Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of one or more embodiments. It may be evident, however, that such embodiment(s) may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate describing one or more embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a warning device for a work vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the warning device includes a navigation device 100, a control device 102 and a spraying device 104. The navigation device 100 is a communication device having a GPS positioning system, and is used to obtain information such as the current position of the work vehicle, a route traveled, and buildings around the route. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the navigation device 100 is configured to obtain road information ahead of the work vehicle and send the road information to the control device 102, and when the road information obtained by the control device 102 is corner information, that is, the work vehicle is currently at a predetermined distance before a corner, the control spray device 104 starts spraying a liquid having a warning effect on a lane on which the work vehicle is traveling to warn a following vehicle behind the work vehicle, wherein the liquid may disappear from the lane at a predetermined time after the work vehicle has traveled.
The spraying device 104 includes a pressure system 106, a reservoir 107, and a spraying system 108 for spraying a liquid having a warning effect stored in the reservoir 107 on a lane through which the work vehicle travels according to an instruction of the control device 102 during a traveling operation of the work vehicle. The liquid in the reservoir 107 is sprayed onto the roadway by the spraying system 108 under the influence of the pressure system 106. Since the specific structure and function of the sprinkler 104 is known to those skilled in the art, it is not described in detail herein.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the liquid having a warning function may be a spray material, such as a white fading spray (vanising spray) containing butane, isobutane, propane, a foaming agent, water, and other chemicals. After these materials leave the spray system 108, the gas is depressurized and dispersed to form small droplets on the ground that are surrounded by water. When the butane is mixed, all material evaporates, leaving only water and surfactant residue. The substance can be attached to the ground as a white mark and displayed for about one minute. These white marks are maintained at a distance of 300-500 meters behind the work vehicle at a travel speed of 20-30km/h for the particular work vehicle and fade away as the work vehicle travels forward. The device plays a role in guiding and warning the rear vehicle which normally runs. The technical personnel in the field can specifically design the spraying distance and the spraying amount of the warning liquid according to the running speed of the ordinary vehicle on the road where the working vehicle runs, so that a driver of the ordinary vehicle can know the information of the working vehicle in front and take action to bypass the lane of the working vehicle in time.
FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a post-travel route of a work vehicle, according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the spraying of the warning liquid is started 500 meters before the work vehicle passes the corner. The curve has an obstacle 120, such as a building, that does not know that a work vehicle having a low traveling speed in front passes through the curve. Therefore, the warning liquid sprayed on the road can inform the driver of the ordinary vehicle to take speed reduction and lane change measures in time.
FIG. 3 illustrates a schematic diagram of a particular post-travel route for a work vehicle, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 illustrates a schematic diagram of another particular post-travel route for a work vehicle, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. To more specifically warn the driver of the ordinary vehicle of the position of the lane in which the work vehicle is located, the white warning line in fig. 3 extends from the lower left to the upper right, indicating that the work vehicle is working on the left side of the road, while the white warning line in fig. 4 extends from the upper left to the lower right, indicating that the work vehicle is working on the right side of the road. The width of the warning line at the slope is 45 cm, the width along the lane direction is 20 cm, and an angle of 45 degrees is formed with the road direction. The distance between the two warning lines in the direction of the road is 100 cm.
FIG. 5 shows a flow diagram of a method for a work vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention. The method 500 may include: the method includes the steps of obtaining turn information 502 in front of the work vehicle in the navigation information, and determining whether the turn is a turn with occlusion where the vehicle in front is not easily observed 504. When it is determined that there is a blockage in the corner, liquid having a warning function is sprayed on a lane through which the work vehicle travels to warn a following vehicle behind the work vehicle 506 during the traveling work of the work vehicle, wherein the liquid may disappear from the lane at a predetermined time after the work vehicle travels.
In one aspect, the spraying step 506 in method 500 includes starting spraying the liquid a predetermined distance before the work vehicle enters the curve and determining the amount of the liquid sprayed based on the travel speed of the work vehicle.
Other variants
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that although the present invention has been specifically described with respect to the work traveling process of the work vehicle in the above embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that the present invention is not limited thereto. During the traveling of the ordinary vehicle, it is also necessary to warn the following vehicle if its traveling speed is slower than those of the other vehicles.
In addition, in the above-described embodiments, it is described that it is necessary to warn following vehicles by spraying liquid on a lane when there is an obstacle at a corner of the work vehicle, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited thereto. During straight-ahead operation of the work vehicle, liquid may also be sprayed on the road surface to alert the following vehicle.
In addition, in the above-described embodiments, the use of navigation information to know a corner on a travel route and an obstacle or a building at the corner is described, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited thereto.
