Abstract

Technical Field

Background
Existing dental implants mainly include implants, abutments and restorative crowns. The abutment can provide retention, support and stabilization for the prosthetic crown. The existing base station connection modes are two, namely (1) a screw fixing connection base station: the abutment and the restoration dental crown are fixedly connected and restored through screws; (2) cementing and fixing the connecting base station: i.e. the abutment and the prosthetic crown are fixedly connected and repaired by cement. However, the screw fixing and connecting mode is easy to have the defects of screw loosening, breakage, unsightly appearance, poor tread form, micro-gap between the abutment and the repairing dental crown, and the like. The cementing and fixing connection mode has requirements on the application mode and the application amount of the cementing agent, the contact surface of the abutment and the repairing dental crown is required to be coated with the cementing agent, if the cementing agent is insufficient, the service life of the repairing dental crown is shortened, and if the cementing agent is excessive, the cementing agent overflows to cause pollution.

Before the zirconia abutment is assembled with the prosthetic crown, the bottom end of the locking member 12 is exposed out of the opening at the lower portion of the sliding channel 11 and the top end is hidden in the opening at the upper portion of the sliding channel 11 due to the fact that the arc length of the locking member 12 is longer than that of the sliding channel 11 and the influence of gravity. When the zirconia abutment is assembled with the restoration dental crown, the inner wall of the restoration dental crown can press the streamline curved surface at the bottom end of the locking piece 12, so that the locking piece 12 slides upwards along the sliding channel 11, the top end of the locking piece 12 extends out of the opening at the upper part of the sliding channel 11, the purpose of tensioning the inner wall of the restoration dental crown is achieved, and the effect of fixed connection is achieved.
As a further preferred embodiment, a limiting protrusion is disposed in the opening at the upper part of the sliding channel 11, and a barb adapted to the limiting protrusion is disposed at the top end of the locking member 12. The barbs can both help prevent the locking element 12 from sliding out of the sliding channel 11 when not in use and also serve to improve the positioning of the locking element 12 when in tension.
As a further preferred embodiment, the connecting section 1 is a regular hexagonal prism, and each side is provided with an automatic locking device. The automatic locking device needs to be symmetrically arranged to better play a stabilizing role.
