if the mobile control terminal meets the access condition, the mobile control terminal sends an access request message to one of the intelligent household appliance control terminals, and when the mobile control terminal receives an access response message sent by one of the intelligent household appliance control terminals, the mobile control terminal sends a household appliance control command to one of the intelligent household appliance control terminals; and if the mobile control terminal is judged not to satisfy the access condition, updating the corresponding parameter by the mobile control terminal, and then judging whether the mobile control terminal satisfies the access condition again based on the updated corresponding parameter.

sending an access control state report message to a centralized control center;
receiving an access control status confirmation report, wherein the access control status confirmation report is determined by the centralized control center in response to receiving the access control status report message, and wherein the access control status confirmation report is generated based on the access control status report message;
determining an access restriction condition based on the access control status confirmation report;
sending the access limiting condition to a mobile control terminal;
wherein the mobile control terminal is configured to:
determining, by the mobile control terminal, whether the mobile control terminal satisfies an access condition based on the access restriction condition;
if the mobile control terminal meets the access condition, sending an access request message to one of the intelligent household appliance control terminals, and sending a household appliance control command to one of the intelligent household appliance control terminals when the mobile control terminal receives an access response message sent by one of the intelligent household appliance control terminals;
and if the mobile control terminal is judged not to satisfy the access condition, updating the corresponding parameter, and then judging whether the mobile control terminal satisfies the access condition again based on the updated corresponding parameter.

The intelligent household appliance energy saving system based on remote wireless control as claimed in claim 6, wherein: wherein the access control status report message at least comprises: the data throughput, the channel condition and the processing capacity limit value of one intelligent household appliance control terminal in the plurality of intelligent household appliance control terminals;
wherein the access control status confirmation report is generated based on the access control status report message by:
analyzing the access control state report message to obtain the data throughput, the channel condition and the processing capacity limit value of one intelligent household appliance control terminal in the plurality of intelligent household appliance control terminals; and
generating, by the centralized control center, a first type of access control status confirmation report if the data throughput is greater than the processing capacity limit, and generating, by the centralized control center, a second type of access control status confirmation report if the channel condition is below a predetermined condition.
8. The intelligent household appliance energy saving system based on the remote wireless control as claimed in claim 7, wherein: wherein the access restriction conditions at least include: access attempt times limit and priority limit;
the step of judging whether the mobile control terminal meets the access condition or not based on the access limiting condition comprises the following steps:
determining whether the home appliance control command to be transmitted has a priority equal to or higher than the priority limit;
and if the household appliance control command to be transmitted is judged to have the priority equal to or higher than the priority limit, judging that the mobile control terminal meets the access condition.
9. The intelligent household appliance energy saving system based on the remote wireless control as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the step of judging whether the mobile control terminal meets the access condition based on the access limiting condition further comprises the following steps:
if the household appliance control command to be sent is judged to have the priority lower than the priority limit, continuously judging whether the number of times of access attempts of the mobile control terminal is higher than the access attempt number limit; and
and if the number of times of access attempts of the mobile control terminal is judged to be higher than the limit of the number of times of access attempts, judging that the mobile control terminal meets the access condition.

The intelligent household appliance energy saving system based on the remote wireless control as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the updating of the corresponding parameters specifically comprises the following steps: and if the mobile control terminal is judged not to meet the access condition, increasing the number of access attempts stored in the mobile control terminal by one time.
