Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 3, which are a perspective view and an exploded perspective view of a lighting device according to a first embodiment of the present invention; as shown in the drawings, the present embodiment provides a lighting device 1, the lighting device 1 includes a light source supply assembly 10 and two curved light guide elements 11, the two curved light guide elements 11 are disposed at two ends of the light source supply assembly 10, the light source supply assembly 10 supplies a light source to the two curved light guide elements 11, and the light source propagates in the two curved light guide elements 11 and is transmitted out from the two curved light guide elements 11. Of course, only a single curved light guide element 11 may be disposed on the light source supply assembly 10.
The light source supply assembly 10 includes a fixing base 101 and two light source modules 102, the fixing base 101 has a first housing 101a and a second housing 101b disposed in the first housing 101a, the first housing 101a and the second housing 101b have four sidewalls, respectively, and two ends of the first housing 101a have a first fixing opening 1010a and a second fixing opening 1010b opposite to the first fixing opening 1010a, respectively. The light guide plate 111 has a first light guide surface 111a and a second light guide surface 111b opposite to each other, and end surfaces at two ends of the light guide plate are located between the first light guide surface 111a and the second light guide surface 111b, in this embodiment, the first light guide surface 111a is an outer surface, and the second light guide surface 111b is an inner surface, wherein at least one of the first light guide surface 111a and the second light guide surface 111b is a light emitting surface. The two light source guiding protrusions 112 are respectively disposed on the end portions of the two ends of the light guiding plate 111, and the end surfaces of the two light source guiding protrusions 112 are aligned, in other words, the end surfaces of the two light source guiding protrusions 112 are located on the same plane, one of the two opposite surfaces of each light source guiding protrusion 112 is the light incident surface 1121, and in this embodiment, the surface of the same side of each light source guiding protrusion 112 as the first light guiding surface 111a of the light guiding plate 111 is the light incident surface 1121.

Further, light-diffusing particles can be added in the light guide plate 111, and when the light source encounters the light-diffusing particles, the light-diffusing particles can change the propagation path of the light source.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a lighting device according to a first embodiment of the invention is shown; as shown in the drawing, when two curved light guide elements 11 are disposed at the light source supply assembly 10, one of the two curved light guide elements 11 is inserted from the first fixing opening 1010a of the fixing base 101, and the other curved light guide element 11 is inserted from the second fixing opening 1010b of the fixing base 101. The two light source guiding protrusions 112 of each curved light guiding element 11 are respectively inserted into the corresponding first accommodating areas 1011, and the light guiding plate 111 is located outside the fixing base 101. Each light source guiding-in bump 112 is located at one side of the corresponding light source module 102, and a plurality of light emitting diodes 1021 aligned in each light source module 102 corresponds to the light incident surface 1121 of the adjacent light source guiding-in bump 112.
When the lighting device 1 of the present embodiment is used, the two light source modules 102 of the light source supply assembly 10 are electrically connected with an external power source, the external power source supplies power to the circuit board 1020 of the two light source modules 102, the circuit board 1020 drives the plurality of light emitting diodes 1021 to emit light sources, the light sources emitted by the plurality of light emitting diodes 1021 enter from the two light inlet surfaces 1121 of the two light source guiding protrusions 112 of each curved light guiding element 11, the light sources entering from the two light inlet surfaces 1121 are totally reflected and propagated (as shown by broken lines in the light guiding plate 111 in the figure) in the light guiding plate 111 along the length direction of the light guiding plate 111, or the light sources in the light guiding plate 111 are refracted by the microstructure of the first light guiding surface 111a or the second light guiding surface 111b or the scattering particles in the light guiding plate 111 and emit light from the first light guiding surface 111a or the second light guiding surface 111b, so that the light guiding plate 111 emits light uniformly. The distance between the first light guiding surface 111a and the second light guiding surface 111b in the middle of the light guiding plate 111 in this embodiment is larger than the distance between the first light guiding surface 111a and the second light guiding surface 111b at two ends of the light guiding plate 111, that is, the two ends of the light guiding plate 111 are narrower, the middle is wider, which means that the light incident portion of the curved light guiding element 11 is narrower, so that most of the light sources can enter the curved light guiding element 11. In this embodiment, only one light source module 102 is optionally disposed, so that light enters from one of the two light source guiding protrusions 112 of each curved light guiding element 11, and the light sources can propagate in the light guiding plate 111 as well, so that the light guiding plate 111 emits light. If only a single light source module 102 is provided, the light source light guide protrusions 112 that do not correspond to the light source module 102 can be omitted.
Further, the end face of each light source guiding bump 112 of each curved light guiding element 11 is provided with a light shielding layer 1122, as shown in fig. 2, to form a reflecting surface, the light shielding layer 1122 blocks the light emitted from the light source from the end face of each light source guiding bump 112, and reflects the light emitted from the light source and makes the light source propagate to the light guiding plate 111 in a concentrated manner, so as to effectively reduce the loss of light energy. When the first connection end 22a of the bending bracket 22 is disposed on the connection base 213, the engaging protrusion 2223 of the connection part 222 is disposed in the line groove 21311 of the corresponding first base 2131, and abuts against the side wall of the corresponding line groove 21311, and the connection protrusion 2222 of the connection part 222 covers the corresponding fixing protrusion 21322 and is fixed to the corresponding fixing protrusion 21322, so that the connection part 222 is positioned in the corresponding bracket fixing groove 21321 and the line groove 21311.
