In one embodiment of the application, the processor further executes the executable instructions to perform the steps of: the connection state of the target port and the expansion equipment is controlled by controlling a switch arranged between the target port and the expansion equipment, so that the M.2 adapter card is matched with the type of the expansion equipment. A switch (or a plurality of switch units) is arranged between the target port and the expansion equipment, and the action of the switch enables the target port and the expansion equipment to be controlled to be connected or disconnected, so that the electronic equipment can be correspondingly connected according to the change of the type of the expansion equipment, and the expansion equipment is always matched with the electronic equipment. On one hand, the switch can be independently arranged and directly controlled by the M.2 adapter card; on the other hand, the M.2 adapter card can also be connected with at least one connection port and controlled by the connection port. Of course, since the m.2 adapter card is installed on the motherboard of the electronic device, the corresponding control command may also be issued by the electronic device.
In one embodiment of the present application, the processor further executes the executable instructions to perform the steps of: sending a request signal to the expansion equipment through the detection port, and determining the type of the expansion equipment according to the received response signal; or, after detecting that the expansion equipment is connected to the M.2 adapter card, judging the potential of a detection port connected with the expansion equipment, and determining the type of the expansion equipment according to the potential. Specifically, once the expansion device is connected to the m.2 adapter card of the electronic device, before the expansion device is normally used, the m.2 adapter card may be used to send a request signal to the expansion device through the detection port to request the expansion device for corresponding data about its type, and the expansion device replies with a preset reply manner, for example, by sending a manufacturer identification (PID) and a product identification (VID) and replying its identity information through the detection port, so that the m.2 adapter card determines the type of the expansion device according to the received response signal. Or, after detecting that the expansion device is connected to the m.2 adapter card, the detection port has a potential (high potential or low potential) adapted to the type of the expansion device, different types may have different potentials, and the m.2 adapter card reads the potential of the detection port, so as to determine the type of the expansion device according to the potential.
In one embodiment of the present application, the expansion device includes a solid-state storage device (such as a solid-state hard disk); the detection port includes at least one ground port. When the expansion device is a solid state disk, the PIN57_ (GND) PIN corresponds to the ground port in the detection port, and the on/off of the switch is controlled through the ground port, so that the connection state of the solid state disk and the m.2 adapter card is controlled.

Claims (6)

1. A control method of an electronic device, wherein the electronic device is provided with an M.2 adapter card, and the electronic device is connected with an expansion device through the M.2 adapter card to realize function expansion of the electronic device, and the method comprises the following steps:
selecting at least one detection port in the M.2 adapter card, and determining the type of the expansion equipment according to a signal detected by the detection port based on the expansion equipment when the expansion equipment is connected to the M.2 adapter card;
controlling a connection state between at least one connection port in the m.2 riser card and the expansion device according to the type of the expansion device, so that the m.2 riser card is adapted to the expansion device, wherein controlling the connection state between at least one connection port in the m.2 riser card and the expansion device according to the type of the expansion device includes: the connection mode of the expansion equipment and the M.2 adapter card is changed by switching on or off at least one connection port; wherein,
the controlling the connection state of at least one connection port in the m.2 riser card and the expansion device according to the type of the expansion device includes:
selecting at least one target port corresponding to the type of the expansion equipment from the plurality of connection ports on the basis of a preset relation table according to the type of the expansion equipment;
the controlling the connection state between at least one connection port in the m.2 riser card and the expansion device according to the type of the expansion device further includes:
and controlling the connection state of the target port and the expansion equipment by controlling a switch arranged between the target port and the expansion equipment so as to enable the M.2 adapter card to be matched with the type of the expansion equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the type of the expansion device according to the signal detected by the detection port based on the expansion device when the expansion device is connected to the m.2 riser card comprises:
sending a request signal to the expansion equipment through the detection port, and determining the type of the expansion equipment according to the received response signal; or,
when the expansion equipment is detected to be connected to the M.2 adapter card, the potential of the detection port connected with the expansion equipment is judged, and the type of the expansion equipment is determined according to the potential.
3. The method of claim 1, the expansion device comprising a solid-state storage device; the detection port comprises at least one ground port.
4. An electronic device, comprising an m.2 riser card, wherein the electronic device is connected to an expansion device through the m.2 riser card to implement function expansion of the electronic device, and further comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores executable instructions, and the processor executes the executable instructions to implement the following steps:
selecting at least one detection port in the M.2 adapter card, and determining the type of the expansion equipment according to a signal detected by the detection port based on the expansion equipment when the expansion equipment is connected to the M.2 adapter card;
controlling a connection state of at least one connection port in the m.2 riser card and the expansion device according to the type of the expansion device, so that the m.2 riser card is adapted to the expansion device, wherein the processor executing the executable instructions further implements the following steps: the connection mode of the expansion equipment and the M.2 adapter card is changed by switching on or off at least one connection port; wherein,
the processor further executes the executable instructions to perform the steps of:
selecting at least one target port corresponding to the type of the expansion equipment from the plurality of connection ports on the basis of a preset relation table according to the type of the expansion equipment;
the processor further executes the executable instructions to perform the steps of:
and controlling the connection state of the target port and the expansion equipment by controlling a switch arranged between the target port and the expansion equipment so as to enable the M.2 adapter card to be matched with the type of the expansion equipment.
5. The electronic device of claim 4, the processor further executing the executable instructions to:
sending a request signal to the expansion equipment through the detection port, and determining the type of the expansion equipment according to the received response signal; or,
when the expansion equipment is detected to be connected to the M.2 adapter card, the potential of the detection port connected with the expansion equipment is judged, and the type of the expansion equipment is determined according to the potential.
6. The electronic device of claim 4, the expansion device comprising a solid-state storage device; the detection port comprises at least one ground port.
