Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of printed matters and printing, and particularly relates to a printed matter with reversible temperature-sensitive change contents and a using method thereof.
Background
At present, the expression form of books and other printed matters in the publishing industry, especially children's book drawings, is single, and the pages of the books display the same content at different temperatures and cannot display different contents according to the temperature change. Such books are not easy to make vivid descriptions of specific contents (such as global warming hazards, etc.), so that the interaction between the readers and the books is insufficient in the reading process, and the readers (especially children and infants) are not easy to be interested in reading and purchasing. At present, temperature change ink also called thermal change ink, heat sensitive ink or temperature indicating ink exists in the printing industry. The ink is colorless at normal temperature, can display color after being heated or cooled, and can change along with the change of temperature. At present, the temperature change ink is mainly applied to the mass packaging and printing of famous brand products such as food, cigarettes and the like, and is not applied to book publishing.
Currently, when a book editor collects reader opinions of the book, the reader opinions are generally acquired by accessing a specific website (such as a forum, a post and the like with a specific theme) of the internet, and the read feeling of the reader published on the internet is acquired. This acquisition is highly desirable to the reader: it must be able to edit the text with a computer or a mobile phone, and to access a specific web site and release the written feeling after reading. When the book type is a baby picture book and the readers are babies, the acquisition mode is basically not feasible, and the editor of the picture book is difficult to timely obtain the real feedback opinions of the baby readers and to effectively improve the following picture book compiling work.
Therefore, there is a need in the market for a brand-new printed matter that can display different contents according to temperature and can promptly distribute a read-after-reading feeling in a language form to the internet.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are only for the purpose of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art after reading the disclosure of the present invention, and equivalents fall within the scope of the appended claims.
Example 1
The printed matter of the embodiment is specifically a book, which is also called an ice book, and the displayed content changes along with the temperature change.
The page of the ice book comprises a low-temperature display area and is formed by printing temperature change ink. The contents of the low temperature display region clearly appear at-9 ℃ to 9 ℃.
As shown in fig. 2, each page of the ice book comprises two faces 1 and 2 layers of paper partitions 2 sandwiched between the two faces; the paper partition has the same material and thickness as the two surfaces.
The specification of the ice book is as follows: the length is 24.5cm, the width is 14.5cm, and the thickness is 2.2 cm; wherein each page has a thickness of 1.5 mm.
The packaging container of the ice book is a transparent plastic sealing box, and the thickness of each surface of the sealing box is 0.3-0.5 mm.
The using method of the ice book in the embodiment comprises the following steps: the ice book is directly placed in a freezing layer of a refrigerator (from minus 15 ℃ to minus 25 ℃) for 10-20 min, or the ice book is placed in a plastic sealing box and then placed in the freezing layer of the refrigerator for 30-45min, and then taken out and placed at room temperature.
After the ice book is frozen, the contents of the ice book can be clearly seen when the temperature is less than or equal to 9 ℃; when the temperature is between 10 and 19 ℃, the content in the book is decolored obviously, and a plurality of light-colored traces can be left on the page; when the temperature is more than or equal to 20 ℃, the color of the content in the book disappears along with the rise of the temperature, and the page becomes white. As shown in fig. 1, the image in the book is clearly visible at a temperature of-9 ℃ to 9 ℃; at temperatures between 12 and 20 ℃, the image faded clearly, leaving only traces of light color. The reader can also artificially raise the local temperature of the ice book, such as finger touch, palm beating, breathing and the like, and can observe that the corresponding content becomes shallow to disappear after the local temperature is raised.
When a reader (especially a child) reads the ice book, according to the contents displayed by the ice book at different temperatures, the central thought (such as protecting the environment and preventing global warming) of the ice book can be perceptually and intuitively known by combining the story line of the ice book (such as penguin searching for a home), so that the story recorded by the ice book has profound and positive influence (such as establishing the concept of protecting the environment) on the three views of the reader.
Example 2
This example is the temperature change ink and the ice book preparation method used in the ice book of example 1.
Firstly, in order to enable the ice book to recover as before after repeated freeze thawing, temperature change ink is used, and the temperature change ink has the characteristic that the change process is reversible, namely, a certain specific color is displayed at normal temperature, the color disappears and becomes colorless after heating, and the original color is immediately recovered after cooling.
The temperature change ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-80% of thermosensitive component and 20-50% of auxiliary material; preferably, the heat-sensitive component accounts for 70 percent, and the auxiliary materials account for 30 percent. After more than one year of test, the variable temperature ink is stable when applied to mass production, and each batch of ink is tested first and then starts to produce large goods; the mass risk ratio of the heat-sensitive material (the temperature-changing ink) in the book making process is controlled to be extremely low.
The temperature-change ink is reversible temperature-change decoloration ink, is oily, shows a certain specific color at normal temperature, and has a reversible change process: the color disappears and becomes colorless after heating, and the original color is immediately recovered after cooling.
The temperature-sensitive color-changing ink is a reversible temperature-sensitive color-changing substance and is called reversible temperature-sensitive color-changing pigment (commonly called temperature-sensitive pigment, temperature-sensitive powder or temperature-sensitive powder). The particles of the temperature-sensitive ink are spherical, and the average particle size is 0.5-10 μm, preferably 2-7 μm. The temperature-sensitive component is arranged inside the particles of the temperature-sensitive ink, and the transparent shell is arranged outside the particles; the thickness of the transparent shell is 0.1-1.0 μm and 0.2-0.5 μm. The transparent shell can not be dissolved or melted, so that the color-changing substance is protected from being corroded by other chemical substances; it is therefore important to avoid damage to the outer shell of this layer during use.
