Abstract
The invention discloses a recharging and fee-returning method for a public rental house hydroelectric gas meter, which belongs to the technical field of hydroelectric gas meters, and comprises a recharging step and a fee-returning step based on the hydroelectric gas meter, a mobile phone and a background server, wherein the fee-returning step comprises the following steps: step t1, the user initiates a fee refunding operation to the background server through the mobile phone APP; step t2, inputting the refund authentication code into the hydroelectric gas meter through a key on the hydroelectric gas meter, calculating the residual amount after the hydroelectric gas meter identifies the refund authentication code, then generating a refund confirmation code by using a private key signature, stopping supplying power, water or gas to a public rental house, and simultaneously clearing data in the meter; and step t3, returning the residual amount to the payment account bound by the mobile phone APP after the background server successfully checks the fee-returning confirmation code.
