Now along with the development step by step of the times, people are increasing gradually the demand of carton, the carton is formed by the cardboard concatenation, in order to guarantee the good gas permeability of packing, the bleeder vent has been seted up usually to the cardboard of carton side with convenient and practical, current device of punching to the cardboard is usually too succinct, can only realize the effect of punching, consequently punch the piece of production and drop easily everywhere all, the clearance is extremely difficult for collecting, along with the increase of machine live time, the wastepaper still probably blocks up spare part and causes the harm to the machine itself.

a paperboard punching device for carton production comprises a base; a second mounting frame is fixedly welded on the upper surface of the middle part of the base; a through hole is formed in the middle of the upper wall of the second mounting frame, and fixing rods are symmetrically and fixedly welded to two ends of the inner upper surface of the second mounting frame; a collecting plate is fixedly welded on the inner side of the lower end of the fixed rod; the collecting plate is arranged in the second mounting frame, above the middle and above the inner part of the second mounting frame, below the through hole, and the front and rear edges of the upper surface of the collecting plate are fixedly welded with a third baffle plate; the third baffle plates are arranged on the inner sides of the fixing rods and symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side below the through holes, and cleaning plates are arranged on the inner sides of the left ends of the third baffle plates in a sliding mode; the cleaning plate is arranged above the left end of the collecting plate, the lower end of the cleaning plate is fixedly provided with a hairbrush, and the left outer wall and the right outer wall of the upper end of the cleaning plate are fixedly welded with positioning blocks; the lower end of the brush is arranged on the upper surface of the collecting plate in a friction mode; the positioning block is arranged at the left end of the inner side of the fixing rod, at the left lower side of the through hole, at the left upper side of the inner part of the second mounting frame, and the upper end of the positioning block is fixedly welded on the left outer surface and the right outer surface of the second connecting rod; the second connecting rod is connected to the inner side surface of the third baffle in a sliding manner and arranged right above the cleaning plate, and the upper surface of the middle part of the second connecting rod is fixedly welded with the first connecting rod; the first connecting rod is arranged above the inner side of the left end of the third baffle, and the upper end of the first connecting rod is fixedly welded on the lower surface of the middle part of the brake rod; the brake rod is arranged on the left side in the second mounting frame, and the lower surfaces of the front end and the rear end of the brake rod are fixedly welded on the upper surface of the threaded pipe; the threaded pipe is arranged at the lower left part inside the second mounting frame, and the lower side of the collecting plate is rotatably connected to the outer surface of the first threaded rod through threads; a first baffle is fixedly welded on the lower surface of the left end of the collecting plate; the lower end of the first baffle is fixedly welded on the lower surface of the left end of the interior of the second mounting frame and is arranged on the inner side of the first threaded rod, and second baffles are fixedly welded on the front side and the rear side of the outer surface of the right end of the first threaded rod; the second baffle is arranged below the right side of the collecting plate, and a collecting box is arranged on the inner side of the second baffle; the collecting box is placed on the upper surface of the right end of the interior of the second mounting frame, and the right side of the collecting box is provided with an operating door; the operating door is rotatably installed in the lower portion of the right wall of the second installation frame through a hinge, and a handle is fixedly welded to the lower end of the right surface of the operating door.
As a further scheme of the invention: the edges of the front end and the rear end of the upper surface of the outer part of the second mounting frame are fixedly welded with first mounting frames; the middle part of the upper surface of the inner side of the first mounting frame is fixedly provided with an electric hydraulic rod; the lower end of the electric hydraulic rod is fixedly welded with an installation plate; the mounting panel is established on the inboard upper portion of first installing frame, and surface symmetry fixedly connected with telescopic link on its both ends.
As a further scheme of the invention: the telescopic rods are arranged on the left side and the right side of the electric hydraulic rod, the upper ends of the telescopic rods are symmetrically and fixedly welded on the upper surface of the inner side of the first mounting frame, and springs are arranged on the outer sides of the telescopic rods; the upper end of the spring is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the inner side of the first mounting frame, and the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the mounting plate; the lower surface of the middle part of the mounting plate is fixedly provided with a cylinder; the cylinder is arranged under the electric hydraulic rod, and the lower end of the cylinder is provided with a punching head.
