Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, in particular to a detection device for displaying air leakage of an electrical cabinet.
Background
Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) has good electrical insulation and excellent arc extinguishing properties. The electric strength of the material is 2.5 times of that of nitrogen under the same pressure, the breakdown voltage is 2.5 times of that of air, and the arc extinguishing capability is 100 times of that of air, so that the material is a new generation of ultrahigh-voltage insulating dielectric material superior to that between air and oil. The electrical industry utilizes its very high dielectric strength and good arc extinguishing properties and is widely used as an insulating material for high-voltage switches, large-capacity transformers, high-voltage cables and gases.
In the prior art, for the leakage detection of SF6 gas in an electric appliance cabinet, a special instrument is generally installed on the electric appliance cabinet and is judged by an air pressure display value on the instrument, the special instrument is high in use cost, the reading distinction is fine, and the special instrument can be read only by close-range observation. In practical application, only the fact that whether air leaks or not needs to be known, and the internal air pressure is not strictly required. Moreover, the instrument is arranged on the shell of the electric appliance cabinet, holes need to be punched on the shell, and a sealing ring needs to be arranged, so that the leakage hidden danger of the electric appliance cabinet is increased. Therefore, how to develop a gas leakage detection device with simple reading and economic applicability becomes a difficult problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the background art and overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention discloses a detection device for displaying the air leakage of an electric appliance cabinet.
Detection device that shows electrical apparatus cabinet gas leakage, including setting up pointer and the display panel in electrical apparatus cabinet casing outside, display panel divide into normal display area and gas leakage display area, display panel passes through the electrical apparatus cabinet casing and is connected with magnet magnetism, the magnet is fixed with the piston rod, piston rod and gas tank sliding fit, the gas of volume is set for in the gas tank filling, magnet, piston rod, gas tank all are located inside the electrical apparatus cabinet.
Preferably, the pointer is riveted or bonded with the electric appliance cabinet shell or connected with the electric appliance cabinet shell through a screw;
preferably, the display panel is circular, polygonal or fan-shaped;
preferably, the magnet is bonded with the piston rod;
preferably, the air box is fixed on the side wall or the bottom end of the shell of the electric appliance cabinet;
preferably, the air box is connected with the electric appliance cabinet shell through screws.
The beneficial effects obtained by the invention are as follows:
(1) the piston rod moves due to the balance change of the air pressure in the air box and the air pressure of the electric appliance cabinet, and the display panel is driven to move by the piston rod, so that the indicating position of the pointer changes, and the device has a simple structure and low production cost;
(2) the position of the display panel is driven by the magnets, so that the shell of the electric appliance cabinet is not damaged, and the sealing performance of the shell of the electric appliance cabinet is enhanced.

in the figure, 1-pointer, 2-display panel, 3-electric cabinet shell, 4-magnet, 5-piston and 6-air box.
Detailed Description
It should be noted that the following detailed description is exemplary and is intended to provide further explanation of the disclosure. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
It is noted that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of example embodiments according to the present application. As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, and it should be understood that when the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" are used in this specification, they specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or combinations thereof, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in the detection apparatus for displaying air leakage of an electrical cabinet, a pointer 1 and a display panel 2 are arranged outside a housing 3 of the electrical cabinet, the pointer 1 is riveted or bonded or connected with the housing 3 of the electrical cabinet by a screw, the upper part of the display panel 2 is a normal display area, the lower part of the display panel 2 is an air leakage display area, which is distinguished by different colors respectively, as a preferred color, the normal display area is green, and the air leakage display area is red. Display panel 2 passes through electrical cabinet casing 3 and is connected with magnet 4 magnetism, and magnet 4 is fixed in the upper end of piston rod 5, preferred bonding mode, and piston rod 5 and gas tank 6 sliding fit fill the gaseous of settlement volume in the gas tank 6, and magnet 4, piston rod 5, gas tank 6 all are located inside the electrical cabinet.
The device specifically works as follows: fill a certain amount of gas in the gas tank 6, make atmospheric pressure and the inside atmospheric pressure of electrical apparatus cabinet in the gas tank 6 equal, piston rod 5 is located the assigned position in the gas tank 6, the outside green part that passes through display panel 2 that 4 magnetism of magnet are connected is located pointer 1 instruction within range, leak gas in the electrical apparatus cabinet, 6 inside atmospheric pressure of gas tank is greater than the atmospheric pressure in the electrical apparatus cabinet, piston rod 5 is to 6 outside movements of gas tank under 6 inside atmospheric pressure effects of gas tank, drive the motion of magnet 4, display panel 2 with 4 magnetism of magnet are connected moves along with magnet, if move red part and be located pointer instruction within range, then it is more serious to show gas leakage, need overhaul electrical apparatus cabinet.