The temperature change ink adopts 5 colors: orange red + golden + dark blue + black + turkish blue; the temperature-change ink passes SGS test, comprises the components of materials and safety test, and has the following test results: according to the European Union Standard EN 71-3: 2013+ A1: 2014, the soluble Al, soluble Sb, soluble As, soluble Ba, soluble B, soluble Cd, soluble trivalent Cr, soluble tetravalent Cr, soluble Co, soluble Cu, soluble Pb, soluble Mn, soluble Hg, soluble Ni, soluble organic Sn, soluble Se, soluble Sr, soluble Sn and soluble Zn in the ink are not detected by an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-ONS). See in particular the table below.
The temperature change ink also has the following characteristics: (1) the temperature-sensitive color-changing pigment (namely, the temperature-sensitive color-changing ink) has poor light resistance and can quickly fade and lose efficacy under the strong sunshine, so that the temperature-sensitive color-changing pigment is only suitable for indoor use; strong sunlight and ultraviolet light irradiation should be avoided, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the color-changing pigment. (2) Heat resistance: the temperature-sensitive color-changing pigment (namely, the temperature-sensitive ink) can resist the high temperature of 230 ℃ in a short time (about 10 minutes); can be applied to injection molding and high-temperature curing; however, the color-changing pigment has different thermal stability in a color-developed state and a color-reduced state, and the former has higher stability than the latter; in addition, when the temperature is higher than 80 ℃, organic matters forming the color change system can start to degrade; the color-changing pigments should therefore avoid long-term operation at temperatures above 75 ℃.
Secondly, the preparation method is to prepare the temperature-change ink by adopting a screen printing method.
The screen printing method comprises the following steps: a layer of water and oil is printed on the surface layer of the temperature-change ink to prevent water from easily permeating into the text after the printed matter is frozen (such as a frozen layer put into a refrigerator).
The silk screen printing refers to that a silk screen is used as a plate base, and a silk screen printing plate with pictures and texts is manufactured by a photosensitive plate making method. The screen printing is composed of five major elements, namely a screen printing plate, a scraper, ink, a printing table and a printing stock. The basic principle that the meshes of the image-text part and the non-image-text part of the screen printing plate are permeable to ink and impermeable to ink is utilized to print. When printing, ink is poured into one end of the screen printing plate, a scraper plate is used for applying a certain pressure to the ink position on the screen printing plate, meanwhile, the scraper plate moves towards the other end of the screen printing plate at a constant speed, and the ink is extruded onto a printing stock from meshes of the image-text part by the scraper plate in the moving process.
Example 3
In this embodiment, a normal temperature display area is added to the page of the text of the ice book on the basis of embodiment 1.
The page of the ice book has a normal temperature display area besides a low temperature display area, the content of the normal temperature display area is clearly displayed when the temperature of the printed matter is 20 ℃ to 30 ℃, and the content of the normal temperature display area cannot be clearly displayed when the temperature is less than or equal to 9 ℃.
Due to the fact that two different display areas are arranged, the ice book of the embodiment displays different contents at low temperature and normal temperature (for example, the left half part of the same page is a normal temperature display area and displays an image of the sea only at 20-30 ℃, the right half part of the same page is a low temperature display area and displays an image of the iceberg only at-9 ℃, and as the temperature rises, the content of the page is changed from the image of the iceberg to the image of the sea), and a reader can further make a deep impression on a story line.
Example 4
This embodiment is an improvement of the structure of the ice book of embodiment 3, and a voice uploading device 3 is provided on a page of the ice book.
This pronunciation upload device 3 includes:
the voice acquisition module 31 is used for acquiring voice and converting the voice into a voice electric signal; the module further comprises a MIC audio amplification circuit (not shown) and a microphone input module (not shown);
a character recognition module 32, which is internally provided with voice transcription software and is respectively connected with the voice acquisition module and the storage module and used for recognizing the voice electric signal converted by voice into a character electric signal;

a network communication module 34, preferably a WiFi module, is connected to the storage module 32 for transmitting the electrical signal to a designated location of the internet.
The voice uploading device 3 is detachably connected with the page (which can be the inner page of the back cover) of the ice book (such as buckle connection, zipper connection, button connection and the like), and before the ice book enters the refrigerator for freezing, the voice uploading device 3 is taken down to prevent the ice book from being frostbitten; when the freezing process is finished and the temperature of the ice book is returned to the room temperature, the voice uploading device 3 is installed on the ice book again for use.
The using method of the ice book of the embodiment further comprises the following steps:
(1) voice acquisition and conversion: collecting voice information and converting the voice information into a voice electric signal;
(2) character recognition: recognizing the voice electric signal as a character electric signal;
(3) and (3) storage: storing the character electric signal in a storage module;
(4) voice uploading: the text electric signal is transmitted to a designated website (such as a post, a forum and the like discussed about the printed matter content) of the internet through the WiFI.
The ice book can not only display different contents along with temperature change, but also enable readers (especially infants) to upload read contents to the Internet in time through the voice uploading device; therefore, the editor of the ice book can timely know the opinion of the reader so as to improve the work.
Example 5
This embodiment is an improvement of the structure of the ice book of embodiment 4, and the voice uploading device 3 is arranged on the page of the ice book.
The voice uploading device 3 of the embodiment can be placed in a plastic box with a cartoon shape (such as a penguin shape) related to the content in the book, the plastic box and the page (which can be the inner page of the back cover) of the ice book are detachably connected together (such as a buckle connection, a zipper connection, a button connection and the like), and before the ice book enters a refrigerator to be frozen, the plastic box can be removed, so that the voice uploading device 3 in the ice book is prevented from being frostbitten; when the freezing treatment is finished and the temperature of the ice book is recovered to the room temperature, the plastic box with the voice uploading device 3 inside is installed on the ice book again for use.
