Background
Along with the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of industrialization process in China, the problem of environmental pollution in China is more and more serious, particularly, in recent years, haze weather in China frequently occurs, the situation of air pollution in China is very serious, and a large amount of smoke dust generated in industrial production enters the atmosphere, so that the smoke gas limited in China can be discharged into the atmosphere only after dust removal reaches the standard; the dust remover can effectively reduce dust in the flue gas, the dust remover is widely applied in factories, the factories generate a large amount of flue gas in the production process, particularly in enterprises in high pollution industries such as power plants, the dust content in the flue gas is high, the flue gas is seriously polluted by the atmosphere after being discharged into the environment, the flue gas can be discharged after being effectively treated, the dust remover is an indispensable pollution treatment facility, the currently widely applied dust remover mainly comprises a bag-type dust remover, a pulse dust remover, a bag-type dust remover, a cyclone dust remover, an electrostatic dust remover, a wet dust remover and the like, the dust content in the flue gas after dust removal is small, and the flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere without causing atmospheric pollution and is welcomed by people; at present, in the dust removal work, an electrostatic dust removal device is widely used, but in the use process of electrostatic dust removal, when the particle size of dust in smoke is large, the electrostatic dust removal is difficult to adsorb the dust with large particle size, and in the dust adsorption process of the electrostatic dust removal, the dust on the inner wall of the device is far away from an electrostatic plate, the electrostatic plate is difficult to adsorb, an adsorption dead angle exists, and the ideal dust removal effect cannot be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above situation, a need exists for a dust collector capable of solving the problems that in the prior art, dust with a large particle size is difficult to adsorb in electric dust collection, and in the process of dust adsorption in electrostatic dust collection, dust on the inner wall of the dust collector is far away from an electrostatic plate, the electrostatic plate is difficult to adsorb, and an adsorption dead angle exists, so that an ideal dust collection effect cannot be achieved.
A cyclone washing electrostatic dust removal purification device comprises a fixing chassis, a support frame, a cyclone dust removal device, a first fixing screw, a connecting pipe sleeve, a lead-in pipe, a washing dust removal device, a second fixing screw and an electrostatic dust removal device; the fixed chassis is made of cast iron and is arranged on the flat working surface; the two support frames are arranged, the lower ends of the two support frames are welded on the upper end face of the fixed chassis, and the upper ends of the two support frames are welded on the lower end face of the dust removing cylinder in the cyclone dust removing device; the cyclone dust removal device is fixedly arranged at the upper ends of the two support frames and comprises a dust removal cylinder, a cyclone cylinder fixing plate, a dust suction box, an air inlet pipe, a cyclone cylinder, an incision pipe, a guide pipe, a first dust exhaust cylinder sealing cover, a negative pressure motor, a negative pressure fan and a motor fixing plate; the dust removal cylinder is welded at the upper ends of the two support frames; the cyclone cylinder fixing plate is welded inside the dust removing cylinder; three cyclones are arranged and welded on the cyclone fixing plate; the dust collection box is welded on the outer side wall of the lower end of the dust removal cylinder; the two motor fixing plates are fixedly arranged on two side walls in the dust collection box; the negative pressure motor is fixedly arranged between the two motor fixing plates; the negative pressure fan is fixedly arranged on a motor shaft at the lower end of the negative pressure motor; the cut-in pipe is welded in two adjacent cyclone cylinders in a cut-in manner; one end of the delivery pipe is fixedly arranged in the right cyclone barrel, and the other end of the delivery pipe is connected with the connecting pipe sleeve through the right side wall of the dust removing barrel; the first dust exhaust cylinder is welded at the lower end of the dust exhaust cylinder; the first dust exhaust cylinder sealing cover is arranged at the lower end of the first dust exhaust cylinder in a sealing manner; one end of the air inlet pipe is arranged in the dust collection box, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is fixedly arranged in the left cyclone cylinder; the water washing dust removal device is fixedly arranged at the upper end of a dust removal cylinder in the cyclone dust removal device by adopting a first fixing screw and comprises a water washing dust removal box, a spray head, a spray box fixing connecting piece, a first air guide hole, a water feeding pipe, a water suction pump, a water suction pipe, a water storage tank, a water discharge valve, a water discharge pipe, a second dust removal cylinder sealing cover and a filter screen; the washing dust removal box is fixedly arranged at the upper end of a dust removal cylinder in the cyclone dust removal device by adopting a first fixing screw; the spray box fixed connecting piece is fixedly arranged at the central position of the upper end in the washing dust removal box; the spraying box is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the spraying box fixing connecting piece, and the lower end face in the spraying box is arranged to be inclined; the spray headers are