As shown in fig. 3, a driving assembly 8 is disposed between the focusing lens assembly 51 and the prism disc assembly 52, the driving assembly 8 is used for driving the prism disc assembly 52 and the atomizing sheet assembly 53 to be selectively disposed in the light emitting direction of the light source 4, the atomizing sheet assembly 53 and the prism disc assembly 52 are sequentially disposed on the driving assembly 8, a through hole 81 for the light source 4 to pass through is disposed in the middle of the driving assembly 8, and the focusing lens assembly 51 is mounted below the through hole 81 and fixedly connected with the driving assembly 8.
As shown in fig. 3, the two sets of prism disc assemblies 52 and two sets of atomizing sheet assemblies 53 are included, and the two sets of prism disc assemblies 52 and the two sets of atomizing sheet assemblies 53 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the driving assembly 8.
As shown in fig. 4, the lamp body bracket further comprises a front machine head cover 9 and a rear machine head cover 9 which are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the lamp body bracket 1, and the lamp body bracket 1, a motor component 6 and an optical component 6 in the lamp body bracket 1 are respectively arranged in a cavity formed by splicing the front machine head cover 9 and the rear machine head cover 9; the front and rear machine head covers 9 are respectively and hermetically connected with the outer edges of the lamp body frame formed after the lamp body bracket 1, the bracket top plate 2 and the bracket bottom plate 3 are surrounded, so that an omnibearing waterproof structure is formed.
As shown in fig. 5, the lamp body support waterproof glue 14 is arranged between the connection positions of the support top plate 2 and the support bottom plate 3 with the lamp body support 1, and waterproof glue grooves for installing the lamp body support waterproof glue 14 are arranged on the support top plate 2 and the support bottom plate 3.
The lamp body bracket 1 comprises two long sides 131 and two short sides 132, the two long sides 131 are respectively connected with the front and rear machine head covers 9, and the two short sides 132 are respectively connected with the bracket top plate 2 and the bracket bottom plate 3; the length of the waterproof glue 14 of the lamp body bracket is longer than the length of the two short sides 132 of the lamp body bracket.
As shown in fig. 6, the connection position of the bracket top plate 2 and the lamp body bracket 1 is provided with a convex edge 111, the convex edge of the bracket top plate 2 is in a downward curved arc structure, and the lamp body bracket 1 is respectively clamped in the convex edge 111 of the bracket top plate 2.
As shown in fig. 7, the connection position of the bracket bottom plate 3 and the lamp body bracket 1 is provided with a convex edge 121, the convex edge of the bracket bottom plate 3 is in an arc-shaped structure bent upwards, and the lamp body bracket 1 is respectively clamped in the convex edge 121 of the bracket bottom plate 3.
As shown in fig. 8, the front and rear head covers 9 are in a groove-shaped structure, waterproof glue grooves which are respectively connected with the outer edges of the lamp body frames in a matching manner are arranged in the groove-shaped structure, integral waterproof glue 21 which is connected with the outer edges of the lamp body frames in a sealing manner is arranged in the waterproof glue grooves, and the shape of the integral waterproof glue 21 is matched with the outer edges of the lamp body frames.
The integrated waterproof glue 21 is provided with an anti-release point 211 for preventing the waterproof glue from falling off, the front and rear machine head covers 9 are provided with anti-release convex points 22 which are matched and fixed with the anti-release point 211, and the anti-release point 211 is buckled on the anti-release convex points 22.
As shown in fig. 1, the lamp body support 1 includes, from top to bottom, an integrally formed sloping plate portion a, an arc-shaped concave portion B and a straight plate portion C, where the sloping plate portion a is connected with the support top plate 2, the straight plate portion C is connected with the support bottom plate 3, the arc-shaped concave portion B is of an inward concave structure, and the arc-shaped concave portion B is of a gradually inward inclined structure to the sloping plate portion a.
The stability and the firmness of the structure of the lamp body support 1 are related to the stabilizing effect of the head structure of the whole stage lamp as the main mounting support of each optical element, and the lamp body support 1 is arranged to be an integrally formed inclined plate part A, an arc-shaped concave part B and a straight plate part C, so that the strength, the stability and the perpendicularity of the lamp body support 1 can be effectively improved, the stability of the lamp body support 1 is higher, the strength and the toughness are better, and each optical element can be stably mounted in a lamp body frame.
Referring to fig. 5, the angle formed by the radian α of the arc-shaped concave portion is 80-100 degrees.
As shown in fig. 1, the motor assembly 6 and the optical assembly 5 are respectively arranged at the middle-upper positions of the left and right lamp body brackets 1, and the concave position of the arc concave position part B is provided with a clamping strip 12 for being matched with an external lamp cover for sealing installation. Through setting up card strip 12, enable lamp body support 1 and external lamp lid to be connected closely the degree higher, waterproof performance is better, and firmness and stability after the connection are higher.
The inner wall of the lamp body bracket 1 is provided with a slot 13 for installing the motor component 6 and the optical component 5. The design of the slot 13 can effectively ensure that each optical element can be independently and stably installed on the lamp body bracket 1, is not mutually interfered, has higher firmness, ensures that each light source element is installed more hierarchically, has a more compact structure, and is convenient for subsequent independent maintenance.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the advantages of effectively ensuring the waterproof performance of the motor component 6, the independent operation of the optical component 5, no mutual interference, stability and firmness of the lamp body bracket 1, simple structure, more precise and simplified lamp body shape and convenient subsequent maintenance.

