line acceleration conveying belt or the weighing and rejecting conveying belt, buffer areas are arranged at the positions of the product inlets 51, and each product inlet 51 is provided with a sensor 53, a cylinder door opening executing mechanism 54, a stop and material blocking cylinder. The product inlet 51 on the conveyer belt, the product is cached in the position of turning over the board after entering the product inlet 51, the sensor detects that the total number of products in the position of turning over the board meets the requirements, the stop block of the driving of the material blocking cylinder stops the product from entering the product inlet, the actuating mechanism 54 of opening the door drives the board to rotate, the product falls into the conveyer belt below, the sensor detects that the total number of products in the position of turning over the board does not meet the requirements, the product continues to enter the product inlet, and the actuating mechanism of opening the door drives to stop the board to rotate. The sensor 53 signals the controller, the controller judges that the number of the products is larger than or equal to a set value, and the controller drives the cylinder door opening executing mechanism and the material blocking cylinder to act.
The next station of the automatic storage buffer device is an automatic counting and stacking device, the quantity of products conveyed each time is necessary to be guaranteed to be controllable for the effective operation of the automatic counting and stacking device, and the automatic storage buffer device provided by the scheme of the application can guarantee the quantity of products conveyed to realize intelligent control.
The automatic counting and stacking device comprises a conveying motor 61, wherein the conveying motor 61 drives a blanking conveying belt 62; one side of blanking conveyer belt 62 sets up counting sensor 63, one side of counting sensor 63 sets up feed opening 64, the position of feed opening 64 sets up counting control motor 65, one side of feed opening 64 sets up one-level and revolves the unloading blowing storehouse, one-level revolves the unloading blowing storehouse and drives rotatoryly through counting control motor 65, one-level revolves the unloading blowing storehouse and divide into the storage blowing unit of several.
The first-stage rotary discharging and discharging bin is divided into four storage and discharging units, namely a first bin 66, a second bin 67, a third bin 68 and a fourth bin 69, the four storage and discharging units are driven to rotate by a counting control motor 65, and a second-stage rotary storage and discharging bin 71 is arranged below the first-stage rotary discharging and discharging bin; sheet products on the blanking conveyer belt 62 pass through the counting sensor 63 and the blanking opening 64 under the drive of the conveyer motor, when the counting quantity reaches a set value, the counting sensor 63 transmits signals to the controller, the controller outputs signals to enable the counting control motor to drive the primary storage and discharging bin to rotate one bin for discharging, and meanwhile, the following products fall into the next bin.
The first-stage rotary discharging and discharging bin is arranged on one side of the discharging opening 64, when the number of the counters reaches a set value, the controller outputs a signal to enable the first-stage storage and discharging bin to rotate one bin for discharging, meanwhile, the following products fall into the next bin, and the second-stage storage and discharging bin can store single or multiple discharging combinations of the first-stage bin 71. The products are stacked in the first-stage rotary discharging bin, and when the number of the products in the bin reaches a preset value, the counting control motor acts to enable the bin to rotate, and one side is discharged and the other side is started to store.
Automatic save feed opening, including the feed opening device, set up second grade storage blowing mechanism 71 in the feed opening device, still set up tertiary storage blowing mechanism 72 in the below of second grade storage blowing mechanism 71, second grade and tertiary storage blowing mechanism all include two storage blowing boards, every storage blowing board realizes opening and closure between two storage blowing boards through the cylinder is pneumatic, realizes the storage when closed, realizes the blowing when opening, and the instruction execution of second grade and tertiary storage blowing mechanism cooperation controller is buffering the unloading action.

the raw material screening device comprises a product inlet, the product inlet is arranged on one side of a feeding lifting device on a production line, a first vibrator is arranged below the product inlet, a screening blanking opening is arranged on one side of the product inlet, a vibration arrangement conveying device on the production line is arranged below the screening blanking opening, a second vibrator is arranged below the screening blanking opening, fixed frames are arranged on two sides of the product inlet and the screening blanking opening, a stirring mechanism is arranged above the screening blanking opening, and the stirring mechanism comprises a motor arranged on the fixed frame and a stirring rod driven to rotate by the motor;
the material vibration arrangement conveying device comprises a screening blanking port, a vibrator is arranged below the screening blanking port, a conveying chute is arranged below the screening blanking port, and the vibrator is arranged below the conveying chute;
the automatic separation device for the raw material products is arranged above the raw material vibration arrangement conveying device and comprises a material blocking mechanism and a photoelectric sensor arranged on one side of the material blocking mechanism;
the automatic storage buffer device comprises a product inlet arranged at one side of a sheet product assembly line acceleration conveyor belt or a weighing and removing conveyor belt, wherein the product inlet corresponds to the assembly line acceleration conveyor belt or the weighing and removing conveyor belt, a stop is arranged at one side of the product inlet, a lower material blocking cylinder of the stop drives the stop up and down to realize opening and closing of the product inlet, a turning plate is arranged at the lower position of the product inlet, the turning plate is driven by a cylinder door opening executing mechanism to realize reversion, and a detection sensor is arranged at the other side of the product inlet;
the automatic counting and stacking device comprises a conveying motor, wherein the conveying motor drives a blanking conveying belt; one side of the blanking conveyer belt is provided with a counting sensor, one side of the counting sensor is provided with a blanking port, the position of the blanking port is provided with a counting control motor, one side of the blanking port is provided with a primary rotary discharging bin, the primary rotary discharging bin is driven to rotate by the counting control motor, and the primary rotary discharging bin is divided into a plurality of storage discharging units; the automatic storage discharging opening comprises a discharging opening device, and a secondary storage discharging mechanism is arranged in the discharging opening device.
