Abstract
The present invention provides the fishing spinning wheel type fishing reels that a kind of operation of rocker arm has excellent flatness, in the swing mechanism of the inside setting of the fishing vessel main body of the reciprocating motion for the rotary motion of the rocker arm of fishing spinning wheel type fishing reel to be converted to line cup, wobble gear is made of the reciprocating motion for being converted to line cup of rocker arm, one group of multiple gears for conducting to wobble gear the helical gear of resin.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a structure of a spinning wheel type fishing vessel for fishing having excellent smoothness by a swing arm operation.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, a schematic internal structure of a spinning reel for fishing is composed of a plurality of movable members such as a reel body 11 attached to a fishing rod, a swing arm 12 rotatably attached to the reel body 11, a rotor 13 rotatably attached to a front portion of the reel body and guiding a fishing line, a spool 14 disposed in a front portion of the rotor and capable of moving forward and backward for winding the fishing line, and a stopper 15 for controlling the movement of the fishing line.
In the conventional spinning reel for fishing, as described in patent documents 1 and 2, it has been particularly considered as a problem how to wind a fishing line around a reciprocating cup 14 in a uniform thickness. In order to solve this problem, in the slide mechanism (swing mechanism) 16 for converting the rotation of the swing arm into the reciprocating motion of the reel, various proposals have been made on the shape of a groove 21 provided in a slide mover (swing slider) 18 to be engaged with a projection 20 of a swing gear 19, thereby improving the uniformity of the fishing line winding.
However, the conventional spinning reel for fishing has a problem that the smoothness of the operation is not sufficient. In order for the user to feel smooth operation of the fishing reel, it is required that the movable members such as the rotor, the reel, and the gear of the swing arm smoothly rotate and reciprocate without backlash. In particular, the string cup has a heavy weight and needs to reciprocate, so that the user may feel the motion discontinuity when the motion direction of the string cup is reversed. In addition, since a great tension is generated when the fishing line is wound, the forward and backward movement is asymmetrical, and backlash occurs, so that the user feels the discontinuity of the movement or the abnormal sound.

Preferably, the fishing reel of the present invention further includes a resin idler gear for transmitting rotation of the second gear to the oscillating gear, between the second gear and the oscillating gear.
Preferably, the rotation shafts of the second gear and the idler gear are fixed to the fishing reel body by screws so that the axial center position of the rotation shafts can be adjusted in the radial direction of the shafts with respect to the fishing reel body.
Preferably, the bobbin shaft is combined with one end of the bobbin to conduct reciprocating motion; the conversion mechanism is coupled to the other end of the bobbin and includes a plate-shaped swing slider having an S-shaped hollow groove, and a peg protruding from a side surface of the swing gear, wherein the peg is fitted into the groove and converts a rotational motion of the swing gear into a reciprocating motion of the bobbin shaft by moving along the groove.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view schematically showing the arrangement of components of a swing mechanism 200 of a spinning wheel type fishing vessel for fishing according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the swing mechanism 200 converts a swing arm rotating motion into a reciprocating motion of a thread glass. In addition, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the mechanism as viewed from the side. The swing mechanism of the present invention is explained with reference to these drawings. A rocker arm driving shaft (not shown) directly connected to a rocker arm (not shown) is fixed at a driving shaft shank 201, and a first gear 202 fixed at the shank 201 is rotated by rotating the rocker arm. A second gear 212 and an idler gear 213 are coupled to the other rotating shaft 211, teeth of the second gear 212 are engaged with teeth of the first gear 202, and the second gear 212 rotates in a direction opposite to the first gear with the rotation of the first gear around the rotating shaft 211. As shown in fig. 3, the rotary shaft 211 is fixed to the fishing reel body 230 by screws 226 so as to have an adjustment range in the radial direction of the shaft, and the position of the axial center of the rotary shaft 211 can be adjusted when the screws 226 are tightened. And the idler gear 213 having a smaller radius than the second gear 212 is also rotated in the opposite direction in association with the second gear 212. The teeth of idler gear 213 engage with the teeth of large-radius swing gear 221, and the rotation of idler gear 213 decelerates the rotation of swing gear 221. In addition, in the embodiment of fig. 2 and 3, the second gear 212 and the idler gear 213 rotate integrally, but they may rotate integrally or may be engaged by being stopped, respectively.
The swing gear 221 is provided with a projection, i.e., a peg 222, fixed thereto. The peg 222 is fitted in an S-shaped groove 223 provided in the swing slider 224. In addition, a main drive shaft 225 is fixed to the swing slider 224. The pile 222 moves along the inside of the S-shaped groove 223 with the rotation of the swing gear 221, and the main drive shaft 225 reciprocates (slides). By forming the groove 223 in an S-shape, the fishing vessel is configured to maintain a constant speed as much as possible of the main drive shaft 225 except when the main drive shaft is rotated reversely, and by the above configuration, the rotational motion of the swing arm is converted into the reciprocating motion of the main drive shaft 225.
Conventionally, as is also known from patent documents 1 and 2, a flat gear is generally used for the first gear and the second gear, and a helical gear is used in the present invention. The 'meshing coefficient' between the helical gears is higher than that between the flat gears, and the teeth of the helical gears are in uniform contact and stable in rotation. Therefore, more smooth rotation conduction can be achieved. Further, by adjusting the radial position of the shaft when the rotary shaft 211 is fixed, the meshing position of the first gear 202 and the second gear 212, and the meshing position of the idler gear 213 and the swing gear 221 can be maintained at the optimum position without backlash.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first gear 211, the second gear 212, and the idler gear 213 are made of resin. The impact between the first gear and the second gear and the impact when the idle gear contacts with the teeth of the oscillating gear are relaxed by the flexibility of the resin, and the contact area of the teeth can be increased when the idle gear contacts with the teeth of the oscillating gear. This enables smoother rotational conduction. As the resin material, a hard material such as POM (polyoxymethylene), PA (polyamide), PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), PEEK (polyether ether ketone) or the like can be used. In the present embodiment, the oscillating gear 221 is made of a metal such as zinc alloy or aluminum, but the above-described resin material may be used.
In the above embodiment, the rotation of the rocker arm is transmitted to the swing gear 221 through the first gear 211, the second gear 212, and the idler gear 213, but the configuration in which the rotation of the rocker arm transmission shaft is finally transmitted to the swing gear 221 is not limited to the above embodiment, and another gear combination may be adopted (for example, patent document 3). In this case, it is preferable to use resin helical gears in combination with as many gears as possible.
