Abstract
The invention provides a movable fresh air conditioner which comprises a frame, an air compressor, an air filter, an evaporation tank, a humidifying tank, a cold suspicious device and a refrigerating compressor, wherein the bottom of the frame is provided with rollers; the air inlet end of the air compressor is connected with the air filter, and the air outlet end of the air compressor is communicated with the bottom of the evaporation tank through an air inlet pipe; an evaporation coil is arranged in the evaporation tank, and two ends of the evaporation coil are respectively connected with the refrigeration compressor and the condenser; the condenser is also connected with a refrigeration compressor; the upper part of the evaporating pot is covered with an upper cover plate; the humidifying tank is reversely buckled on the upper cover plate; the upper part of the evaporation tank is provided with a steel pipe which is communicated with the evaporation tank and is vertically arranged, wherein the upper end of the steel pipe extends into the humidifying tank; an air outlet pipe is arranged in the steel pipe in a penetrating way, wherein the upper end of the air outlet pipe extends into the humidifying tank, and the lower end of the air outlet pipe extends out of the evaporating tank. For convenience in draining the water in the evaporation tank, a drain valve connector 402 is provided at the bottom of the evaporation tank for installing a drain valve.
In order to make the bubbles emitted by the air outlet holes 1102 uniform, the number of the air outlet holes is set to 6, and 6 air outlet holes are arranged on the wall of the steel pipe in a circumferential array.
Firstly, the humidifying tank 5 is reversely buckled on the evaporating tank 4, so that water in the humidifying tank 5 can completely flow into the evaporating tank 4 through the water return holes 1101 on the steel pipe 11, and the evaporating tank 4 is filled with water; during operation, outside air enters the air compressor 2 after being filtered by the air filter 3, and is led into the evaporation tank 4 through the air inlet pipe 9, and the evaporation coil 8 cools water in the evaporation tank 4, so that air flowing into the evaporation tank 4 is cooled, and meanwhile, air pressed into the evaporation tank 4 generates larger air pressure, so that part of the water in the evaporation tank 4 is pressed into the humidification tank 5 (when in actual use, the water in the pressed humidification tank 5 is approximately 1/3 of the water in the humidification tank 5) to serve as humidification. The air entering the evaporation tank 5 flows upwards along the inside of the steel pipe 11 (the air mainly flows in the form of bubbles), the air entering the steel pipe 11 flows into the humidification tank 5 directly through the air outlet 1102 on the outer wall of the steel pipe 11, so that the air flowing into the humidification tank 5 is humidified again by the water in the humidification tank 5, the humidified air directly escapes to the top of the humidification tank 5, finally flows into the air outlet pipe 12 from the upper end of the air outlet pipe 12 in the humidification tank 5, and the air entering the air outlet pipe flows out from the other end of the air outlet pipe directly along the air outlet pipe for breathing by people, and therefore the air flowing out through the air outlet pipe 12 can be ensured to be moist and cool air, and people breathe more comfortably. The upper wall of the sealing plug is provided with a plurality of elastic bulges, wherein the upper ends of the elastic bulges are abutted against the upper inner wall of the humidifying tank.
Example 2: in some severe working environments, if the air treated in the embodiment 1 is directly discharged into the severe working environment and does not play a role, the embodiment 2 further improves the embodiment 1 on the basis of the embodiment 1, specifically:
In practical application, it is found that a worker sometimes can inhale a breath accidentally, and fresh air led out from the air outlet pipe flows out evenly and slowly, so that the air flow cannot keep up when the worker inhales the air accidentally, and therefore, an air bag 1510 communicated with the air inlet 1501 of the breathing mask 15 is further arranged on the air inlet 1501 of the breathing mask 15, so that a part of fresh air flowing out from the air outlet pipe can be stored in the air bag 1510 for air supply when the worker inhales accidentally.
Further, in order to adapt to some brushing workers wearing glasses, a cover plate 1503 is fixedly connected to the outer end part of the air outlet 1502 of the breathing mask 15, wherein two air spouting holes 1504 are symmetrically formed in the cover plate 1503; the outer end of the cover plate 1503 is rotatably connected with a rotary cover 1505, wherein the upper cover surface of the rotary cover 1505 is provided with two vent holes 1506 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the air spouting holes 1504; the upper part of the air outlet 1502 of the breathing mask 15 is provided with a T-shaped pipe 1507 communicated with the air outlet 1502 of the breathing mask 15. A circle of annular sliding grooves 1508 are formed on the circumferential side surface of the specific cover plate 1503; the inner side wall of the screw cap 1505 is provided with a ring-shaped bulge 1509 which is slidingly connected in the chute.