Claims (14)

1. The side stage lamp optical system is characterized by comprising a lamp body bracket which is arranged left and right, wherein a bracket top plate is arranged at the top of the lamp body bracket and is used for installing a lens assembly; the bottom of the lamp body bracket is provided with a bracket bottom plate for installing a heat dissipation device; the lamp body bracket, the bracket top plate and the bracket bottom plate jointly surround to form a lamp body frame, a light source and an optical component arranged along the main optical axis direction of the light source are arranged in the lamp body frame, and the optical component is arranged on the inner wall of the lamp body bracket;
the lamp holder structure comprises a lamp body bracket, a lamp holder structure and a motor assembly, wherein the lamp body bracket is arranged on the inner wall of the lamp body bracket;
the optical assembly comprises a focusing lens assembly, a prism disc assembly, an atomizing sheet assembly and a zoom lens assembly which are sequentially arranged in the light emitting direction of the light source, and the focusing lens assembly, the prism disc assembly, the atomizing sheet assembly and the zoom lens assembly are sequentially arranged on a lamp body bracket at the same side;
the motor assembly is arranged on the lamp body bracket at the other side and is used for driving the external arm waterproof shaft to rotate so that the whole stage lamp rotates, and a notch for installing the arm waterproof shaft is formed in the lamp body bracket;
the lamp body support comprises an inclined plate part A, an arc concave part B and a straight plate part C which are integrally formed from top to bottom, wherein the inclined plate part A is connected with a support top plate, the straight plate part C is connected with a support bottom plate, the arc concave part B is of an inwards concave structure, and the arc concave part B is of a gradually inwards inclined structure from the inclined plate part A;
the concave position of the arc concave position part B is provided with a clamping strip which is used for being matched with an external lamp cover for sealing installation.

