s1: firstly, the paper feeding box frame is moved to the position below the carton printing machine, the discharging plate (71) is aligned to the position right below a printing head of the printing machine, then an air inlet and an air outlet of the air cylinder (53) are connected with an air pipe, then the folded cartons are stacked on the roll shafts one by one, the top end of the base (1) is provided with a plurality of roll shafts (21) which are parallel to each other, the roll shafts (21) are rotatably connected with the base (1) through rotating shafts (22) and bearings (23), and the folded cartons stacked on the roll shafts (21) can be pushed into the feeding structure (3) more laborsavingly through the rotatably connected roll shafts (21); after the folding cartons enter the placing box (31) from the conveying structure (2), the pull rod (33) can slide in the top plate (35), so that the pull rod (33) can be pulled out of the L-shaped fixing groove (32), the top plate (35) can eject the cartons placed on the top plate (35) under the elastic force of the spring (36) at the bottom end of the top plate (35), the cartons can enter the pushing structure (8), a plurality of cartons can be placed in the placing box (31), and after the cartons are pushed out by the pushing structure (8), the top plate (35) can eject one carton to the pushing structure (8) again under the elastic force of the spring (36), so that the cartons do not need to be manually taken one by one, and labor force is saved;
s2: one end of the placing box (31) is provided with a first sealing plate (42), the first sealing plate (42) can be opened through the rotary connection of the first sealing plate (42) and the placing box (31), the carton is pushed into the placing box (31), and the carton does not need to be stuffed one by one, so that the time is saved; the top end of the placing box (31) is provided with the fixed box (81), two limiting plates (83) which are in parallel relation are arranged inside the fixed box (81), and the distance between the limiting plates (83) and the bottom end inside the fixed box (81) is the thickness of one paper box, so that only one paper box can be accommodated inside the fixed box (81) at each time, a plurality of paper boxes can not be pushed out simultaneously, the bottom end of the paper box at the bottom end cannot be printed, the bottom end of each limiting plate (83) is connected with a plurality of balls (82) in a rolling mode, the paper boxes can be pushed out more conveniently through the arrangement of the balls (82), and the phenomenon that the paper boxes are clamped inside the fixed box (81) can not occur; the top end of the fixed box (81) is provided with a second sealing plate (63), the second sealing plate (63) is rotatably connected with the fixed box (81), and the second sealing plate (63) can be rotatably connected with the fixed box (81), so that the second sealing plate (63) can be conveniently opened and closed, and the inside of the fixed box (81) can be conveniently overhauled;
s3: one end of the fixed box (81) is provided with an air cylinder (53), a push rod (54) of the air cylinder (53) penetrates through the fixed box (81) and extends to the push plate (55), and the push plate (55) is connected between the limiting plate (83) and the fixed box (81) in a sliding mode and can provide power for pushing out the carton; one end of the fixed box (81) is provided with a discharge plate (71) used for receiving materials from the push-out structure (8), two ends of the discharge plate (71) are provided with grooves (73), the arrangement of the grooves (73) can limit the carton coming out of the push-out structure (8) and prevent the carton from deviating, a plurality of rollers (72) are rotatably connected inside the grooves (73), the discharge of the carton can be smoother through the arrangement of the rollers (72), and the phenomenon that the carton is clamped on the discharge plate (71) cannot occur;
the paper feeding control mechanism for carton printing comprises a base (1), a conveying structure (2), a loading structure (3), a sealing structure (4), a power structure (5), an overhauling structure (6), a discharging structure (7) and a pushing structure (8); the top end of the base (1) is provided with the conveying structure (2) for pushing the folding cartons into the feeding structure (3), and one end of the conveying structure (2) is provided with the feeding structure (3) for storing and ejecting the folding cartons; the pushing structure (8) capable of pushing out the folded cartons is arranged at the top end of the feeding structure (3), and the sealing structure (4) capable of pushing the cartons into the feeding structure (3) is arranged at one end of the feeding structure (3); one end of the push-out structure (8) is provided with the power structure (5) capable of providing push-out power for the push-out structure (8), and the top end of the push-out structure (8) is provided with the maintenance structure (6) capable of maintaining the interior of the push-out structure (8); one end of the push-out structure (8) departing from the power structure (5) is provided with the discharging structure (7) which can send the folded cartons pushed out by the push-out structure (8) into a printing area;
the feeding structure (3) comprises a placing box (31), a fixing groove (32), a pull rod (33), a sliding groove (34), a top plate (35) and a spring (36), the rectangular placing box (31) is fixed at one end of the base (1), the interior of the placing box (31) is provided with a rectangular top plate (35), the top plate (35) is connected with the placing box (31) in a sliding way, the spring (36) is arranged between the top plate (35) and the placing box (31), the sliding groove (34) is arranged in the top plate (35), the pull rod (33) is connected in the sliding groove (34) in a sliding manner, the pull rod (33) penetrates through the placing box (31), the fixing groove (32) for the pull rod (33) to slide is formed in the outer side wall of the placing box (31), and the fixing groove (32) is of an L-shaped structure;