arranged in a plurality and fixedly arranged on the lower end wall of the spray box; the filter screen is fixedly arranged in the lower end wall of the left side of the washing dust removal box; the water storage tank is welded at the lower end of the left side of the washing and dedusting tank, and a water inlet hole in the left side of the water storage tank is formed in the position of the filter screen; the water feeding pipe is welded in the upper end of the water storage tank; the water suction pump is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the water storage tank; the upper end of the water pumping pipe is fixedly arranged in the water pumping pump, and the lower end of the water pumping pipe is arranged in the water storage tank; the lower end of the upper water pipe is fixedly arranged in the water suction pump, and the upper end of the upper water pipe is fixedly arranged in the spray box; the water discharge pipe is fixedly arranged in the lower end wall of the water storage tank; the drain valve is fixedly arranged on the drain pipe; the second dust exhaust cylinder is welded in the left side wall of the lower end of the water washing dust removal box; the second dust exhaust cylinder sealing cover is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the second dust exhaust cylinder; one end of the connecting pipe sleeve is fixedly arranged at the right end of the delivery pipe, and the other end of the connecting pipe sleeve is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the inlet pipe; the upper end of the lead-in pipe is fixedly arranged in the right side wall of the washing dust removal box; the electrostatic dust removal device is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the washing dust removal box by adopting a second fixing screw and comprises a motor, a bearing, a rotating shaft, an exhaust funnel, an electrostatic dust removal box, an adsorption wool, a rotating sleeve, a cover plate, a bolt, a nut, a positioning pin, a cover plate fixing plate, a third air guide hole, an electrostatic plate, a second air guide hole and an electrostatic box; the electrostatic box is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the washing dust removal box by adopting a second fixing screw; the two cover plate fixing plates are welded on two side surfaces of the upper end in the electrostatic box; the cover plate is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the cover plate fixing plate by adopting a positioning pin, and a third air guide hole is formed in the right side of the cover plate; the electrostatic dust removal box is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the electrostatic box by adopting bolts and nuts; the bearing is fixedly arranged in the upper end wall of the electrostatic dust removal box; the motor is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the electrostatic dust removal box; the upper end of the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on the motor through a bearing; the rotating sleeve is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft by adopting a fixed key; a plurality of adsorption knitting wools are arranged and are bonded on the outer side of the rotary sleeve by adopting fixing glue; the exhaust funnel is provided with two, welds in electrostatic precipitator case upper end wall both sides.
As a further scheme of the invention: the dust removal barrel is of a funnel shape, and the diameter of the upper end of the dust removal barrel is larger than that of the lower end of the dust removal barrel.
As a further scheme of the invention: the cyclone cylinder is a cylinder body with the upper end sealed and the lower end opened.
As a further scheme of the invention: the first air guide hole is formed in the left side of the upper end wall of the washing dust removal box, and the first air guide hole and the second air guide hole are correspondingly formed.

As a further scheme of the invention: the electrostatic plates are fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the cover plate and the inner lower end face of the electrostatic box, and the plurality of electrostatic plates arranged on the lower end face of the cover plate and the lower end face of the electrostatic box are arranged in a staggered mode.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention starts a negative pressure motor to drive a negative pressure fan to rotate to form negative pressure, extracts air containing smoke dust, enters a cyclone cylinder through an air inlet pipe, generates rotational flow rotation in the cyclone cylinder, intercepts dust in the smoke dust on the inner wall of the cyclone cylinder, falls into the lower end in a dust removing cylinder, and opens a first dust discharging cylinder sealing cover to discharge the dust through a first dust discharging cylinder; cleaning water is added into the water storage tank through a water adding pipe, air subjected to cyclone dust removal enters the water cleaning dust removal tank, a water suction pump is started to pump the cleaning water through a water feeding pipe and a water suction pipe and enter the spray tank, dust in cleaning smoke dust is sprayed through a spray head, the cleaning water after cleaning is filtered through a filter screen, dust particles enter a second dust exhaust cylinder, a sealing cover of the second dust exhaust cylinder is opened to clean the dust through the second dust exhaust cylinder, and the cleaning water can be recycled; the gas after washing is guided into the electrostatic box through the first air guide hole and the second air guide hole, the electrostatic plate can effectively adsorb dust in the flue gas, the flue gas dust removal efficiency is improved, the gas after electrostatic treatment enters the electrostatic precipitation box through the third air guide hole, the motor is started to drive the rotary shaft to rotate, the adsorption wool on the rotary sleeve is driven to rotate, the adsorption wool continuously rotates, a small amount of dust in the flue gas is intercepted, and the exhaust funnel exhausts the gas; the electrostatic dust collection box and the electrostatic box are fixed by bolts and nuts, so that the electrostatic dust collection box and the electrostatic box are convenient to clean and install; the invention has reasonable design, adopts three-stage modes of cyclone, water washing and static electricity to remove dust, has high flue gas dust removal efficiency, long retention time of the flue gas in the device and good dust removal effect.