The other end of the bracket body 221 has two opposing securing tabs 2212, the two securing tabs 2212 being located at the second connecting end 22b of the bracket 22. The two opposite fixing tabs 2212 are respectively arranged on the two opposite surfaces 221b or the two opposite side surfaces 221c, and in the present embodiment, the two opposite fixing tabs 2212 are respectively arranged on the two opposite surfaces 221b. The surface of the fixing base 101 connected to the second connecting end 22b of the bracket 22 has two opposite fixing slots 1015 and a line through hole 1016 between the two fixing slots 1015. The two fixing slots 1015 and the line through holes 1016 of the present embodiment are in communication with one of the two first accommodating regions 1011. When the two opposite fixing tabs 2212 are respectively inserted into the corresponding fixing slots 1015, the two opposite fixing tabs 2212 are fixed by screws or other fixing members, so that the second connection end 22b of the bending bracket 22 is connected to the lighting device 1. The line through hole 1016 communicates with the line space 221a of the holder body 221.
When the lamp 2 of the present embodiment is in use, the fixing base 211 of the lamp holder assembly 21 is fixed at a desired position, the driver or the controller is disposed in the fixing base 211, the circuit of the mains supply is electrically connected to the driver or the controller in the fixing base 211, the circuit of the driver or the controller in the fixing base 211 passes through the wiring hole 21331 of the fixing post 2133 of the connecting base 213, the connection wiring hole 2211 of the connecting piece 222, the bracket wiring hole 2211 of the bracket body 221, the wiring space 221a of the bracket body 221 and the wiring hole 1016 of the fixing base 101, and enters into the two first accommodating areas 1011 of the fixing base 101, and is electrically connected to the two circuit boards 1020 of the two light source modules 102 of the two first accommodating areas 1011, and the two circuit boards 1020 respectively drive the corresponding plurality of light emitting diodes 1021, so that the plurality of light emitting diodes 1021 of the two light source modules 102 can emit light sources to light the two curved light guide elements 11.
In another embodiment, a driver or a controller may be optionally not disposed in the fixing base 211, and the driver or the controller may be directly disposed on the circuit board 1020 of the light source module 102, and a line of external commercial power is directly electrically connected to the circuit board 1020, and the circuit board 1020 provides power to the driver or the controller to make the driver or the controller drive the plurality of light emitting diodes 1021 on the circuit board 1020 to emit light.
Referring to fig. 10, a schematic cross-sectional view of a bracket according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown; as shown in the drawing, one of the two side surfaces 221c of the bracket body 221 of the bracket 22 of the present embodiment has an opening 2213 and a light-transmitting portion 2214 mounted on the opening 2213, the light source module 223 is further disposed in the wiring space 221a of the bracket 22, the light source module 223 has a circuit board 2230 and a plurality of light-emitting diodes 2231 disposed on the circuit board 2230, the surface of the light source module 223 having the plurality of light-emitting diodes 2231 faces the light-transmitting portion 2214, and the circuit board 2230 is connected with a circuit of a driver or a controller of the fixed base, so that the light source emitted by the plurality of light-emitting diodes 2231 is transmitted from the light-transmitting portion 2214, and the bracket 22 can also emit the light source to achieve the auxiliary lighting effect. The opening 2213 and the light-transmitting portion 2214 can also be disposed on one of the two surfaces 221b of the bracket body 221, which will not be described herein. The driver or controller of the above-mentioned holder can be disposed on the circuit board 2230 instead, and will not be described again.
In summary, the present invention provides a lighting device and a lamp, wherein the lighting device uses a curved light guide element to generate a lighting source. The light incident portion of the curved light guide element used in the lighting device of the embodiment is narrower, so that most light sources can enter the curved light guide element, and the loss of light energy is effectively reduced. In addition, the reflection surface is arranged at the light entering position of the curved light guide element, the reflection surface can reflect the light source into the curved light guide element, the loss of light energy is avoided, and the luminous efficiency of the lighting device can be improved.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (19)

1. The lighting device is characterized by comprising a light source supply assembly and a curved light guide element, wherein the light source supply assembly comprises a fixed seat and a light source module, the fixed seat is provided with two opposite first accommodating areas, the light source module is arranged in at least one of the two first accommodating areas, two ends of the curved light guide element are inserted into the two first accommodating areas, the curved light guide element extends out of the fixed seat from two opposite ends of the fixed seat respectively, one end of the curved light guide element corresponding to the light source module is provided with a light source light guide lug, the light source light guide lug is provided with a light incident surface corresponding to the light source module, and the light source module provides a light source which enters from the light incident surface and propagates along the curved light guide element;
the curved light guide element comprises a curved light guide plate body, wherein the light guide plate body is provided with a first light guide surface and a second light guide surface which are opposite, the first light guide surface is the outer surface of the light guide plate body, the second light guide surface is the inner surface of the light guide plate body, and the areas, close to the two ends of the curved light guide element, of the second light guide surface are opposite;
the fixing seat comprises a first shell, two ends of the first shell are respectively provided with a first fixing opening and a second fixing opening opposite to the first fixing opening, one of the two curved light guide elements is inserted into the two first accommodating areas from the first fixing opening, and the other one is inserted into the two first accommodating areas from the second fixing opening.
