The working principle is as follows: referring to fig. 1 and 2, the working principle of the invention is as follows: the brake of the tire maintenance device is normally in a braking position, namely, the brake sheet 11 is meshed with the roller assembly 8 on the base 1 under the elastic force of the spring 15 to fix the roller assembly 8 against rotation so as to facilitate the tire to roll on and off the base 1; when the tire is detected, the detected tire is rolled to the middle of two roller assemblies 8 of a base 1 of the tire overhauling device from a slope plate 7, and at the moment, the tire is positioned by four reverse L-shaped pulley frames 6 at the front and the rear, so that the tire is ensured not to fall down, and the personal safety of overhauling personnel is protected; when the rolling tire is operated, a maintainer steps on the pedal 14, so that the pressure of the pedal 14 is transmitted to the connecting rod supporting frame 19 through the linkage rod 18 and then transmitted to the brake shoe 12 through the connecting rod supporting frame 19, the brake shoe 12 downwards compresses the spring 15 to separate the brake disc 11 from the roller assembly 8, the roller assembly 8 on the base 1 rotates, and the maintainer can freely rotate the tire at the moment, better check whether foreign matters exist in the tire and the tire damage condition and determine a tire maintenance scheme; when the maintainer checks that foreign matters in the tire need to be removed, the maintainer only needs to leave the pedal 14, and the brake generates self-locking under the action of the spring 15 to lock the rotation of the roller assembly 8, so that the tire is stopped at a proper position, and the operation of maintenance items is facilitated; when the user needs to check for a long time or the standing position of the human body is limited, the pedal locker 13 can be operated to lock the linkage rod 18, so that the linkage rod 18 is stressed, and the spring 15 contracts the roller assembly 8 to rotate freely; when the tire detection is finished, the foot of the maintainer is moved away from the pedal 14, the spring 15 releases the elastic force, and the brake piece 11 is meshed with the roller again to lock the roller, so that the tire can be easily rolled down the tire maintenance device. The tire overhauling device is used, the rolling distance of the inspected tire is shortened, the overhauling progress and quality of the tire are improved, and the purposes of high quality and efficiency, convenient operation, safety and reliability in tire overhauling are achieved.
The maintenance operation steps and the operation instructions of the vehicle tire maintenance device are as follows: the first step is to check whether the wheel brake of the tire maintenance device is braked to prevent the tire from slipping when rolling onto the base of the maintenance device. In the second step, the tire to be repaired is erected so that the tire rolls.
And thirdly, rolling the detected tire from the slope plate to the middle of two roller assemblies on the base of the tire overhauling device. And step four, the pedal of the roller brake is stepped to release the roller brake, so that the tire can roll freely. And fifthly, turning on the 36V safety lighting device and adjusting the position required by illumination. And sixthly, rolling the tire to be overhauled by hands, and starting to overhaul the tire. And step seven, after the tire is overhauled, performing the following steps of: (1) turn off the lamp and move the lamp to the proper position so as not to affect the rolling of the tire and prevent damage. (2) And braking the roller brake. (3) The tire is rolled down from the base of the maintenance device. (4) And placing the tire to a designated place for standby and assembling. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the manufacturing method of the vehicle tire overhauling device, the transformer is arranged in the lighting circuit and is arranged in the indoor distribution box; and the isolation transformer is also adopted to convert 220V high-voltage electricity into 36V low-voltage electricity, so that safe voltage is used, and various electricity utilization protective measures such as safe electricity utilization and the like are ensured. According to the technical scheme, the four inverted L-shaped pulley frames 6 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the base 1 for positioning, so that the tires are prevented from falling, and the personal safety of maintainers is protected.

A vehicle tire maintenance device is characterized in that the maintenance device comprises a base, a slope plate, a roller wheel assembly, a pulley frame, a pulley, a braking device and a lighting device, the base is provided with a roller assembly, a bearing is arranged in the roller assembly, the roller assembly is arranged on the base through a shaft, the pulley frames are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper plane of the base, pulleys are arranged on the pulley frames, the slope plate is fixedly connected with the two ends of the base, the brake device comprises a brake piece, a brake shoe, a pedal locker, a pedal, a spring, a positioning guide shaft, a positioning guide sleeve, a linkage rod, a connecting rod supporting frame, a brake bottom plate and a connecting rod fixing frame, the brake bottom plate is provided with a positioning guide shaft, the positioning guide shaft is provided with a positioning guide sleeve, a brake shoe is arranged on the positioning guide sleeve, and a brake pad is arranged on the brake shoe; a spring is arranged outside the positioning guide sleeve; the brake shoe is characterized in that the pedal is mounted on a linkage rod, a connecting rod supporting frame is mounted in the middle of the linkage rod, the connecting rod supporting frame is connected with the brake shoe, the end of the linkage rod is connected with one end of a connecting rod fixing frame, and the other end of the connecting rod fixing frame is mounted on a rear side plate of the base.

The vehicle tire servicing device of claim 1, wherein the lighting device comprises a transformer, a lamp holder and a lamp, the transformer is an isolation transformer and provides a reliable and safe voltage for the lamp, the lamp holder is installed in the middle of the outer side of the base, the lamp is installed on the lamp holder, and the lamp is provided with a lamp switch, an adjustable lamp post, a lamp shade and a bulb.

The vehicle tire servicing device according to claim 6, wherein the brake shoe is made of 8mm thick steel plate and is made into a semicircular shoe slightly larger than the radius of the roller, a soft brake pad is installed on the inner side of the semicircular shoe, and four positioning guide sleeves are welded on the outer side of the semicircular shoe.
