Claims (7)

1. Aluminum profile processing equipment with noise elimination function, including box (10), its characterized in that: the opening of the box body (10) faces to the front side, the left end of the front side of the box body (10) is rotationally connected with the right end of the box door (17) through a hinge, the upper surface of the inside of the box body (10) is fixedly connected with the fixed end of the electric cylinder (6) through a mounting frame, the telescopic end of the electric cylinder (6) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the transverse plate (7) through a mounting frame, the left end of the lower surface of the transverse plate (7) is provided with a rotating shaft (21) through a bearing seat, the left end of the rotating shaft (21) is coaxially fixed with the right side of the circular cutting wheel (1), the circular cutting wheel (1) is positioned on the left side of the transverse plate (7), the right end of the rotating shaft (21) is connected with the output end of the gear motor (11) through a coupling, the gear motor (11) is fixed on the lower surface of the transverse plate (7) through a fixing frame, a rectangular through hole (3) is formed in the position of the lower surface of the inside of the box body (10) corresponding to the circular cutting wheel (1), and a clamping device (8) is fixed in the position of the lower surface of the box body (10) corresponding to the rectangular hole (3);
the lower end of the right side surface and the lower end of the left side surface inside the box body (10) are respectively provided with a feeding hole (15), the right side surface and the left side surface of the box body (10) are respectively provided with a material blocking device (14), the material blocking device (14) comprises a mounting transverse plate, the mounting transverse plate is positioned above the feeding holes (15), cloth strips are uniformly fixed on the lower surface of the mounting transverse plate and cover the feeding holes (15), an illuminating lamp (22) is fixed on the upper surface inside the box body (10) through a fixing frame, a control switch (20) is fixed on the outer side surface of the box body (10), the input end of the control switch (20) is electrically connected with the output end of an external power supply, and the output end of the control switch (20) is electrically connected with the input end of an electric cylinder (6), the input end of a speed reducing motor (11) and the input end of the illuminating lamp (22) respectively;
two support plates (2) are fixed on the lower surface of the inside of the box body (10), the two support plates (2) are positioned on the left side and the right side of the rectangular perforation (3), the upper ends of the support plates (2) are fixedly connected with the rear ends of the upper plates (16), and the upper ends of the front side surfaces of the support plates (2) are provided with pressing plates (13) through pressing plate adjusting devices (9);
the pressing plate adjusting device (9) comprises a bearing (95), the bearing (95) is fixed at the upper end of the front side surface of the supporting plate (2), the inner ring of the bearing (95) is fixedly connected with the rear end of the screw rod (92), the front end of the screw rod (92) extends to the front side of the upper plate (16) and is fixedly connected with the handle (91), the screw rod (92) is in threaded connection with a screw hole on the sliding block (93), the upper surface of the sliding block (93) is in sliding connection with the lower surface of the upper plate (16), the lower surface of the sliding block (93) is hinged with the front upper end of the inclined support rod (94) through a hinge seat, and the rear lower end of the inclined support rod (94) is hinged with the upper surface of the pressing plate (13) through a hinge seat;
the box body (10) comprises an inner fixing plate layer (105), a noise-reducing cotton layer (106) is adhered to the inner side of the inner fixing plate layer (105), an inner rubber cushion layer (104) is adhered to the outer side of the inner fixing plate layer (105), a vacuum glass layer (103) is adhered to the outer side of the inner rubber cushion layer (104), an outer rubber cushion layer (102) is adhered to the outer side of the vacuum glass layer (103), and an outer fixing plate layer (101) is adhered to the outer side of the outer rubber cushion layer (102).

The aluminum profile processing apparatus with noise elimination function according to claim 1, wherein: the clamping device (8) comprises an arc-shaped plate (84), the left end of the inner side of the arc-shaped plate (84) is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped side surface of a left transparent semicircular plate (83), the right end of the inner side of the arc-shaped plate (84) is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped side surface of a right transparent semicircular plate (81), the upper end of the left side surface of the left transparent semicircular plate (83) and the upper end of the right side surface of the right transparent semicircular plate (81) are both fixedly provided with a fixed plate (82), the lower side of the fixed plate (82) is provided with a positioning bolt, and the upper end of the positioning bolt penetrates through a through hole in the fixed plate (82) and is in threaded connection with a screw hole on the lower surface of the box body (10).