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the cyclone water-washing electrostatic dust removal purification apparatus of the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-6, a cyclone water-washing electrostatic dust removal purification apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixing chassis 1, a support frame 2, a cyclone dust removal apparatus 3, a first fixing screw 4, a connecting pipe sleeve 5, an inlet pipe 6, a water-washing dust removal apparatus 7, a second fixing screw 8, and an electrostatic dust removal apparatus 9; the fixed chassis 1 is made of cast iron and is arranged on a flat working surface, and the fixed chassis 1 has the functions of supporting and balancing weight; the two support frames 2 are arranged, the lower ends of the two support frames are welded on the upper end face of the fixed chassis 1, and the upper ends of the two support frames are welded on the lower end face of the dust removing barrel 31 in the cyclone dust removing device 3; the cyclone dust removal device 3 is fixedly arranged at the upper ends of the two support frames 2 and comprises a dust removal cylinder 31, a cyclone cylinder fixing plate 32, a dust suction box 33, an air inlet pipe 34, a cyclone cylinder 35, a cut-in pipe 36, a guide-out pipe 37, a first dust exhaust cylinder 38, a first dust exhaust cylinder sealing cover 39, a negative pressure motor 310, a negative pressure fan 311 and a motor fixing plate 312; the water feeding pipe 76 is welded in the upper end of the water storage tank 710, and cleaning water is added into the water storage tank 710 through the water feeding pipe 76; the water suction pump 78 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the water storage tank 710; the upper end of the water pumping pipe 79 is fixedly arranged in the water pumping pump 78, and the lower end is arranged in the water storage tank 710; the lower end of the upper water pipe 77 is fixedly arranged in the water suction pump 78, and the upper end of the upper water pipe is fixedly arranged in the spraying box 73; a plurality of adsorption knitting wools 96 are arranged and are bonded outside the rotating sleeve 97 by adopting fixing glue; two exhaust pipes 94 are arranged and welded in two sides of the upper end wall of the electrostatic dust removal box 95; the gas after washing is led into the electrostatic box 916 through the first air guide hole 75 and the second air guide hole 915, the electrostatic plate 914 can effectively adsorb dust in the flue gas, the flue gas dedusting efficiency is improved, the gas after electrostatic treatment enters the electrostatic dedusting box 95 through the third air guide hole 913, the motor 91 is started to drive the rotating shaft 93 to rotate, the adsorption wool 96 on the rotating sleeve 97 is driven to rotate, the adsorption wool 96 continuously rotates, a small amount of dust in the flue gas is intercepted, and the exhaust funnel 94 exhausts the gas; bolts 99 and nuts 910 are used to secure the electrostatic precipitation chamber 95 and electrostatic chamber 916 for cleaning and installation.
The working principle is as follows: starting the negative pressure motor 310 to drive the negative pressure fan 311 to rotate to form negative pressure, extracting air containing smoke dust, entering the cyclone cylinder 35 through the air inlet pipe 34, generating rotational flow rotation of the smoke gas in the cyclone cylinder 35, intercepting dust in the smoke gas on the inner wall of the cyclone cylinder 35, enabling the dust to fall into the lower end of the interior of the dust removing cylinder 31, opening the sealing cover 39 of the first dust removing cylinder, and discharging the dust through the first dust removing cylinder 38; cleaning water is added into the water storage tank 710 through the water adding pipe 76, the air subjected to cyclone dust removal enters the water cleaning dust removal tank 71, the water suction pump 78 is started to pump the cleaning water into the spray tank 73 through the water feeding pipe 77 and the water suction pipe 79, dust in cleaning smoke dust is sprayed at the spraying position through the spray head 72, the cleaning water after cleaning is filtered through the filter screen 715, dust particles enter the second dust exhaust cylinder 713, the second dust exhaust cylinder sealing cover 714 is opened to clean the dust through the second dust exhaust cylinder 713, and the cleaning water can be recycled; the gas after washing is led into the electrostatic box 916 through the first air guide hole 75 and the second air guide hole 915, the electrostatic plate 914 can effectively adsorb dust in the flue gas, the flue gas dedusting efficiency is improved, the gas after electrostatic treatment enters the electrostatic dedusting box 95 through the third air guide hole 913, the motor 91 is started to drive the rotating shaft 93 to rotate, the adsorption wool 96 on the rotating sleeve 97 is driven to rotate, the adsorption wool 96 continuously rotates, a small amount of dust in the flue gas is intercepted, and the exhaust funnel 94 exhausts the gas; bolts 99 and nuts 910 are used to secure the electrostatic precipitation chamber 95 and electrostatic chamber 916 for cleaning and installation.
