Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide a syringe assembling machine, which overcomes the defects of large height difference and large installation space of the assembly of a glue pushing outlet forming mechanism and a glue pushing assembling mechanism of the existing syringe assembling machine.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an injector assembling machine, which solves the problems of the prior injector assembling machine that the inclined baffle plate is used to push the push rod to load the rubber plug, the push rod is easy to bend, and the reject ratio of the product is increased.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a syringe assembling machine which solves the problem that the existing syringe assembling machine is difficult to detect a syringe assembled when the atomization effect of silicone oil is not good enough.
(II) technical scheme
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a syringe assembling machine which comprises a glue pushing outlet forming mechanism, a glue pushing mechanism and a glue pushing mechanism, wherein the glue pushing outlet forming mechanism comprises an outlet disc shaft and a first inclined block cam, and a first matching guide disc is fixed in the middle of the outlet disc shaft; the first matching guide disc is provided with a first matching connecting rod component which can slide relative to the first matching guide disc; the top of the first matching connecting rod assembly is provided with a first limiting groove with the outer edge inwards recessed; the bottom of the first matching connecting rod assembly abuts against the first inclined block cam; and
the glue pushing assembly mechanism is positioned on one side of the glue pushing outlet forming mechanism and comprises an assembly middle shaft and a second inclined block cam, and a second matched guide disc is fixed in the middle of the assembly middle shaft; the second matching guide disc is provided with a second matching connecting rod component which can slide relative to the second matching guide disc; the top of the second matching connecting rod assembly is provided with a second limiting groove with the outer edge inwards recessed; the bottom of the second matching connecting rod assembly abuts against the second inclined block cam;
wherein, when the second cooperation guiding disc rotates, the first spacing groove is partially meshed with the second spacing groove. According to the invention, the first matching connecting rod assembly is matched with the first inclined block cam, and the second matching connecting rod assembly is matched with the second inclined block cam, so that the syringes to be assembled are transmitted in a unified and coordinated manner, the first matching guide disc and the second matching guide disc are in similar height by adjusting the inclination of the first inclined block cam and the second inclined block cam, the height difference of the assembly of the glue pushing outlet forming mechanism and the glue pushing assembly mechanism is reduced, the chassis of the two can be positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the space occupied by equipment is reduced; so that the assembly process is more stable. Meanwhile, under the pushing of the second inclined block cam, the syringe cylinder is directly pushed upwards to be matched with the syringe push rod, so that the component force of horizontally pushing the syringe push rod is reduced, the push rod is not easy to bend in production, and the reject ratio of products is reduced.
Preferably, a detection guide disc is fixed on the upper part of the outlet disc shaft, and the top of the detection guide disc is provided with a plurality of sliding holes around the circumference of the outlet disc shaft; a detection pressure rod is arranged in the sliding hole; the lower part of the detection pressure rod is provided with a convex limiting part; an elastic element is arranged on the outer side of the sliding push rod positioned at the upper part of the limiting part, one end of the elastic element props against the detection guide disc, and the other end of the elastic element props against the limiting part and is used for providing resilience force for enabling the detection pressure rod to naturally extend downwards; the detection pressure rod is used for moving upwards under the pushing of the injector which sprays insufficient silicone oil; the detection pressure lever is positioned right above the push rod of the injector. The invention uses the detection pressure lever to be arranged in the slide hole of the detection guide disc and downwards props against the push rod of the injector, thereby reducing the component force of horizontally pushing the push rod of the injector, leading the push rod not to be easily bent in production and reducing the fraction defective of products. Preferably, the lower end of the detection pressure rod vertically supports against the top surface of the push rod downwards. The existing injector assembling machine uses an inclined baffle plate to forcibly push an injector push rod into an injector cylinder, and when the atomization effect of silicone oil is poor, the resistance of the silicone oil is increased, so that the push rod is easy to bend in production; on the other hand, the silicon oil atomization effect is difficult to judge through appearance detection after the silicon oil is pressed in, so that the missed detection is easy to occur. According to the invention, the detection pressure rod is arranged in the sliding hole of the detection guide disc and is downward abutted against the push rod of the injector, and the elastic element is arranged on the detection pressure rod, so that the resilience force can be adjusted through the elastic element, the silicon oil atomization effect is poor, the downward pressing resistance is larger, the top of the detection pressure rod is pushed to pop out of the detection guide disc, the injector assembly component with the poor silicon oil atomization effect is obviously observed, the assembly is not in place at the moment, the push rod of the injector is not pressed into the cylinder of the injector, the push rod of the injector is not damaged, and the injector can be taken out for secondary silicon oil. The resilience force adjusted by the elastic element is larger than the resistance of the normal injector press rod pressed into the injector cylinder and smaller than the pressure resistance of the injector press rod pressed into the injector cylinder when the silicon oil atomization effect is not good enough.