2. The illumination device of claim 1, wherein the light source light guide bump has a reflecting surface inclined with respect to the light incident surface, the reflecting surface being located in a propagation direction of the light source.
3. The illumination device according to claim 2, wherein an end face of the light source light guide bump has an inclined surface with respect to the light incident surface, the inclined surface is provided with a light shielding layer, and the inclined surface provided with the light shielding layer is the reflecting surface.
4. The illumination device of claim 2, wherein the light entrance surface has an included angle with the reflecting surface, and the included angle is less than 90 degrees.
5. The illumination device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the light source light guide projection is provided at an end portion of the light guide plate body.
6. The illumination device of claim 5, wherein a spacing between the first light guiding surface and the second light guiding surface in the middle of the light guiding plate body is greater than a spacing between the first light guiding surface and the second light guiding surface at both ends of the light guiding plate body.
7. The illumination device of claim 6, wherein a space is provided between the light incident surface and the first light guide surface or the second light guide surface, and the space accommodates the light source module.
8. The illumination device of claim 5, wherein two positioning protrusions are respectively disposed at two ends of the light guide plate body, the two positioning protrusions protrude from two opposite sidewalls of the light guide plate body, and the light source supply assembly further comprises two positioning assemblies, wherein the two positioning assemblies are disposed on the fixing base and cover the four positioning protrusions of the curved light guide element.
9. The lighting device of claim 8, wherein said holder further comprises a second housing disposed within said first housing, wherein a space is provided between said first housing and said second housing, said space comprising two opposing first receiving areas and two opposing second receiving areas, said two second receiving areas being disposed between said two first receiving areas.
10. The illumination device of claim 6, wherein the first light guiding surface or/and the second light guiding surface of the light guiding plate body has a microstructure.
11. The illumination device of claim 10, wherein the microstructure comprises a plurality of textures, a plurality of bumps, and a plurality of grooves.
12. A luminaire comprising a lamp holder assembly, a plurality of brackets and a plurality of lighting devices as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, each of said brackets having a first connection end and a second connection end, said first connection end of each of said brackets being connected to said lamp holder assembly, said second connection end of each of said brackets being connected to said second connection end.
13. The lamp of claim 12, wherein the socket assembly comprises a fixing base, a connecting piece and a connecting seat, the connecting piece connects the fixing base and the connecting seat in the socket assembly, and the first connecting end of each bracket is connected with the connecting seat.
14. The lamp as recited in claim 13, wherein the connection base comprises a first base body, a second base body and a fixing column, the first base body is provided with a plurality of line grooves, the second base body is arranged on the first base body and is provided with a plurality of bracket fixing grooves corresponding to the line grooves, the fixing column penetrates through the first base body and the second base body and fixes the first base body and the second base body, the fixing column is provided with a wiring hole, the wiring hole is communicated with the line grooves, and the first connection end of each bracket is arranged on the corresponding bracket fixing groove and the corresponding line groove.
15. The lamp as claimed in claim 14, wherein the bracket comprises a bracket body and a connecting portion, the bracket body has a wiring space, the connecting portion is disposed at one end of the bracket body, one end of the bracket body provided with the connecting portion is the first connecting end, a bracket line hole communicated with the wiring space is formed on a surface provided with the connecting portion, the connecting portion has a connection line hole and is disposed in the corresponding bracket fixing groove and the corresponding line groove, and the line groove is communicated with the wiring space through the connection line hole.

The lamp as claimed in claim 15, wherein one end of the connection portion has a connection protrusion, the other end of the connection portion has an engagement protrusion, the engagement protrusion is disposed in the corresponding circuit groove, and the connection protrusion is fixed to the fixing protrusion of the corresponding bracket fixing groove.
17. The lamp as claimed in claim 16, wherein a space is provided between the engaging protrusion and a surface of the bracket body where the connection portion is provided, the space being a thickness of a sidewall of the circuit groove.
18. The lamp as claimed in claim 15, wherein two opposite fixing tabs are provided at the other end of the bracket body, one end of the bracket body provided with two fixing tabs is the second connection end, two opposite fixing slots and two opposite line perforations are provided on the surface of the fixing base in the light source supply assembly connected with the second connection end, and the two opposite fixing tabs are respectively provided in the corresponding fixing slots, and the line perforations are communicated with the wiring space and the slot of the bracket body.
19. The lamp as claimed in claim 15, wherein the surface of the bracket body has an opening and a light-transmitting portion disposed in the opening, and a light source module is further disposed in the routing space, and a plurality of light emitting diodes of the light source module correspond to the light-transmitting portion.
