Claims (6)

1. A transanal NOTES laparoscopic surgery simulation trainer, comprising: the device comprises an operation box, a camera video device, a basic operation training module group, a taTME training module and matched devices; the basic operation training module group, the taTME training module and the matched device are arranged in the operation box;
the operation box consists of a bottom plate, a box cover and a module fixing support; the box cover is buckled on the bottom plate; the module fixing support is fixedly connected with the bottom plate; an operation port is formed in the side wall of the box cover;
the basic operation training module group or the taTME training module is respectively sleeved with the operation port;
the kit includes: anorectal single-port laparoscopic surgery puncture outfit, surgical annular retractor and suture device; the anorectal single-port laparoscopic surgery puncture outfit is fixedly connected with the operation box through the operation port; the surgical ring retractor and the stapler assist in surgical procedures;
the rod-shaped LED camera of the camera video device sequentially passes through the anorectal single-port laparoscopic surgery puncture outfit and the operation port to enter the basic operation training module group or the taTME training module, so as to monitor surgery operation;
the taTME training module comprises an inner layer silica gel hose, a middle silica gel hose, an outer layer silica gel hose, a simulated pelvic nerve plexus, a simulated neurovascular bundle, a sacrum model and a simulated urinary system; the taTME training module is sequentially provided with the inner layer silica gel hose, the middle silica gel hose and the outer layer silica gel hose from inside to outside; a simulated pelvic nerve plexus is arranged between the outer layer silica gel hose and the middle silica gel hose; the simulated neurovascular bundle and the simulated urinary system are installed at the upper part of the outer surface of the outer layer silica gel hose; the sacrum model is attached to the lower part of the outer surface of the outer layer silica gel hose; the sacral model has a curvature conforming to a physiological curvature; a transparent silica gel sheet is embedded in the corresponding position of the middle silica gel hose and 3-4 joints of the sacrum model and is used for simulating the rectal sacrum fascia, and the curvature of the transparent silica gel sheet is installed as the curvature of the sacrum model; the ports of the inner layer silica gel hose, the middle silica gel hose and the outer layer silica gel hose are sleeved on the operation port.

A transanal NOTES laparoscopic surgery simulation trainer according to claim 1, wherein said basic operational training module set comprises: closing a training task module, a lantern ring training task module and a stitching/shearing training side task module; the closed training task module, the lantern ring training task module and the suture/shear training side task module are fixed on a module fixing support of the operation box and are connected with the operation port.
3. The transanal NOTES laparoscopic surgery simulation trainer according to claim 2, wherein the closed training task module is a polymer hose; the macromolecule hose is sleeved on the operation port.

The transanal NOTES laparoscopic surgery simulation trainer according to claim 2, wherein said collar training task module comprises a housing, a hook and a silicone membrane; the shell is a plastic cylinder with two half-combined pages; the inner wall of the plastic cylinder is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, and hooks are arranged in the mounting holes; the tail part of the plastic cylinder is closed by the silica gel film.

The transanal NOTES laparoscopic surgery simulation trainer according to claim 2, wherein said suturing/shearing training protocol comprises a housing, nylon hook face, decal and silicone membrane; the shell is a plastic cylinder with two half-combined pages; the nylon hook surface is arranged on the inner wall of the plastic cylinder; the sticker is stuck on the nylon hook surface; the tail part of the plastic cylinder is closed by the silica gel film.
6. The simulated trans-anal NOTES laparoscopic surgery trainer according to claim 4 or 5, wherein said housing is a plastic barrel having a simulated human rectal diameter dimension and a length not less than 12cm required by trans-anal NOTES surgery.
