In the process of storing articles in logistics storage, due to the fact that a plurality of articles are used, compact shelves are often used for concentrated storage and collection, but the space inside the existing compact shelf is fixed, so that the articles stored by people are inconvenient to use, and in addition, when the articles inside the compact shelf are required to be processed, the previous compact shelf is required to be moved out, so that the use is inconvenient to use. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when people need to process a certain storage rack, the handle is pulled manually, so that the storage rack moves towards the rear side under the limit of the first sliding chute and the sliding block, the storage rack can be pulled out from the inside of the connecting cover, and the people can conveniently process articles in the storage rack; the bearing plate is pushed manually, so that after the bearing plate is moved to a required position, the bearing plate is fixed by the mounting bolts penetrating through the fixing holes and the connecting holes, so that people can adjust the height of the equipment manually, and people can reasonably utilize the space inside each storage rack to facilitate storage of articles; the rotating shaft is driven to rotate by the motor, so that the gear is driven to rotate, and the connecting cover and the internal storage rack can move under the action of the rack due to the meshing of the gear and the rack, so that the compact shelf can be effectively and conveniently closed and unfolded; the air suction pump on the left side of the dense frame ventilates the interior of the dense frame during storage, so that the cleanness of the interior can be effectively guaranteed, and peculiar smell is prevented.

In the embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 1 to 4, a compact shelf for storing materials comprises a connecting cover 1, first sliding grooves 2 are arranged at the upper and lower sides of the left and right ends of the connecting cover 1, a storage rack 3 is arranged at the inner side of the connecting cover 1, sliding blocks 4 are arranged at four corners of the outer side of the storage rack 3, the sliding blocks 4 are correspondingly arranged in the first sliding grooves 2, under the limiting action of the first sliding grooves 2 and the sliding blocks 4, the storage rack 3 can move back and forth stably, lugs 5 are welded at the upper and lower ends of the left side of the storage rack 3, insertion grooves 6 are arranged at the upper and lower sides of the right end of the storage rack 3, so that when the storage racks 3 are combined together, the sealing of equipment can be effectively ensured, a plurality of ventilation openings 7 are arranged at the left end of the storage rack 3, a first dust screen 8 is arranged in the ventilation, therefore, the generation of internal peculiar smell can be effectively prevented, the second sliding grooves 9 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the left end and the right end inside the storage rack 3, a plurality of fixing holes 10 are arranged on two sides of the front end of each second sliding groove 9, the handle 23 is arranged on the rear side of the storage rack 3, so that the storage rack 3 can be conveniently pulled out, the anti-slip sleeve 24 is arranged on the handle 23, the hand slip can be effectively prevented, the limiting ring 11 is welded on the lower side of the connecting cover 1, the bottom plate 12 is arranged on the lower side of the connecting cover 1, the annular limiting groove 13 is arranged on the upper end of the bottom plate 12, the limiting ring 11 is arranged inside the annular limiting groove 13, the opening 15 is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate 12, the rotating column 14 is arranged inside the opening 15, the rotating column 14 is welded in the middle of the lower, through manual rotation of the connecting cover 1, the connecting cover 1 can rotate under the action of the limiting ring 11, the annular limiting groove 13 and the rotary column 14, so that the device can be conveniently used, the limiting disc is arranged on the lower side of the bottom plate 12, the connecting grooves 16 are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate 12, gears 17 are arranged at the left end and the right end inside the connecting grooves 16, a rotating shaft 18 is arranged inside the gear 17, the front side of the rotating shaft 18 is connected with the connecting grooves 16 through a bearing seat, the rear side of the rotating shaft 18 is connected with the motor 19 through a coupler, the motor 19 is fixed on the lower side of the bottom plate 12 through a fixing part, a rack 20 is meshed at the lower side of the gear 17, a supporting plate 21 is welded at the lower side of the rack 20, a mounting plate 22 is welded at the lower side of the supporting plate 21, the gear 17 is driven to rotate, and the gear 17 is meshed with the rack 20, so that the connecting cover 1 and the storage rack 3 inside the connecting cover can move under the action of the rack 20, the compact shelf can be effectively closed and unfolded, and the compact shelf is convenient to use.
Referring to fig. 5, a plurality of loading boards 25 are arranged inside the storage rack 3 and used for loading articles, mounting blocks 26 are arranged at four corners of the outer side of each loading board 25, each mounting block 26 is arranged inside the corresponding second sliding groove 9, connecting holes 27 are formed in two ends of each mounting block 26, the loading boards 25 are manually pushed, and therefore after the loading boards 25 are moved in a required direction, the loading boards 25 are fixed through the fixing holes 10 and the connecting holes 27 through mounting bolts, so that people can manually adjust the height of the storage device, the space inside each storage rack 3 can be reasonably utilized by people, and storage of the articles is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 6, the compact shelf is formed by combining a plurality of connecting covers 1, the left end of the storage rack 3 in the connecting cover 1 at the middle is provided with a vent 7 and a first dust screen 8, the left side of the storage rack 3 in the connecting cover 1 at the left end is provided with an air inlet pipe 28, the air inlet pipe 28 is provided with an air suction pump 29, the right side of the storage rack 3 in the connecting cover 1 at the right end is provided with an exhaust pipe 31, and the upper side of the air inlet pipe 28 and the lower side of the exhaust pipe 31 are provided with a second dust screen 30; the air suction pump 29 on the left side of the dense frame ventilates the interior of the dense frame during storage, so that the cleanness of the interior can be effectively guaranteed, and peculiar smell is prevented.
When people need to process a certain storage rack 3, the handle 23 is pulled manually, so that the storage rack 3 moves towards the rear side under the limit of the first sliding groove 2 and the sliding block 4, the storage rack 3 can be pulled out from the inside of the connecting cover 1, and the people can conveniently process the objects inside; the bearing plate 25 is manually pushed, so that after the bearing plate 25 is moved to a required position, the bearing plate 25 is fixed by the mounting bolts penetrating through the fixing holes 10 and the connecting holes 27, so that people can manually adjust the height of the equipment, and the space inside each storage rack 3 can be reasonably utilized by people, thereby facilitating the storage of articles; the rotating shaft 18 is driven to rotate by the motor 19, so that the gear 17 is driven to rotate, and the gear 17 is meshed with the rack 20, so that the connecting cover 1 and the storage rack 3 in the compact rack can move under the action of the rack 20, so that the compact rack can be effectively and conveniently closed and unfolded, and in the unfolding process, people can rotate the connecting cover 1 under the action of the limiting ring 11, the annular limiting groove 13 and the rotating column 14 through manual rotation, so that the equipment can be conveniently used; the air suction pump 29 on the left side of the dense frame ventilates the interior of the dense frame during storage, so that the cleanness of the interior can be effectively guaranteed, and peculiar smell is prevented.
