Description

Breathable film for paper diaper and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to a breathable film for a paper diaper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
A paper diaper is a sanitary article commonly used by infants. Generally, diapers are composed of three main parts: surface coating layer, absorption core layer and base fabric. The surface coating may also be referred to as a coating. The absorbent core layer may also be referred to as an absorbent core, or absorbent body. The coating layer is tightly attached to the body of a baby, can promote the urine to quickly permeate and effectively prevent the urine from permeating back, so that the surface layer of the diaper is kept dry and comfortable. The coating of panty-shape diapers on the domestic market at present is the non-woven fabrics surface course basically, and ventilative non-woven fabrics can promote the inside ventilative degree of panty-shape diapers, and vapor can circulate outside the panty-shape diapers, and in time discharge moisture and steam effectively reduce the chance that the diaper rash takes place, and soft comfortable not amazing skin. The absorbent core layer may also be referred to as an absorbent core. The main function of the absorbent core is to be able to capture and quickly absorb urine, disperse it or to spread it throughout the core by capillary action, ultimately absorbing and storing urine. At present, the absorbent core layer of the paper diaper on the domestic market is mainly of a layered structure consisting of pure wood pulp (fluff pulp) and super absorbent resin (SAP). The base fabric is the outermost structure of the paper diaper, has water impermeability, and can prevent water in the absorption core layer from seeping. The base fabric of many paper diapers abroad is made of non-woven fabric which is comfortable, but the base fabric of the paper diapers in domestic market is still mainly made of PE film due to higher price.
Through market research, factors such as air permeability, water absorption, comfort, dryness, safety and the like are five main factors considered when mothers choose paper diapers, wherein the air permeability is particularly important. The air permeability is actually water vapor permeability, and can be expressed by a water vapor transmission amount (g/cm.24h) and also by a unit area air transmission amount (CFM).
The latest structure of the prior paper diaper is mainly divided into a surface layer, an instantaneous absorption flow guide layer, an absorption core layer, a bottom film and other functional components. The bottom membrane of the paper diaper sold in the market is generally a PP microporous membrane or a hot-rolled non-woven PE composite membrane, and the difference between the diameters of water drops (the minimum fog drop diameter is 10 mu m) and vapor molecules (the diameter is 0.4nm) is utilized to realize that the water drops cannot permeate but the vapor molecules can permeate, so that the waterproof and breathable effects are achieved. The bottom film of the paper diaper is a main influence factor of the air permeability of the paper diaper, and directly influences the air permeability of the whole paper diaper, so that the comfort of an infant when wearing the paper diaper is influenced.
The paper diaper sold in the market at present mainly utilizes the PP or PE stretched microporous membrane to realize the waterproof and breathable functions of the bottom membrane of the paper diaper, but the PP or PE microporous membrane is difficult to simultaneously meet high waterproofness and good breathability. The waterproof and breathable functions of the paper diapers are realized by adopting PP or PE microporous membranes in several best-sold high-end paper diapers in the current market, wherein the maximum water pressure of a bottom membrane of each paper diaper is not more than 1600mmH after the air permeability and water pressure resistance tests2O, the air permeability is preferably not more than 0.1 CFM; in fact, good breathability of the diaper can only be ensured if the breathability of the base film reaches or exceeds 0.5CFM2, or if the water vapor permeability reaches 8000g/cm 24 h. According to daily use conditions, after the absorption core layer in the breathable paper diaper sold on the market at present fully absorbs urine, the urine can permeate into the trousers through the basement membrane to stain the trousers when the baby sits in a sitting posture. Therefore, the good bottom film of the paper diaper not only needs to meet good air permeability, but also needs to meet good waterproof permeability.
In addition, the production technology of the bottom film of the domestic paper diaper is still in a lower level at present, and the bottom film used by the domestic high-end diaper mainly depends on the import from abroad.
The patent CN201510505147.0 discloses a preparation method of a waterproof breathable paper diaper basement membrane, and provides the waterproof breathable paper diaper basement membrane which comprises a substrate layer and a waterproof breathable layer compounded with the substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer is a non-woven fabric fiber layer with the air permeability of 100-700 CFM and the thickness of 5-20 GSM, and the waterproof breathable layer is a nanofiber pile layer. Also provides a preparation method of the waterproof breathable paper diaper basement membrane by utilizing high hydrophobicityThe molecular resin is subjected to mass production high-voltage electrostatic spinning equipment, electrostatic spinning is directly carried out on the superfine fiber non-woven fabric to form a nanofiber accumulation body, and the water pressure resistance of the produced paper diaper bottom film compounded by the nanofiber and the superfine fiber non-woven fabric can reach 4000mmH2O, air permeability of 3CFM or more, and water vapor permeability of 10000g/cm2Over 24 hours, fills the blank of the production of basement membranes with high water resistance and air permeability in China, and thoroughly solves the problems of urine leakage and red and swollen buttocks when the baby wears the paper diaper.
Disclose a body surface height antibiotic, super absorbent, ventilative healthy function dry and comfortable panty-shape diapers in patent CN201510322278.5, panty-shape diapers include crotch portion liquid absorption district, crotch portion liquid absorption district includes the surface course of pressing close to skin, from the layer that absorbs water that sets gradually downwards, outside ventilative leak protection membrane, its characterized in that: the surface layer comprises a hydroentangled integrated non-woven base fabric which is formed by performing hydroentanglement reinforcement on a pseudo-bonded spunbond fiber net in an online or offline manner and is provided with an entanglement bonding layer as a middle layer, a carded fiber layer as a surface layer and a pseudo-bonded spunbond fiber layer as a bottom layer, the carded fiber net is carded into a net by hydrophilic short fibers containing chitosan fibers and mint fibers, the pseudo-bonded spunbond fiber net is formed by performing hot rolling reinforcement on thermoplastic fiber filaments subjected to modulus reduction treatment and hydrophilic treatment after being spun into a net, the bonding force generated by hot rolling bonding points among the fibers of the pseudo-bonded spunbond fiber net is smaller than the strength of the thermoplastic fiber filaments, the carded fiber layer is attached to the skin, and the pseudo-bonded spunbond fiber layer is combined with the water absorption layer.
