the method comprises the following steps that firstly, parts needing repairing are placed on the surface of a first filter screen (32), a second fixing rod (42) is held tightly, the second fixing rod (42) pushes a sliding rod (53) to slide on the side walls of two supporting plates (52), the sliding rod (53) pushes a fixing block (103) to slide in a clamping groove (106), the fixing block (103) pushes a roller (105), a limiting block (104) and a connecting block (102) to slide on the side wall of the clamping groove (106), and meanwhile the connecting block (102) drives a steel ball (101) to slide in the clamping groove (106), so that friction force of the fixing block (103) during internal movement of the clamping groove (106) is reduced, and meanwhile, the fixing block (103) is fixed in the clamping groove (106); when the second fixing rod (42) is flush with the part, the second fixing rod (42) is pushed to slide in the sliding rod (53), so that the second fixing rod (42) drives the spray head (81) to move, and the spray head (81) is positioned right above the part;
secondly, pulling the first fixing rod (41) downwards to enable the first fixing rod (41) to slide downwards in the second fixing rod (42), the first fixing rod (41) drives the fixing sleeve (43) to slide in the second fixing rod (42), a spring (44) in the second fixing rod (42) is pulled out, the fixing sleeve (43) drives the ball (93) to slide downwards in the second sliding chute (92), when the first fixing rod (41) drives the spray head (81) to be in contact with the part, the cloth pad (84) at the bottom end of the spray head (8) is made to be tightly attached to the part needing to be repaired, the first fixing rod (41) is rotated to enable the first fixing rod (41) to drive the fixing sleeve (43) to rotate in the second fixing rod (42), the fixing sleeve (43) drives the ball (93) to enter the first sliding chute (91), the first fixing rod (41) is loosened, and the spring (44) is contracted, the first fixing rod (41) is lifted, meanwhile, the ball (93) is driven to cling to the inside of the first sliding groove (91), the ball (93) is clamped in the inside of the first sliding groove (91), so that the first fixing rod (41) is fixed in the second fixing rod (42), the first fixing rod (41) is prevented from shrinking, and the sprayer (81) is fixed on the surface of a part;
thirdly, connecting the first filter screen (32) with the negative pole of a power supply, and connecting the anode (82) with the positive pole of the power supply; the water pump (61) is turned on, the water pump (61) pumps the plating solution in the box body (21) into the first fixing rod (41) through the water pipe (62), the plating solution flows to the inside of the spray head (81) again from the inside of the first fixing rod (41), the plating solution moves into the funnel-shaped water inlet (86) at one end of the anode (82), the plating solution moves in the water inlet (86), the plating solution pushes the roller (85) to rotate in the water inlet (86), meanwhile, the plating solution is contacted with the arc-shaped bump (83), the movement speed of the plating solution is reduced, the plating solution slowly enters the inside of the cloth pad (84), the plating solution uniformly flows to the surface of the part from the inside of the cloth pad (84), the surface of the part is fully covered with the plating solution at the moment, the part is contacted with the anode (82) through the plating solution, the part is powered on, and metal ions in the plating solution are discharged and crystallized on the surface of the part to form a metal covering layer;
fourthly, plating solution penetrates through the surface of the first filter screen (32) and enters the interior of the water inlet funnel (23), the plating solution is contacted with a baffle (22) in the water inlet funnel (23), the plating solution moves in a zigzag mode in the water inlet funnel (23), the plating solution slowly enters the interior of the box body (21), the water pump (61) moves to pump the plating solution in the box body (21) into the interior of the first fixing rod (41) again, and the plating solution is recycled;
fifthly, when the part finishes the electroplating mechanism, the water pump (61) is closed, the first fixing rod (41) is rotated, the ball (93) slides into the second chute (92), the spring (44) is contracted, the first fixing rod (41) is lifted to enter the second fixing rod (42), the spray head (81) is separated from the part, the part which finishes electroplating is placed on the surface of the second filter screen (33), and redundant plating solution on the surface of the part passes through the second filter screen (33) and enters the box body (21), so that the part is dried on the surface of the second filter screen (33);
the electroplating repair device adopted in the method comprises a drain pipe (1), a storage mechanism (2), an electroplating mechanism (3), a fixing mechanism (4), a supporting mechanism (5), a circulating mechanism (6), a supporting frame (7), a connecting mechanism (8), a limiting mechanism (9) and a sliding mechanism (10); the middle part of the top surface of the support frame (7) is provided with the electroplating mechanism (3) for repairing parts, the bottom end of the electroplating mechanism (3) is communicated with the storage mechanism (2) for storing plating solution, and the bottom end of the storage mechanism (2) is provided with the drain pipe (1) for discharging the plating solution; the supporting mechanism (5) is installed at the edge of the top surface of the supporting frame (7), and the fixing mechanism (4) is connected to the inside of the supporting mechanism (5) in a sliding mode; the sliding mechanism (10) is installed at the joint of the fixing mechanism (4) and the supporting mechanism (5), and the limiting mechanism (9) is installed inside the fixing mechanism (4); the bottom end of the fixing mechanism (4) is provided with the connecting mechanism (8) for discharging plating solution, the storage mechanism (2) is internally provided with the circulating mechanism (6), and one end of the circulating mechanism (6) is communicated with the connecting mechanism (8);