Preferably, the detection guiding disc comprises a connecting cylinder and a fixed disc, the connecting cylinder is fixedly connected with the outlet disc shaft, the fixed disc is fixed to the top of the connecting cylinder, and the sliding hole is formed in the circumferential edge of the fixed disc.
Preferably, the top of the assembly middle shaft is provided with an assembly turntable, and the assembly turntable is connected with a second matching guide disc through a connecting outer sleeve; the connecting outer sleeve is sleeved on the upper part of the assembly middle shaft; the assembling turntable is provided with a third limiting groove for fixing the push rod of the injector, and the third limiting groove is positioned right above the second limiting groove and used for ensuring that the push rod of the injector is inserted into the cylinder of the injector until the push rod of the injector is inserted downwards.
Preferably, the glue pushing outlet forming mechanism and the glue pushing assembly mechanism are respectively provided with a bearing seat, and the bearing seats are connected with the outlet disc shaft or the assembly middle shaft through bearings.
Preferably, the upper parts of the bearing seats are both mounted on the first swash block cam and the second swash block cam, the top surfaces of the first swash block cam and the second swash block cam are inclined collision surfaces, and the collision surfaces are inclined from one end of the first swash block cam or the second swash block cam to the other end; the outer part of the bearing mounting seat is also connected with a cam guide disc; the first sloping block cam and the second sloping block cam are fixed on the cam guide disc through adjusting screws.
Preferably, the first matching connecting rod assembly comprises at least one movable push rod, a through hole is formed in the first matching guide disc, and a linear bearing sleeve is arranged in the through hole; the movable push rod is arranged in the linear bearing sleeve and can slide in the linear bearing sleeve; the top end of the movable push rod is provided with a first matching block, and the first limiting groove is arranged on the first matching block and used for fixing the syringe barrel; the bottom end of the movable push rod is provided with a slide block, and the lower end of the slide block is abutted against the abutting surface.

The invention provides a syringe assembling machine, which has the following advantages:
1. according to the invention, the first matching connecting rod assembly is matched with the first inclined block cam, and the second matching connecting rod assembly is matched with the second inclined block cam, so that the syringes to be assembled are transmitted in a unified and coordinated manner, the first matching guide disc and the second matching guide disc are in similar height by adjusting the inclination of the first inclined block cam and the second inclined block cam, the height difference of the assembly of the glue pushing outlet forming mechanism and the glue pushing assembly mechanism is reduced, the chassis of the two can be positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the space occupied by equipment is reduced; so that the assembly process is more stable. Meanwhile, under the pushing of the second inclined block cam, the syringe cylinder is directly pushed upwards to be matched with the syringe push rod, so that the component force of horizontally pushing the syringe push rod is reduced, the push rod is not easy to bend in production, and the reject ratio of products is reduced.
2. The invention uses the detection pressure lever to be arranged in the slide hole of the detection guide disc and downwards props against the push rod of the injector, thereby reducing the component force of horizontally pushing the push rod of the injector, leading the push rod not to be easily bent in production and reducing the fraction defective of products. Preferably, the lower end of the detection pressure rod vertically supports against the top surface of the push rod downwards. The existing injector assembling machine uses an inclined baffle plate to forcibly push an injector push rod into an injector cylinder, and when the atomization effect of silicone oil is poor, the resistance of the silicone oil is increased, so that the push rod is easy to bend in production; on the other hand, the silicon oil atomization effect is difficult to judge through appearance detection after the silicon oil is pressed in, so that the missed detection is easy to occur.
3. According to the invention, the detection pressure rod is arranged in the sliding hole of the detection guide disc and is downward abutted against the push rod of the injector, and the elastic element is arranged on the detection pressure rod, so that the resilience force can be adjusted through the elastic element, the silicon oil atomization effect is poor, the downward pressing resistance is larger, the top of the detection pressure rod is pushed to pop out of the detection guide disc, the injector assembly component with the poor silicon oil atomization effect is obviously observed, the assembly is not in place at the moment, the push rod of the injector is not pressed into the cylinder of the injector, the push rod of the injector is not damaged, and the injector can be taken out for secondary silicon oil. The resilience force adjusted by the elastic element is larger than the resistance of the normal injector press rod pressed into the injector cylinder and smaller than the pressure resistance of the injector press rod pressed into the injector cylinder when the silicon oil atomization effect is not good enough.

