1) the personnel stand on the upper surface of the turntable and respectively grab the corresponding ropes;
2) applying starting torque to the turntable by personnel to rotate the turntable;
3) when the rotation energy of the rotating disc is converted into gravitational potential energy to stop rotating, the personnel pull the respective ropes along the radial direction to enable the rotating disc to obtain the rotation energy and rotate towards the other direction, and the step 3 is repeated.
The equipment of the invention can mobilize the whole body to exercise, has good entertainment and convenient equipment transition, meets the requirement of people for increasing the types of fitness equipment, and solves the problems in the prior art.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.

Wherein, the number of the ropes 2 is not less than 3, and the ropes 2 can be flexible non-elastic bodies such as braided ropes of nylon ropes, metal chain chains and steel wire ropes. The second end of the rope 2 is fixedly connected with the fixed seat 1, the rope can be tied on the hole-shaped buckle 11, or the second end of the rope of the hook-shaped buckle 11 can be hooked on the buckle 11. The first end of the rope 2 is fixedly connected with the turntable 3 and can be a through hole preset in the turntable 3, the first end of the rope 2 penetrates through the through hole preset in the turntable 3 and then is knotted or a clamping head is fastened at the tail end, so that the tail end of the rope 2 is larger than the inner diameter of the through hole preset in the turntable 3 and cannot exit, the through holes in the turntable 3 are distributed along the radial direction, and the first end of the rope 2 can be fixed by selecting proper hole positions to obtain the expected rotating moment of the turntable 3.
