Technical Field
The invention relates to a paraffin removal device for a shaft of an oilfield self-injection well, and belongs to the technical field of oil extraction.
Background
When crude oil flows up from the bottom of the well through the oil pipe, wax deposition phenomenon is generated on the inner wall of the oil well shaft. The wax deposition of the shaft has two processes, namely, the wax dissolution capability of crude oil to wax is reduced along with the gradual reduction of temperature and pressure, wax molecules are gradually separated out in a crystal form, and the separated wax molecule crystals are continuously gathered and deposited on the wall of the pipe, so that the inner diameter of the oil pipe is reduced, the production capability of the well is affected, and the oil well is stopped when serious, so that the normal production is affected. Therefore, in the production process of the wax-containing oil well, the necessary paraffin removal and prevention measures are an important precondition for ensuring the high and stable production of the oil well.
Currently, aiming at the problem of paraffin removal of a self-injection well shaft, common methods comprise a mechanical paraffin removal technology, a thermal paraffin removal technology, a chemical paraffin removal technology and a microbial paraffin removal technology. The mechanical paraffin removal technology can cause extra loss to equipment in the paraffin removal process, and even accidents such as top drilling, well clamping and the like are likely to happen; the thermal wax removal technology has higher energy consumption and cost; the selection of the paraffin removal agent in the chemical paraffin removal technology has difficulty and high paraffin removal cost; the microbial paraffin removal technology has slow effect.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the operation of a paraffin removal apparatus for a self-injection well bore in an oilfield.
The invention provides a paraffin removal device for a shaft of an oilfield self-injection well. The device consists of a ball serving system, a paraffin removal system and a ball receiving system. The service system comprises a service room quick-opening blind plate, a service room, a service control valve, a lubricator, a Christmas tree paraffin removal valve and a main valve of the Christmas tree, wherein one end of the service room 2 is provided with the quick-opening blind plate 1, the other end of the service room is connected with the service control valve 3, the service control valve 3 is connected with the lubricator 5 through the lubricator flange 4, the purpose of the service system is to control the throwing quantity of paraffin removal balls 9, reduce the paraffin removal operation risk and throw a certain quantity of paraffin removal balls 9 into a shaft by means of gravity.
The paraffin removal ball 9 consists of a surface layer and an internal entity; the surface layer of the paraffin removal ball 9 is provided with a layer of soluble metal composite material, so that the paraffin removal ball 9 can sink by gravity, the internal entity of the paraffin removal ball 9 is a nonmetallic material with density less than that of crude oil and is insoluble in the crude oil and water, the aim is to enable the surface layer of the paraffin removal ball 9 to float upwards after being dissolved, paraffin removal operation is carried out, the surface of the internal entity of the paraffin removal ball 9 is irregular, and the aim is to scrape down the paraffin blocks 10 on the inner wall of the shaft 8.
The paraffin removal system consists of a shaft 8 and a paraffin removal ball 9, wherein the paraffin removal ball 9 moves irregularly in the shaft 8, and the paraffin removal ball 9 is used for continuously impacting the inner wall of the shaft, and the irregular surface of the paraffin removal ball 9 scrapes off paraffin blocks in the shaft 8.
The ball collecting system comprises a cut-off valve 12, a production pipe 13, a front control valve 14, a rear control valve 15, a ball collecting chamber 16, a filter screen 17, a ball collecting chamber quick-opening blind plate 18 and a cleaning valve 19, wherein the filter screen 17 is used for enabling oil to flow through, isolating paraffin balls, the quick-opening blind plate 18 is used for opening the ball collecting chamber 16, recovering paraffin balls, and the cleaning valve 19 is used for recovering residual crude oil.
The process of the invention for paraffin removal of the shaft is as follows:
confirming that the service control valve 3 is in a closed state, opening the quick-opening blind plate 1 of the service chamber, putting a certain number of paraffin removal balls 9 into the service chamber 2, wherein the number of the paraffin removal balls is proper to prevent an oil well from being blocked and the paraffin removal effect is optimal, closing the quick-opening blind plate 1 of the service chamber, opening the service control valve 3, opening the Christmas tree paraffin removal valve 6, and closing the Christmas tree paraffin removal valve 6 and the service control valve 3 after the paraffin removal balls 9 pass through the Christmas tree paraffin removal valve 6; because the main valve 7 of the Christmas tree is in a normally open state, the paraffin removal ball 9 begins to sink by gravity, in the sinking process, the paraffin block 10 on the inner wall part of the shaft is scraped, the paraffin removal ball 9 is sunk to the bottom of the shaft 8, in the turbulent state of crude oil, the paraffin removal ball 9 does irregular motion, and the paraffin removal ball 9 continuously impacts the inner wall of the shaft to scrape the paraffin block 10 on the inner wall of the shaft 8. After a period of time, the soluble metal composite material on the surface layer of the paraffin removal ball 9 begins to dissolve, after the soluble metal composite material is dissolved to a certain extent, as the density of the internal entity of the paraffin removal ball 9 is lower than that of crude oil in the shaft 8, the paraffin removal ball 9 begins to float upwards, and in the process of floating upwards and rotating, the irregular surface of the paraffin removal ball 9 continuously impacts the inner wall of the shaft and scrapes down the paraffin block 10, so that paraffin removal operation can be performed on the whole shaft 8.