As a further scheme of the invention: the punching head is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the first mounting frame, and mounting rods are symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the punching head; the upper ends of the mounting rods are symmetrically and fixedly welded on the left lower surface and the right lower surface of the mounting plate, and the lower ends of the mounting rods are symmetrically and fixedly welded on the left upper surface and the right upper surface of the positioning plate; the locating plate is arranged at the lower part of the inner side of the first mounting frame, and the through hole is formed in the upper part of the outer part of the second mounting frame.
As a further scheme of the invention: the first threaded rod is rotatably connected through a transmission wheel set, the left end and the right end of the first threaded rod are rotatably connected into the left wall and the right wall of the second mounting frame, and the left side of the first threaded rod is arranged outside the left end of the second mounting frame; the transmission wheel set is arranged on the left side of the threaded pipe; and a first turbine is fixedly welded on the outer surface of the left end of the first threaded rod.
As a further scheme of the invention: the first turbine is arranged above the left end of the base, and the rear end of the first turbine is rotatably connected with a second threaded rod; the upper end of the second threaded rod is rotatably installed in the upper wall of the inner portion of the protection frame, the lower end of the second threaded rod is rotatably installed inside the left end of the base, and a second turbine is fixedly welded on the outer surface of the lower end of the second threaded rod.
As a further scheme of the invention: the right end of the upper part of the protection frame is fixedly welded on the lower side wall of the outer part of the left end of the second mounting frame, and the lower end of the protection frame is fixedly welded on the upper surface of the left end of the base; the second turbine is arranged at the left lower part inside the protective frame, and the rear end of the second turbine is rotatably connected with a third threaded rod.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the third threaded rod is arranged on the rear side of the lower part of the second threaded rod, and the right end of the third threaded rod is rotatably connected to the left end of the motor; the motor lower extreme fixed mounting is on the left end upper surface of base, and right-hand member fixed mounting is on the left end outside wall of second installing frame.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention adopts a structural mode that the upper layer is transparent and the lower layer is sealed, so that the upper layer can conveniently place paper boards needing to be punched into the device, the adjustability of the punching part can meet the production requirement of placing a plurality of paper boards at one time, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the lower layer is designed to be sealed, paper scraps generated by punching can be completely limited, the uniform treatment is convenient, the time and the labor are saved, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, the production efficiency is high, and the practicability is strong.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a punching apparatus for cardboard box production includes a base 24; the base 24 is made of steel, is in a cuboid shape and is mainly used for improving the overall stability of the device, and a second mounting frame 35 is fixedly welded on the upper surface of the middle of the base; the second mounting frame 35 is mainly used for mounting other parts of the device, plays a role in sealing and is convenient for collecting debris, and the edges of the front end and the rear end of the upper surface of the outer part of the second mounting frame are fixedly welded with the first mounting frame 1; the left end and the right end of the first mounting frame 1 are permeable, so that a paper board can be conveniently placed and taken out, and the middle part of the upper surface of the inner side of the first mounting frame is fixedly provided with an electric hydraulic rod 6; the lower end of the electric hydraulic rod 6 is fixedly welded with an installation plate 5; the mounting plate 5 is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the first mounting frame 1, and the upper surfaces of two ends of the mounting plate are symmetrically and fixedly connected with telescopic rods 3; the second turbine 21 is arranged at the lower left part inside the protective frame 18, and the rear end of the second turbine is rotatably connected with a third threaded rod 22; the third threaded rod 22 is arranged at the rear side of the lower part of the second threaded rod 19, and the right end of the third threaded rod is rotatably connected with the left end of the motor 23; the lower end of the motor 23 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the left end of the base 24, and the right end of the motor is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the left end of the second mounting frame 35 and is mainly used for providing a rotating force for the first threaded rod 17; the lower surface of the left end of the collecting plate 32 is fixedly welded with a first baffle 26; the lower end of the first baffle 26 is fixedly welded on the lower surface of the left end of the interior of the second mounting frame 35 and is arranged on the inner side of the first threaded rod 17, and second baffles 27 are fixedly welded on the front side and the rear side of the outer surface of the right end of the first baffle; the second baffle plate 27 is arranged below the right side of the collecting plate 32 and is mainly used for being matched with the first baffle plate 26 to play a role in fixing, and a collecting box 28 is arranged on the inner side of the second baffle plate; the collecting box 28 is placed on the upper surface of the inner right end of the second mounting frame 35, mainly used for temporarily storing the chippings, and the right side thereof is provided with an operation door 30;