A side stage lamp optical system according to claim 1, wherein a slide assembly is provided between the optical assembly and the mounting location of the lamp body support, the slide assembly being mounted in a mid-upper position of the lamp body support, the optical assembly being mounted on the slide assembly.
3. The side stage lamp optical system according to claim 2, wherein the sliding assembly comprises a belt, a sliding rail and a sliding block, the sliding block drives the sliding assembly to slide up and down on the sliding rail through the belt, and the zooming assembly is arranged on the sliding block of the sliding assembly and drives the sliding assembly to move up and down on the sliding rail through the sliding block, so that the light spot can be enlarged and reduced.
4. A side stage optical system according to claim 3, wherein the focusing lens assembly, the prism disk assembly and the atomizing plate assembly are integrally mounted and secured to the bottom of the slide assembly.
5. A side stage lighting system according to claim 3, comprising two sets of slides, the focusing lens assembly, the prism disk assembly and the atomising plate assembly being integrally mounted on the other slide and being driven by the other slide to move up and down on the slide rail.

A side stage lamp optical system according to claim 3, wherein the sliding assembly comprises a belt, a slide rail and two groups of slide blocks, the slide blocks are driven by the belt to slide up and down on the slide rail, and the zooming assembly and the atomizing assembly are integrally arranged on the same slide block of the sliding assembly and are driven by the slide blocks to move up and down on the slide rail; the focusing mirror assembly and the prism disc assembly are integrally arranged on the other sliding block of the sliding block assembly, and the other sliding block drives the focusing mirror assembly and the prism disc assembly to move up and down on the sliding rail.

The side stage lamp optical system according to claim 1, wherein a driving assembly is arranged between the focusing lens assembly and the prism disc assembly, the driving assembly is used for driving the prism disc assembly and the atomizing sheet assembly to be selectively arranged in the light emitting direction of the light source, the atomizing sheet assembly and the prism disc assembly are sequentially arranged on the driving assembly, a through hole for the light source to pass through is formed in the middle of the driving assembly, and the focusing lens assembly is arranged below the through hole and is fixedly connected with the driving assembly.
8. The side stage lighting optical system of claim 7, comprising two sets of prism disk assemblies and two sets of atomizing sheet assemblies symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the drive assembly.

The side stage lamp optical system according to claim 1, further comprising a front head cover and a rear head cover respectively disposed on the front side and the rear side of the lamp body support, wherein the motor assembly and the optical assembly in the lamp body support and the lamp body support are disposed in a cavity formed by splicing the front head cover and the rear head cover; the front machine head cover and the rear machine head cover are respectively and hermetically connected with the outer edge of the lamp body frame formed after the lamp body bracket, the bracket top plate and the bracket bottom plate are surrounded, so that an omnibearing waterproof structure is formed.

The side stage lamp optical system according to claim 9, wherein the top and bottom support plates are provided with a waterproof glue between the positions of connection with the lamp support, and the top and bottom support plates are provided with a waterproof glue groove for mounting the waterproof glue.

The side stage lighting system according to claim 9, wherein the lamp body support comprises two long sides and two short sides, the two long sides are respectively connected with the front and rear machine head covers, and the two short sides are respectively connected with the support top plate and the support bottom plate; the length of the waterproof glue of the lamp body support is longer than the length of the two short sides of the lamp body support.

The side stage lamp optical system according to claim 9, wherein the top and bottom support plates are provided with protruding edges at the connection positions with the lamp body support, the protruding edges of the top support plate are in downward curved arc structures, the protruding edges of the bottom support plate are in upward curved arc structures, and the lamp body support is respectively clamped in the protruding edges of the top support plate and the bottom support plate.

The side stage lamp optical system according to claim 9, wherein the front and rear camera covers are in a groove-shaped structure, waterproof glue grooves which are respectively connected with the outer edges of the lamp body frames in a matching manner are arranged in the groove-shaped structure, integrated waterproof glue which is connected with the outer edges of the lamp body frames in a sealing manner is arranged in the waterproof glue grooves, and the shape of the integrated waterproof glue is matched with the outer edges of the lamp body frames.

The side stage lamp optical system according to claim 13, wherein the integral waterproof glue is provided with an anti-release point for preventing the waterproof glue from falling off, the front and rear machine head covers are provided with anti-release bumps matched and fixed with the anti-release points, and the anti-release points are buckled on the anti-release bumps.
