Abstract
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multifunctional edentulous jaw-free labial impression tray, which comprises the following steps: three-dimensionally scanning complete denture prosthesis tissue surfaces of three types of standard edentulous jaw ridge in large, medium and small sizes to obtain three-dimensional data of upper and lower jaw denture tissue surfaces for later use; respectively shortening the edge of each set of false tooth tissue surface scanning data by 1-2 mm; negatively biasing the false tooth scanning data tissue surface by 2 mm; designing a spherical structure with the height of 2mm on the biased tissue surface; a fixing groove of a detachable handle and a handle matched with the fixing groove are designed in the upper jaw palate wrinkle area; and opening a die based on the designed three-dimensional data of the upper and lower jaw tray, and pressing and manufacturing the main body part of the upper and lower jaw tray. The invention replaces the traditional tray and the jaw support with the multifunctional tray which is designed and manufactured in a digital way, can synchronously complete the preparation of the edentulous jaw initial impression and the recording of the initial jaw position relation, can greatly simplify the operation steps of oral clinic, reduces the operation difficulty and improves the diagnosis and treatment efficiency and quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dental restoration impression tray, in particular to a method for manufacturing a multifunctional edentulous jaw-free labial wing-free impression tray.
Background
At present, the conventional finished product trays commonly used in clinic at home and abroad are used for preparing a toothless jaw initial impression and a jaw position relation record, and the main advantages and disadvantages are as follows:
1. preparing a primary impression on a finished tray: is convenient and can be completed by the clinician through manual operation. However, the operation is complicated and jaw position relation cannot be synchronously recorded.
2. Making a jaw support: based on the finished tray, the initial impression and the final impression must be combined to be used for manufacturing the plaster model, and the plaster model is a key product for manufacturing the jaw support (used for recording jaw position relation).
3. The jaw support records jaw position relation: the technology is mature. But the operation is complicated, the accuracy is poor and the recording deviation is easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the method for manufacturing the multifunctional edentulous labial-wing-free impression tray, the traditional tray and the jaw tray are replaced by the digitally designed and manufactured multifunctional tray, the preparation of the edentulous jaw initial impression and the recording of the initial jaw position relation can be synchronously completed, the clinical operation steps of the oral cavity can be greatly simplified, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the diagnosis and treatment efficiency and quality are improved.

5) deleting the lip rim in the facial data of the maxillary denture, and designing a rectangular hole with the length of 2-3cm in the molar area;
6) a fixing groove of a detachable handle and a handle matched with the fixing groove are designed in the upper jaw palate wrinkle area; the upper jaw tray is provided with a detachable handle, and the lower jaw tray is provided with a non-detachable handle;
7) based on the three-dimensional data of the upper and lower jaw tray that the design is accomplished open the mould, press the main part of upper and lower jaw tray with the soft food-grade aluminum product that thickness is 2mm in batches.
The handle is inserted into the retaining groove through the T-shaped structure to form a detachable handle; the retention groove is located at the edge of the maxilla tray.
The invention has the advantages that:
the invention replaces the traditional tray and the jaw support with the multifunctional tray which is designed and manufactured in a digital way, can synchronously complete the preparation of the edentulous jaw initial impression and the recording of the initial jaw position relation, can greatly simplify the operation steps of oral clinic, reduces the operation difficulty and improves the diagnosis and treatment efficiency and quality.

Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multifunctional edentulous jaw-free impression tray, which comprises the following steps:
1) respectively three-dimensionally scanning complete denture prosthesis tissue surfaces of large, medium and small edentulous jaw ridges to obtain three-dimensional data of 3 sets of upper and lower jaw denture tissue surfaces for later use;
2) the scanned three-dimensional data is loaded into reverse engineering software, and the edge of the scanned data of each set of the denture tissue surface is shortened by 1-2 mm;
3) negatively biasing the false tooth scanning data tissue surface by 2 mm;
4) designing a spherical structure with the height of 2mm on the biased tissue surface;
5) deleting the lip rim in the facial data of the maxillary denture, and designing a rectangular hole with the length of 2-3cm in the molar area;
6) a fixing groove of a detachable handle and a handle matched with the fixing groove are designed in the upper jaw palate wrinkle area; the upper jaw tray is provided with a detachable handle, and the lower jaw tray is provided with a non-detachable handle;
7) based on the three-dimensional data of the upper and lower jaw tray that the design is accomplished open the mould, press the main part of upper and lower jaw tray with the soft food-grade aluminum product that thickness is 2mm in batches.
The fixing groove comprises two longitudinal protrusions, the tops of the two longitudinal protrusions are provided with corresponding transverse plates, the lower end part of the handle is provided with a T-shaped structure, and the handle is inserted into the fixing groove through the T-shaped structure to form a detachable handle; the retention groove is located at the edge of the maxilla tray.
The upper jaw tray is characterized in that:
the large size is about 75mm wide, about 55mm long, about 10mm high (excluding the retention groove), and the retention groove is about 4mm high;
the middle size is about 68mm wide, about 50mm long and about 7mm high;
the small size is about 60mm wide, about 55mm long and about 5mm high;
the lower jaw tray is characterized in that:
the total width of the large size is about 75mm, the length is about 50mm, the width is about 20mm, and the height is about 10 mm;
the total width of the medium size is about 70mm, the length is about 50mm and about 7 mm;
the total width of the small size is about 65mm, and the length is about 45mm and 5 mm;

1) respectively three-dimensionally scanning complete denture prosthesis tissue surfaces of large, medium and small edentulous jaw ridges to obtain three-dimensional data of 3 sets of upper and lower jaw denture tissue surfaces for later use;
2) the scanned three-dimensional data is loaded into reverse engineering software, and the edge of the scanned data of each set of the denture tissue surface is shortened by 1-2 mm;
3) negatively biasing the false tooth scanning data tissue surface by 2 mm;
4) designing a spherical structure with the height of 2mm on the biased tissue surface;
5) deleting the lip rim in the facial data of the maxillary denture, and designing a rectangular hole with the length of 2-3cm in the molar area;
6) a fixing groove of a detachable handle and a handle matched with the fixing groove are designed in the upper jaw palate wrinkle area; the upper jaw tray is provided with a detachable handle, and the lower jaw tray is provided with a non-detachable handle;
7) opening a die based on the designed three-dimensional data of the upper and lower jaw trays, and manufacturing the main body parts of the upper and lower jaw trays in batch by using soft food-grade aluminum materials with the thickness of 2 mm;
