Abstract

When the automatic shifting mechanism is used, the automatic shifting mechanism is supported above the dial switch through the rack, the plurality of shifting sheets are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of switching keys of the dial switch, then the controller drives the corresponding air cylinders to act according to the test program, and the air cylinders can drive the shifting sheets to shift the switching keys of the corresponding dial switch, so that shifting test of the dial switch is automatically completed, the automation degree is high, the test efficiency is improved, the problem of poor products caused by manual misoperation is effectively avoided, and the test accuracy is improved.

Background

As shown in fig. 1-3, the present invention provides an automatic toggle mechanism of a dial switch, which includes a frame 10, an air cylinder 20, a dial fixing block 30 and a dial 40. The rack 10 includes a supporting frame 11, four side plates 12 and a top plate 13, the four side plates 12 enclose a rectangular cavity at the top end of the supporting frame 11, and the top plate 13 covers the top opening of the rectangular cavity. The cylinder 20 is fixed on the top plate 13 of the frame 10 and is electrically connected with the controller, the telescopic rod 21 of the cylinder 20 penetrates through the top plate 13 to be in driving connection with the plectrum fixed block 30 positioned in the rectangular cavity, and the plectrum 40 is connected to the bottom end of the plectrum fixed block 30. The number of the air cylinders 20, the plectrum fixed blocks 30 and the plectrum 40 is plural, and the air cylinders 20, the plectrum fixed blocks 30 and the plectrum 40 are uniformly and correspondingly arranged. The plurality of paddles 40 are arranged linearly. Further, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the fixing block 30 for the pulling piece includes a fixing block body 31 and a pulling piece connecting portion 32 connected to the fixing block body 31, the telescopic rod 21 of the air cylinder 20 is in driving connection with the top end of the fixing block body 31, the bottom end of the pulling piece connecting portion 32 is provided with a mounting groove, and the upper portion of the pulling piece 40 is connected to the mounting groove. The plurality of fixed block bodies 31 are divided into two groups which are arranged side by side, the corresponding plurality of air cylinders 20 are also divided into two groups which are arranged side by side, the adjacent fixed block bodies 31 are respectively and adjacently arranged, the plectrum connecting parts 32 on the two groups of fixed block bodies 31 are linearly arranged, and the plectrum connecting parts 32 on one group of fixed block bodies 31 are sequentially spliced in the interval formed by the plectrum connecting parts 32 on the other group of fixed block bodies 31. Preferably, the cross section of the plurality of plectrum fixing blocks 30 after being spliced is rectangular. Through the above structure setting for the distribution between the plectrum fixed block 30 is compacter, thereby makes the mechanism whole compacter, has promoted the convenience that the mechanism used.