A detection guide disc 10 is fixed on the upper part of the outlet disc shaft, and the top of the detection guide disc is provided with a plurality of sliding holes 11 around the circumference of the outlet disc shaft; a detection pressure rod 12 is arranged in the sliding hole; the lower part of the detection pressure lever is provided with a convex limiting part 13; an elastic element 14 is arranged on the outer side of the sliding push rod positioned at the upper part of the limiting part, one end of the elastic element props against the detection guide disc, and the other end of the elastic element props against the limiting part and is used for providing resilience force for enabling the detection pressure rod to naturally extend downwards; the detection pressure rod is used for moving upwards under the pushing of the injector which sprays insufficient silicone oil; the detection pressure lever is positioned right above the push rod of the injector.
The detection guide disc comprises a connecting cylinder 15 and a fixed disc 16, the connecting cylinder is fixedly connected with an outlet disc shaft, the fixed disc is fixed to the top of the connecting cylinder, and the sliding holes are formed in the circumferential edge of the fixed disc. The connecting cylinder comprises an upper cylinder part 17 and a lower cylinder part 18, the upper cylinder part is connected with the lower cylinder part through a fastener, the upper cylinder part is fixedly connected with a fixed disc, and the lower cylinder part is installed at the top of the first matching guide disc.
The top of the assembly middle shaft is provided with an assembly turntable 19, and the assembly turntable is connected with a second matching guide disc through a connecting outer sleeve; the connecting outer sleeve is sleeved on the upper part of the assembly middle shaft; the assembly turntable is provided with a third limiting groove 21 for fixing the push rod of the injector, and the third limiting groove is positioned right above the second limiting groove and used for ensuring that the push rod of the injector is inserted into the cylinder of the injector until the push rod of the injector is downwards inserted.
The glue pushing outlet forming mechanism and the glue pushing assembly mechanism are both provided with bearing seats 22, and the bearing seats are connected with an outlet disc shaft or an assembly middle shaft through bearings. The first sloping cam and the second sloping cam are both arranged at the upper parts of the bearing seats, the top surfaces of the first sloping cam and the second sloping cam are inclined collision surfaces, and the collision surfaces are inclined from one end of the first sloping cam or the second sloping cam to the other end; a cam guide disc 23 is connected outside the bearing mounting seat; the first swash block cam and the second swash block cam are both fixed on the cam guide disc through an adjusting screw 24.
The first matching connecting rod component comprises at least one movable push rod 25, a through hole 26 is formed in the first matching guide disc, and a linear bearing sleeve 27 is arranged in the through hole; the movable push rod is arranged in the linear bearing sleeve and can slide in the linear bearing sleeve; the top end of the movable push rod is provided with a first matching block 28, and the first limiting groove is arranged on the first matching block and used for fixing the syringe barrel; the bottom end of the movable push rod is provided with a slide block 29, and the lower end of the slide block is abutted against an abutting surface. The second matching connecting rod assembly comprises at least one movable push rod, a through hole is formed in the second matching guide disc, and a linear bearing sleeve is arranged in the through hole; the movable push rod is arranged in the linear bearing sleeve and can slide in the linear bearing sleeve; the top end of the movable push rod is provided with a second matching block 37, and the second limiting groove is arranged on the second matching block; the upper part of the second matching block positioned at the upper part of the second limiting groove is provided with a groove 38 which is recessed from the outside inwards and used for placing the outer ear of the syringe cylinder; and the top end of the second matching block positioned at the upper part of the second limiting groove is also provided with an outward convex extending part 39, the extending part is provided with a fourth limiting groove 40, and the fourth limiting groove is used for limiting the middle part of the push rod of the injector to prevent the push rod from sliding.
When the device runs, the assembling middle shaft rotates to drive the second matching guide disc to rotate, so that the roller bearing on the sliding block slides on the second inclined block cam, the matching block is driven to move upwards by matching with the second movable push rod, the product is driven to move upwards, and the push rod of the injector is inserted into the through body of the injector. Meanwhile, the rotating rotation of the outlet disc shaft drives the first matching guide disc to rotate, so that the roller bearing on the sliding block slides on the first inclined block cam, the first movable push rod is matched to drive the matching block to move upwards, the product is driven to move upwards, and the push rod of the injector is pressed into the bottom of the cylinder body of the injector by the detected pressure rod. And when the product silicon oil atomization effect is not good enough, the resistance increases and drives the detection depression bar to move up and bulge the detection positioning disk, reaches the detection purpose.
